Abstract

This study aims to examine the factors that influence internet banking customer loyalty in Medan City. The location of this research was carried out at several banks in the city of Medan. The population in this study were all bank customers who use internet banking and the total sample was 175 customers. Researchers used the Structural Equation Modeling assisted by the Lisrel 8.80 program in this research. The results showed that risk perceptions have a negatif and significant effect on customer satisfaction and customer trust. Perception of Privacy has a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Trust. Satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on Customer Trust. Perception of risk has a negatif and significant effect on customer loyalty. Perception of Privacy has a positive and insignificant effect on Customer Loyalty. Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty and Trust Has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty. Satisfaction and trust can negatifly mediate the effect of Risk Perception on Customer Loyalty. Satisfaction and trust can positively mediate the effect of Perceptions of Privacy on Customer Loyalty. Trust Satisfaction can positively mediate the effect of satisfaction on Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of e-WOM on destination image, tourist satisfaction, and tourist loyalty. Analyze the influence of destination image on tourist satisfaction and loyalty, and analyze the effect of satisfaction on tourist loyalty. This research approach is an associative approach. The location of this study was conducted in the tourist destination of the Lake Toba Region in North Sumatra. The population in this study is domestic tourists. This population was chosen, because theoretically and empirically it has various characteristics that are appropriate to the topic and purpose of the study. While the sample size is 145 tourists. Data collection techniques are a list of questions and interviews. The analytical method used in this study is the Structural Equation Model with data processing using the Lisrel 8.0 computer program. The results showed that E-WOM affected Destination Image, Tourist Satisfaction, and Tourist Loyalty, Destination Image influenced Tourist Satisfaction and Tourist Loyalty and Tourist Satisfaction influenced Tourist Loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of partial and simultaneous organizational culture and organizational commitment to the performance of employees. The population is the sum total of the object of research. The population in this study is all employees who exist in PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Due to the small number of employees in the company, this study did not use sampling. So the sample in this study is the total number of employees at PT Pegadaian (Persero) Kanwil I - Medan, which amounts to 60 people. Data collection techniques in this study is a list of questions (questioner), study documentation and interviews (interview). While the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t-test, and F test and determinant coefficient. The result of this research shows that there are positive and significant influence of organizational culture on performance, and there are positive influence and significant organizational culture and organizational commitment to employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of skills and motivation on work performance at PT. State Savings Bank The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the impact of work stress on employee performance, identify and analyze the impact of discipline on employee performance, and to know partially or simultaneously the impact of work stress and discipline on employee performance. human resources department of PT. PLN Medan Customer Service. The approach used in this study is a quantitative and associative approach. The population of this study were all employees of the HR department of PT. The customer service unit of PLN (Persero) Medan amounted to 74 people, but the number of samples that met the sampling criteria for observations made were 74 people using the saturated sampling technique. Data collection methods in this study used interviews and questionnaires. The data analysis technique in this study uses classical hypothesis testing, multiple regression, hypothesis testing (T-test and F-test), and the coefficient of determination. The data processing of this research used the Social Science Statistics Package (SPSS) version 22.00. The results of this study partially indicate that work stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees who are members of the HR department of PT.
