Abstract

This devotion aims to provide mathematics teachers assistance in developing Olympic characters at the high school level. The devotional activities are coordinated with the math teacher and test the question to the students. The results showed that all participants stated that this devotional activity helped them enrich knowledge and insights related to the mathematical Olympics. As a form of evaluation, participants can independently develop the questions that have been prepared so that all students can use it with very diverse student characteristics. The accompanying participants' assessment obtained a statement that mentioned that the service team's material according to the math teacher's needs related to the character of the math Olympic problem.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar digital dengan bantuan videoscribe melalui e-learning pada mata kuliah bahasa inggris matematika. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan dengan desain tujuh tahapan yaitu potensi masalah; pengumpulan data; desain produk; validasi produk; revisi produk; uji coba produk; analisis produk dan pelaporan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah angket validasi bahan ajar serta angket respon mahasiswa. Teknik analisis data menggunakan presentase kelayakan bahan ajar yang dilihat dari kevalidan dan angket respon penggunaan bahan ajar.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a digital module using Flip PDF Professional to facilitate students' mathematical communication skills through contextual problems. This research is Research & Development (R&D). The development model used is the ADDIE development model. The stages in the development model are analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The digital module was piloted to class VIII A MTs Al Ichsan students for the 2020/2021 academic year. The module was compiled to meet the valid, practical, and effective criteria. Based on the results of the study, it was obtained that (1) The digital module is declared “valid” with an average expert score of 88% with the “excellent” criteria. (2) The digital module is declared “practical” with an average score percentage of 90% with the “excellent” criteria. (3) The digital module is declared “effective” with an average score percentage of 88% with the “excellent” criteria. The analysis results of the effectiveness of the digital module to facilitate mathematical communication skills show that the average test results of students are more than the minimum completeness criteria. This module can be further developed by other researchers discussing different materials or made even more exciting and developed using other application assistance.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of the questions used to measure students ' mathematical problem-solving skills. This type of research includes quantitative descriptive research. The research subject is a grade VII student with a primary data source is scores of mathematical problem-solving skills. The research instrument used was a written test to measure problem-solving abilities. The data analysis technique used is a quantitative analysis by looking at the validity, reliability, differentiation power, and bullet-grain index of the matter. The results showed that the problem has been valid, the reality belongs to the category quite well, the differentiator power for three items, including bad, enough, and good classes. Meanwhile, the difficulty index shows a number in the easy category, and two names are included in the medium category. Thus, it concluded that the instruments used to measure problem-solving abilities are valid and in a suitable category. It can see it from the instrument trial results with the percentage value of students' problem-solving abilities, which is included in the very high category, namely 20%. The number of students who have problem-solving skills in great variety could be presented at 53.33%. Students who have sufficient and low problem-solving abilities were given at 16.67% and 10%.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas butir soal yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika siswa. Jenis penelitian ini termasuk penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas VII dengan sumber data utama adalah skor kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes tertulis untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan melihat validitas, realibilitas, daya pembeda, dan indeks kesukaran butir soal. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa butir soal telah valid, realibilitas termasuk dalam kategori cukup baik, daya pembeda untuk tiga butir soal termasuk kategori buruk, cukup, dan baik. Sementara itu, indeks kesukaran soal menunjukkan satu nomor dalam kategori mudah dan dua nomor termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan pemecahan masalah telah valid dan berkategori baik. Hal ini terlihat dari hasil ujicoba instrumen dengan persentase nilai kemampuan pemecahan masalah siswa yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat tinggi yaitu 20%. Jumlah siswa yang memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori tinggi dapat dipresentasekan sebesar 53,33%. Siswa yang memiliki kemampuan pemecahan masalah dengan kategori cukup dan rendah dipresentasekan sebesar 16,67% dan 10%.

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan dengan soal yang memiliki tipe olimpiade di tingkat SMA. Selain itu, bertujuan juga untuk mengembangkan modul matematika yang dapat digunakan dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang berkaitan dengan olimpiade. Langkah-langkah pengabdian dilakukan dengan tahap koordinasi, pengembangan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan modul matematika memiliki kevalidan yang ditunjukkan dengan rata-rata 3,7 sehingga dapat dikatakan modul matematika yang telah dikembangkan layak digunakan dalam pembelajaran. Selanjutnya, hasil pengabdian yang memberikan pelatihan penyelesaian soal matematika bertipe olimpiade menunjukkan bahwa respon guru dan siswa termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik yang direpresentasikan dengan rata-rata 3,74 dan 3,78.

