Abstract

Keberadaan Bank Wakaf Mikro merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk memperbaiki perekonomian umat, dengan hadirnya Bank Wakaf Mikro dihaharapkan bisa menanggulangi permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha, mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) berbasis koperasi pondok pesantren dalam hal mendapatkan permodalan sedangkan Perguruan tinggi islam merupakan salah satu institusi non-finansial yang bukan hanya berfungsi sebagai tempat menimba ilmu pengetahuan dan menghasilkan orang-orang yang berilmu pengetahuan saja, tetapi juga merupakan aset yang dapat memberikan manfaat untuk kepentingan masyarakat misalnya untuk penggiatan ekonomi kerakyatan ataupun pemberdayaan entrepreneurship (kewirausahaan) khususnya pengembangan usaha kecil mikro (UKM). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sinergiritas antara Bank Wakaf Mikro dan Perguruan Tinggi Islam dalam mengembangkan pelaku usaha, mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) berbasis koperasi pondok pesantren. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kulitatif dengan melihat kasus yang terjadi pada lapangan sehingga disusun cara untuk memberikan jawaban atas permasalahan yang terjadi, hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa antara Bank Wakaf Mikro dan Perguran Tinggi Islam belum mempunyai bentuk kerjasama sehingga diharapkan kedepannya dua lembaga dapat bekerjasama dalam mengembangkan pelaku usaha, mikro, kecil dan menengah (UMKM) berbasis koperasi pondok pesantren. ABSTRACT This study aims to see the synergy between Micro Waqf Banks and Islamic Universities in developing business, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) based on Islamic boarding schools cooperatives. The research method used is a qualitative method by looking at cases that occur in the field so that a way is arranged to provide answers to the problems that occur, the results of the study show that between Micro Waqf Banks and Islamic Colleges do not yet have a form of cooperation so it is hoped that in the future the two institutions can cooperate in developing business actors, micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) based on boarding school cooperatives.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to provide information, a broad view and increase knowledge in the field of insurance, especially Islamic insurance, to analyze the financial performance of Islamic insurance through Sharia Insurance Rentability Ratio Analysis: a Study at PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga for the Period of 2017-2020. The results of this study are expected to be an illustration in understanding and assessing the financial condition of Islamic insurance company. The data used is the financial report (annual report) of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga for the period December 2017 to December 2020. The ratio used in this analysis is the Rentability Ratio which consists of Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM) ratios. The financial performance of PT. Asuransi Takaful Keluarga for the 2017-2018 period is not good enough. This can be seen from the decreasing percentage of the profitability ratio. The company must be able to improve investment fund management, tabarru fund management or underwriting. In addition, the company's revenue also needs to be increased in order to maintain the stability of the company's operations in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to find credit restructuring "black hole," then draw some steps banks should do to strengthen its performance and its role as financial intermediary in COVID-19 condition. The descriptive-critical analysis is used in this paper. The analysis began by presenting data on credit restructuring, its forms used by national banks, and credit restructuring policy issued by OJK to anticipate negative impact of COVID-19 on banking activities. Analysis continued to application of the policy to find credit restructuring "black hole" on banks' performance and its intermediary financial role. Based on the analysis, some steps are recommended to followed by banks to strengthen its performance and intermediary financial role. This research found some credit restructuring "black hole." First, credit restructuring needs high capital and liquidity so that the banks which have low capital will be in trouble and will affect financial system nationally. Second, credit restructuring needs some sorting process, which will exclude unpotential debitur. Third, uncertainty of recovery process of debitur as impact of COVID-19. Forth, how long banks could use credit restructuring while maintaining its performance and intermediary financial role. Hence, credit restructuring would not be enough for banks to play its role in supporting debitur, maintain its business, strengthen its performance and intermediary financial role, and positively play role for economic growth and society. This research suggests five concrete steps banks could use to strengthen its performance and financial intermediary role.

