Abstract

The aims of this article are making explanation on any variables introduced by DeLone and McLean (2003), such as system quality, information quality, service quality, individual impact organization impact, and net benefit. These variables were implemented to the academic information system (SIAKAD) in Universitas Merdeka Malang. By quantitative research, the impact of these variables to the users satisfication will be known. Abstract

The background of this study was based on results of previous studies in which the major problems facing traders mlijo to be able to do business continuity is the capital. With the enactment of Law no. 21 Year 2011 concerning FSA wherein Financing Agency can expand its business to finance Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), this is an opportunity for Mlijo traders to be able to raise capital effort from Formal Financial Institutions. Financing model for SMEs by Financing Institutions is out put of Research Phase I. While in this Phase II study focused on the preparation of  credit access guidelines  for SMEs. The purpose of this study is to develop of credit access guidelines  for SMEs which is a continuation of previous research results. Specific targets to be achieved is 1) Ease of SMEs to access credit to finance. 2) Make it easy for SMEs to find and prepare all the necessary credit requirements. 3) Ease for SMEs to determine the number of credits taken and the number of installments to be paid. The research method using descriptive research method and policy research. The unit of analysis is 1) These financial institutions in Malang 2) Mlijo traders in Malang and 3) the FSA in Malang. Excavations carried out with technical information FGD. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis to describe the findings and policy, which involves all interested parties to devise a right credit access guidelines  for SMEs.https://doi.org/10.26905/jmdk.v4i2.500

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, asset growth and liquidity on the profitability (ROA) of mining companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. All mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are the research population. Sampling used the purposive sampling technique and obtained 36 mining companies as samples. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of the SPSS program. The results of the study show that sapital structure partially has a non-significant negative effect on profitability. Asset growth has a significant positive effect on profitability, and liquidity has an insignificant positive effect on profitability. Companies need to maintain liquidity and develop assets as an indication of growth to increase profits.

Abstract

This research purposes to determine an effect of ROA, ROE, DER, DAR, and CR to underpricing the company's stock price at Initial Public Offering on the IDX. The analysis uses multiple regression with the dependent variable underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO, while the independent variables are ROA, ROE, DER, DAR and CR. The population in this study were companies that haved underpricing during the 2015-2019 period, while the sample used was 30 companies with the largest underpricing difference. The results showed that the variables ROA, ROE and CR had a significant effect on underpricing, while the variables DER and DAR had no effect on underpricing stock prices at the time of the IPO. This means that to invest more investors consider the return and company liquidity. Debt owned by the company is not a consideration for investors to invest.