Abstract

Instrumen yang digunakan dalam mengevaluasi pembelajaran matematika di sekolah selama masa pandemi harus teruji kualitasnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas instrumen tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran daring selama masa pandemi covid-19 berdasarkan tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, daya pembeda, tingkat kesukaran dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pendidikan mengenai instrumen tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika yang berkualitas baik. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang dilakukan di SMP N 3 Jetis melalui tiga tahapan kegiatan yaitu  persiapan, pelaksanaan dan akhir. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh adalah skor kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif untuk menentukan tingkat kualitas instrumen secara data empiris sedangkan kualitatif untuk menentukan kategori tingkat validitas, reliabilitas, daya beda dan tingkat kesukaran instrumen tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa analisis kualitas instrumen tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematika 100% valid, reliabilitas sebesar 0,858 dengan kategori baik, daya pembeda termasuk dalam kategori cukup, sedangkan tingkat kesukaran instrumen tes terdiri dari 3 butir soal kategori sedang dan 1 butir soal kategori mudah

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of mathematical literacy skills in the integrated thematic book on the theme of saving creatures in grade 6 used by the students. This research approach is descriptive qualitative and the type of research is literature. Primary data sources are integrated thematic books on the theme of saving living beings in grade 6 and secondary data sources are references to support students' mathematical literacy abilities. The data processing technique is done by editing, organizing, and drawing conclusions. The data analysis technique used is the content analysis which aims to provide systematic and printed written information and discussion. The results showed that the mathematics literacy skills of students in grade 6 SD were at level one, two, and three. Level three explains that students can carry out procedures clearly, including procedures that require sequential decisions.

Abstract

AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mengembangkan LKS berbasis pendekatan Open-Ended untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir kreatif siswa yang valid, dan mengetahui hasil uji praktikalitas pada pengguna LKS. Penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan ADDIE dimodifikasi menjadi ADD yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yakni Analysis, Design, dan Development. Teknik analisis data pada uji valid dan uji praktikalitas menggunakan skala Likert dengan menggunakan lembar validasi, lembar praktilalisasi dan lembar angket. Adapun teknik pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan rumus valid dan praktis, kemudian memberikan kriteria valid serta praktis mengacu pada kriteria yang telah ditetapkan. Hasil validasi dilakukan oleh 3 orang validator menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan LKS memperoleh rata-rata sebesar 84,7%. Sementara hasil praktikalitas pengguna LKS dari 5 orang siswa kelas VII SMPN 1 Kasihan diperoleh rata-rata kepraktisan LKS sebesar 75%. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan LKS berbasis pendekatan Open-Ended untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa yang dikembangkan, berada pada kriteria sangat valid dan sangat praktis.Kata Kunci: pengembangan LKS, Open-Ended, Berpikir Kreatif  AbstractThe purpose of this research is to find develop LKS based approach open-ended to improve the capacity to think creative students valid and known the result test practicality users on LKS. This research used the model development addie was modified into add consists of three stages the analysis, design, and development. Technique data analysis on test valid and the practicality use likert scale by using validation sheet, practitioner lember and questionnaire. As for technique data processing done with using formulas valid and practicality, then provided criteria valid and practical referring to the criteria which had been set.The results of validation done by 3 people validator show that on the whole LKS have an average of 84,7 %.Temporary outgrowth practical users LKS of the five people who students VII SMPN 1 KASIHAN obtained the average practicality LKS of 75 %.Thus, can be concluded that the development LKS based approach open-ended to improve the capacity to think creative students who developed to a criterion perfectly valid and very practical.Keywords: Development LKS, open-ended, creative thinking

Abstract

The ability to solve math problems is included in mathematics learning, so it needs to be emphasized as the achievement of mathematics learning competencies. This study aimed to determine the category of the level of students' mathematical problem-solving skills when learn using e-learning. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The primary data source was obtained from the test scores of mathematics problem-solving ability of 7th-grade students of SMP N 3 Jetis (Junior high School). The research stages were carried out in three steps: preparation, implementation, and end—data analysis techniques used in the descriptive analysis to categorize students' mathematical problem-solving abilities. This study indicates that the category of students' problem-solving skills on mathematical tests in online learning is included in the category of sufficient. For the indicator of identify the elements identified, asked, and the adequacy of the required details is very high. Then, the aspect of formulating mathematical problems or compiling mathematical models is high, furthermore, for hands implementing strategies to solve problems, low for indicators explaining or interpreting the results of problem-solving.

Abstract

Sekolah Penggerak is a school that implements an independent curriculum. SMP N 4 Patuk is one of those who are included in the first batch. End of school year activities must provide reports on student learning outcomes and confirmation of grade promotion. The first batch of driving schools have not found examples or best practices in compiling the document. Thus, there is a need for mentoring and strengthening of the learning committee in completing grade promotion documents. This is the basic foundation for the implementation of service and is carried out through three steps, namely preparation, implementation, and closing. At firts stage, the team communicated for permits from both schools and universities. In addition, the service team prepares materials related to the preparation of learning outcomes reports. Next is the implementation stage, the team conveys the material and then continues with discussions. In the last stage, which is closing, the servant conducts a simulation of filling out report for the Projek Profil Pelajar Pancasila activities. The results of the service activities for the learning committee showed an increase in the understanding and enthusiasm of the teachers in driving the transformation of the Sekolah Penggerak