Abstract

Abstract Economic growth not only pursues good in the world alone but also (even the ultimate) good in the afterlife. Economic growth is seen as the most important part of economic policy in any country or system. As economic growth is one indicator of increasing public welfare. The study aims to know how economic growth and economic development affect people's welfare according to the islamic economic perspective. The study USES the quantitative method and the type of data used to make it out of the province of lampung and BPS district of north lampung. The type of data we're using is a time series of 2011-2016. The results of this study show that economic growth has hada negative and significant impact on the human development index. According to the islamic economic perspective, economic growth is multidimensional, which includes quantitative and qualitative aspects. His purpose is not merely the welfare of the world's material, but also the eternal agony. Keywords: economic growth, economic development, civic prosperity and the islamic economy

Abstract

UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) memliki peran penting dan strategis dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga keja, maka perlu adanya strategi dalam meningkatkan volume penjualan UMKM. Marketing Mix merupakan strategi pemasaran yang menekankan pada berbagai faktor yang dikenal dengan istilah 7P (product, price, place, promotion, personel, process, dan physical evidence). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi atau penerapan marketing mix terhadap peningkatan penjualan UMKM dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskrriptif untuk menyelidiki keadaan, kondisi secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa marketing mix strategy dalam penerapannya bisa meningkatkan volume penjualan UMKM Aneka Keripik Sungkai Jaya Lampung Utara.

Abstract

AbstractThe Merger of Sharia BUMN Bank which was carried out in early 2021 resulted in changes both internally and externally. One of parties that will feel the impact of the merger of Bank Syariah Indonesia is the customer. The level of customer confidence in a bank is considered very important for the sustainability of a bank. This research is expected to be able to analyze the level of public trust in Bank Syariah Indonesia is the result of the merger of 3 Sharia BUMN Bank. This research uses quantitative methods and data collection is done by library method from journal, article, or literature related to the required data, and documentation method of sharia commercial bank implementation report in question as well as data from OJK website. In this study, it is explained that the merger of Islamic banks has an influence on the level of trust of the community. Dalam penelitian ini dijelaskan bahwa merger bank Syariah memiliki pengaruh terhadap tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat. Masyarakat mengharapkan bahwa perbankan Syariah mampu bersaing dan mengingkatkan taraf hidup masyarakat.Kata Kunci: Merger, Kepercayaan Masyarakat, Bank Syari’ah

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Covid-19 pandemic on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) and the rupiah exchange rate in Indonesia. The research method used is descriptive qualitative by describing the existing phenomena. The results show that the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic does not only affect public health, but also affects the Indonesian economy, especially in Islamic financial institutions in the Islamic capital market, namely the Composite Stock Price Index and the weakening of the rupiah exchange rate. The pandemic has also been proven to have put pressure on the world economy, including Indonesia.

Abstract

Marketing strategy is a procedure in marketing that is planned and arranged to be carried out in order to achieve company goals. As various banking institutions or companies develop, competition between companies is inevitable. Therefore, to face these competitions, a company requires a process of understanding the internal situation of the company itself and the external environment in which the company will compete. This study aims to find out how Islamic banks determine the direction of what strategy to do in the present and in the future using a SWOT analysis. The method used in this writing is qualitative in which the approach used is a descriptive approach. The results of the discussion show that Islamic banks are able to dare to compete in a competitive competitive market, strengthen cooperation with cooperatives, improve relationships with scholars, government and entrepreneurs, increase customer loyalty, and improve product quality, and increase promotion through various media and establish marketing strategies effective and efficient.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebar ke berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Jumlah kasus Covid-19 yang semakin meningkat melemahkan perekonomian nasional maupun internasional. Berbagai sektor bisnis mengalami perlambatan akibat virus Covid-19. Dalam penelitian menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif yang mana diharapkan para pelaku ekonomi dan bisnis yang berkaitan dengan islam ini menunjukkan empati dan solidaritas kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Pelaku bisnis islam memanfaatkan dan mendukung pula program stimulus dari pemerintah. perbankan syariah dan lembaga keuangan lainnya harus mulai memperbaiki kembali target pertumbuhan dan penerapan teknologi digital transaksi dalam satu solusi . Ekonomi dan bisnis islam dapat berperan memulihakan hal buruk yang terjadi pada ekonomi islam dengan mengutamakan pencapaian tujuan – tujuan syariah.

Abstract

Tax is a mandatory expenditure imposed on taxpayers to assist the development of the country. However, taxpayers feel that taxes are a burden for them, because the distribution of development has not been maximized, causing the people to feel reluctant to pay their obligations. So in this case the taxpayer is trying to find a way to evade taxes. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religiosity, love of money, and socio-economic status on the tendency of tax evasion behavior in an Islamic economic perspective. This study used a literature study which refers to journals and books. The results of this study reveal that religiosity and love of money have an effect on tax evasion behavior. However, socioeconomic status has no effect on tax evasion behavior.
