Abstract

ABSTRACT Kaligesing Subdistrict, Purworejo Regency, is a malaria endemic area in Central Java Province, with an Annual Parasite Incidence (API) of 0,32‰ in 2017 with the confirmed vector being An. aconites and An. maculatus. Anopheles zoophagic nature and existence of livestock around the residence has an important role as a barrier to the transmission of malaria. One type of livestock that is widely cultivated by the community is the type of “Etawa” goat. This study aims to determine the type of Plasmodium found in livestock. This is a descriptive study with cross-sectional design and 97 samples were taken by purposive sampling. The variables analyzed were the distance between the cage and the place of residence, the presence of parasites in the blood of cattle and mosquitoes eviction attempts by the community. Examination conducted by microscopic blood clots with Giemsa staining. The results of the examination, found 4 slides (4,12%) positive for Plasmodium sp in goat blood with the cage located less than 10 meters from the residence. Parasites of Plasmodium vivax (75%) and Plasmodium falciparum (25%) trophozoites were detected in 4 goats (4,1%). A total of 75,3% of community activities burn straw around the animal enclosures, in an effort to repel mosquitoes. Etawa goats as a potential barrier in the village Jatirejo District of Kaligesing, found with P. vivax and P. falciparum. Further research is needed using molecular methods to strengthen the findings. Keywords: Malariae, Plasmodium sp, etawa goats ABSTRAK Kecamatan Kaligesing Kabupaten Purworejo, merupakan wilayah endemik malaria di Provinsi Jawa Tengah, dengan Annual Parasite Incidence (API) 0,32‰ tahun 2017 dan vektor terkonfirmasi adalah An. aconitus dan An. maculatus. Sifat zoofagik Anopheles dan keberadaan ternak di sekitar tempat tinggal mempunyai peran penting sebagai barrier dalam penularan malaria. Salah satu jenis ternak yang banyak dibudidayakan masyarakat adalah jenis kambing etawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jenis Plasmodium yang terdapat pada ternak tersebut. Penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan disain cross-sectional dan sebanyak 97 sampel diambil secara purposive sampling. Variabel yang di analisa adalah jarak kandang dengan tempat tinggal, keberadaan parasit dalam darah ternak dan kegiatan upaya pengusiran nyamuk oleh masyarakat. Pemeriksaan sediaan darah dilakukan secara mikroskopis dengan pewarnaan giemsa. Hasil pemeriksaan, ditemukan 4 slide (4,12%) positif Plasmodium sp pada darah kambing dengan letak kandang berjarak kurang dari 10 meter dari rumah tinggal. Terdeteksi adanya parasit tropozoit Plasmodium vivax (75%) dan tropozoit Plasmodium falciparum (25%) yang ditemukan pada 4 ekor kambing (4,1%). Sebanyak 75,3% kegiatan masyarakat membakar jerami di sekitar kandang ternak, sebagai upaya mengusir nyamuk. Ternak kambing Etawa berpotensi sebagai barrier di Desa Jatirejo Kecamatan Kaligesing, dengan ditemukan parasit P. vivax dan P. falciparum. Diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut menggunakan metode molekuler untuk memperkuat hasil temuan. Kata kunci: Malaria, Plasmodium sp, kambing etawa

Abstract

Industri perbankan berkembang pesat dengan memanfaatkan e-banking sebagai sarana yang efisien dan sesuai untuk memuaskan nasabah. Layanan perbankan online adalah layanan umum yang disarankan oleh bank umum untuk memberikan layanan yang lebih cepat dan lebih dapat diandalkan bagi pelanggan. Dengan kemajuan teknologi yang pesat, e-banking telah dimanfaatkan untuk menyerap pelanggan dan melakukan transaksi perbankan. Namun, masalah utama dengan e-banking adalah memuaskan pelanggan yang sekarang menggunakan Internet banking. Kepuasan nasabah merupakan faktor penting dalam membantu bank untuk mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitifnya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan nasabah terhadap layanan e-banking. Empat faktor yang dapat mendorong kepuasan nasabah terhadap e-banking adalah layanan cloud, keamanan, e-learning, dan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pemodelan persamaan struktural untuk mengevaluasi model kausal dengan validitas dan reliabilitas model pengukuran. Model penelitian dianalisis berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari kuesioner menggunakan SMART PLS 3.2. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa layanan cloud, keamanan, e-learning, dan kualitas layanan adalah empat faktor signifikan yang mempengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan Internet banking.

Abstract

Cashew apple utilization is less than the cashew itself, due to the cheaper price and therefore often ends up as waste. Extract cashew apple can be applied in chicken steak for marinating as an innovation in food seasoning sauce. This study aims to determine the panelist’s preference for chicken steak marinating with commercial seasoning sauce and marinating with a seasoning sauce that contains cashew apple extract (CAE) on different concentrations of seasoning solution. There were 5 levels of treatment, control treatment (T0) using 40% (v/v) concentration of commercial seasoning, T1, T2, T3, and T4 consecutively using seasoning concentrations 20%, 40%, 60%, and 80% (v/v). The pH of the samples was evaluated with a pH meter, meanwhile, the hedonic test was used to evaluate the preference of the samples. The result showed that the levels of seasoning concentration affected the pH and panelist preference with hedonic assessment over 5 parameters (tenderness, juiciness, taste, aroma, and overall). The increasing seasoning concentration gives more acidic properties indicated by 4,58 pH of. The hedonic assessment showed 60% concentration of seasoning is preferred.

Abstract

This article discusses community service activities in Poleng Village, Gesi District, and Sragen Regency which focus on socialization and digital literacy training in an effort to increase knowledge and develop community superior product innovations. This service uses a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. The aims of this service is to motivate the people of Poleng to optimize their potential and increase innovation in regional superior products. This service answers the challenges of an increasingly sophisticated digital era and realizes the importance of empowering rural communities to explore their own potential and develop regional superior product innovations so as to increase the competitiveness and economic value of community products. Digital literacy socialization and training using the "SiBooky" digital library is the key in providing skills and literacy to the community for community empowerment and sustainable development. This application aims to realize community empowerment and economic independence, as well as expand access to digital technology for all levels of society. enable people to access information flexibly and easily. Through this program, it is hoped that village communities will be better prepared to face the ever-evolving digital era, be able to contribute to regional development in a sustainable manner, realize community empowerment and economic independence, and expand access to digital technology for all levels of society.
