Abstract

In each company, agency, organization or business entity will provide a salary as compensation for the work of an employee, in addition to providing basic salary to employees, each agency often provides a bonus in addition to the basic salary to boost the performance and work productivity of its employees. The method for giving bonuses is by evaluating employees who meet the criteria by the leadership, bonuses will be given after an annual evaluation of the employee's assessment. The criteria that will be used to determine which employees have priority in order to get bonuses include attendance, appearance, discipline, communication, cooperation. In addition to still using conventional systems, the closeness of leaders and employees often results in decisions that are different from what they should be. This causes the results of their decisions to be incorrect. The problem in this research is how to build a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method was chosen to help company leaders determine which employees are entitled to receive an annual bonus based on predetermined criteria.

Abstract

Employees are one of the important elements in the running of the activities of a company CV. Ocean Mas. Therefore, employees are always required to always provide the best quality service in their work to increase consumer confidence and maintain competitiveness between companies engaged in the same field. To motivate and determine the quality of service work from each employee, a method is needed to be applied in helping the company in the decision-making system to determine the best employees. Where the method applied in determining the best employees is the Multi-Objective Optimization method on the basis of Ratio Analysis Simple (MOORA). With the application of the MOORA method, it can produce good, effective, and professional decisions in accordance with the best value, which is ranked 1. So with the application of the MOORA method, it can assist the company in determining its best employees effectively and professionally every period.

Abstract

ABSTRAKDiera Digital seperti sekarang ini memiliki skill sebagai seorang Graphic Design sangat dibutuhkan. banyak teknik dalam menggunakan iklan di bidang keilmuan Design Grafis. Jadi dalam Pelatihan Design Grafis ini sangat mendukung dalam menunjang berbagai kebutuhan untuk keperluan bisnis perusahaan. dalam membuat sebuah hasil karya dan design yang bagus merupakan hal yang tidak mudah untuk kita lakukan apalagi jika dalam perusahaan karyawannya tidak memiliki background pendidikan yang sesuai dengan bidang keilmuan ini. Oleh sebab itu diharapkan mitra CV. Lautan Mas setelah pelatihan ini dapat mebuat hasil desain produknya lebih baik lagi, untuk dapat meningkatkan Pemasaran ke HOREKA (Hotel, Restoran, Kantor). Kata Kunci : pelatihan desain grafis; desain grafis; HOREKA; pemasaran. ABSTRACTIn this digital era, having skills as a Graphic Designer is very much needed. Abstract

ABSTRAKDalam Perkembangan teknologi pada saat ini media sosial hadir sebagai sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi dan komunikasi, pola informasi dan komunikasi hadir dengan berbagai format seperti berbasis teks, suara, gambar maupun video. Informasi dan komunikasi didalam media sosial banyak didominasi, sehingga kemampuan siswa dalam mengedit gambar dan video menjadi sebuah kebutuhan untuk menciptakan informasi dan komunikasi yang baik dan menarik. Pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMK YAPIM Biru-Biru ini dilaksanakan dalam bentuk pelatihan  dengan tema Peningkatan Kompetensi Siswa Melalui Pelatihan Editing Video di SMK YAPIM Biru-Biru. Pelatihan akan dilaksanakan di SMK YAPIM Biru-Biru selama satu pekan yang dilakukan secara langsung di Laboratorium Komputer SMK YAPIM Biru-Biru. Materi yang akan disampaikan seperti Input Video, Memotong video, Input audio, Transisi efek, Kemampuan edit video dan gambar, Memisahkan Video dan Suara, eksport, share video dan memproduksi produk video. Dari hasil pelatihan ini, dapat dilihat bahwa siswa yang mengikut sudah dapat melakukan editing video mandiri. Sehingga diharapakan siswa mampu berkreasi sendiri. Kata kunci: editing video; content creator; media editing ABSTRACTIn the development of technology at this time, social media is present as a means to convey information and communication, information and communication patterns come in various formats such as text, sound, image and video based. Abstract

At this time, the company CV. Glofacia Oceanic in Medan City is looking for employees to be appointed as Managers and for the Selection of Candidates for Managers who have difficulties in selecting employees who have good work performance within the company, then based on work goals and attendance, which are evaluation materials for employee appraisals to become managers. For employees who are elected will be managers in the CV. Glofacia Oceanic. The number of employees becomes the owner of difficulties for company owners in selecting employees who are appointed to become managers, so it cannot be denied that in the selection of outstanding employees at CV. Oceanic Glofacia is often done not objectively. To find out which internal employees of the company are performing well, it is necessary to assess the performance of the employees. At the time of an assessment in choosing a prospective manager, including using a decision support system to help solve a problem. The method that will be used to select prospective internal managers is the Profile Matching method with the application of this method in selecting prospective managers, so there are no errors in decision making. So it is hoped that the Profile Matching Method can provide value objectively to employees and assist the company's director in providing employee performance appraisals.

Abstract

Sari Mutiara Hospital is one of the health care hospitals in the Lubuk Pakam City area. Many people come and go every day. Of course, people have various responses to the Sari Mutiara Hospital services, some are satisfied and some are not. For this reason, a system is needed to determine the level of community satisfaction with the Sari Mutiara hospital. To improve the services of Sari Mutiara Hospital to the community. The solution to the problems mentioned above is to build a decision support system to assist in determining community satisfaction with Sari Mutiara Hospital. The method chosen to support the above problem solving is the Oreste method.

Abstract

The utilization of this study aims to determine the level of passenger satisfaction with the quality of service at the Medan Train Station. The population in this study were Train Passengers. The samples used in this study were 30 respondents. Methods of collecting data using questionnaires and conducting direct interviews with respondents. The method used to measure service quality is the Servqual method, with five dimensions of service characteristics, namely, physical evidence, caring, reliability, responsiveness, and assurance. From the results of data processing, it is obtained that the attributes that need to be prioritized by the station for improvement are the availability of safe and comfortable parking spaces which have the largest gap, which is -0.41. The dimension that needs to be prioritized by the station for improvement is the Tangible dimension (Physical Evidence) which has a large gapter of -0.13. Based on the analysis of the results of data processing, it shows that the level of passenger satisfaction with the quality of service at the Medan Train Station is included in the Unsatisfactory category.

Abstract

During the Covid-19 period there were a lot of decreases in AC Service Services in Medan in all companies that did not use online services. This sevice service is difficult to promote by CV. XYZ because it only sticks small banners on the side of the road so that the level of income from the AC Service is not experiencing an increase but has decreased.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a business strategy that combines processes, People and Technology. CRM Helps attract sales prospects, convert them into customers, and retain existing customers, satisfied and loyal customers.
