<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of Economic Value Added (EVA) and Market Value Added (MVA) on stock returns in Food and Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used for data collection is a documentation technique by obtaining company financial report data, which can be accessed via www.idx.co.id. The research method used is a statistical quantitative method with data collection techniques using purposive sampling with a total sample of 26 companies. Data processing uses the SPSS 22 program which includes classic assumption tests, descriptive statistics, partial tests and simultaneous tests. The results of the t test show that EVA has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. MVA has a positive but not significant effect on stock returns. The F test shows that EVA and MVA have a positive and significant effect on stock returns.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of working capital turnover (WCT) and liquidity (CR) on profitability (ROA) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 – 2022. Samples were taken using purposive sampling technique for 31 food and beverage companies. Data is processed using secondary data, then analyzed using descriptive statistics, classical assumption tests and hyphotesis test, The results of the study partially show that working capital turnover (WCT) has a positive but not significant effect on profitability (ROA), while liquidity (CR) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA). Simultaneously, both working capital turnover (WCT) and liquidity (CR) have a significant positive effect on profitability (ROA).]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and facilities on patient satisfaction at Kasih Bunda Medika Clinic. The research approach used in this study is quantitative statistics by collecting primary data through questionnaires. The sample of this study were 50 patients who were treated at the Kasih Bunda Medika Clinic using an accidental sampling technique. Data analysis used descriptive statistical techniques. SPSS Statistics 25 software was used to test data statistics, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that partially, service quality had a positive and not statistically significant effect on patient satisfaction, while service facilities showed a positive and statistically significant effect on patient satisfaction. patient. Simultaneously, it shows that the quality of services and facilities has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of price and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions for Avoskin products. The research method employed was a quantitative approach with primary data collected through questionnaires. The research sample consisted of 100 consumers of Avoskin products selected using the accidental sampling method. Data analysis was performed using descriptive statistical techniques, data instrument testing,, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software. The results showed that partially, price did not affect consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products, while product quality did affect consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products. Simultaneously, both price and product quality have a significant influence on consumer purchasing decisions on Avoskin products.]]>

<![CDATA[This research focuses on knowing the effect of compensation and the work environment on employee performance at PT Sodexo Synergy Indonesia. research used associative with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses saturated samples or non-probability sampling with a total sample of 54 respondents using a questionnaire. In processing data for analysis using SPSS 26.0 software tools which include data instrument tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. Based on the partial results of the study it was found that compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. However, work environment variables have a significant positive effect on employee performance at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia. The compensation provided by the company is good so it does not have a detrimental impact on employee performance. Then, PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia has created a work environment that is good enough to support the work activities of its employees.]]>

<![CDATA[The role of competence and training is very important in improving employee performance. Employees who have adequate competence will be able to carry out their work tasks better. The training provided by the company will improve employee competence so that they are able to improve their performance. This study aims to examine the effect of competence and training on employee performance at PT Dwipindo Karyo Mandiri. Methods of data collection using questionnaires distributed to 35 employee respondents with techniquesNon Probability Sampling or non-random sampling with saturated sampling (Census) and the entire population is used as a sample. The collected data were analyzed using the SPSS application. The results of the study show that competence and training have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Competence has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.781 and a t-value of 6.820. Meanwhile, training also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a beta coefficient of 0.087 and a t-value of 5.071. From the results of this study it can be concluded that companies should pay attention to competency development and employee training as an effort to improve employee performance. In the long term, competency development and employee training can provide benefits to companies in increasing competitiveness and business growth.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of cash turnover and inventory turnover on the level of profitability of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. This research method uses a quantitative approach using company financial data during the specified research period. With the purposive sampling technique, the number of samples in this study was obtained as many as 31 companies. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, multiple regression tests, hypothesis tests consisting of partial tests (t test) and simultaneous tests (F test), test the coefficient of determination. The data were processed using the SPSS version 22 program. The results showed that partially, cash turnover (CTR) had a positive and significant effect on company profitability. Then, inventory turnover (ITO) has a positive and significant effect on company profitability. Furthermore, simultaneously, both CTR and ITO have had a positive and significant effect on the profitability of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022. The practical implication of this research is that company management can use the findings of this research to optimize the management of their cash flow and inventory turnover, so as to increase the company's profitability.]]>

<![CDATA[The main objective of this research is to examine how stock market capitalization and the adoption of financial technology services affect on banking profitability. This study used a quantitative-descriptive research design with the research strategy adopted is a case study at Bank Central Asia (BCA). This study utilized the secondary data in an annual time series format spanning from 2017 to 2021. The return on Asset (ROA) of BCA as a proxy of bank profitability is a dependent variable. Whereas the stock market capitalization and value transaction of mobile banking and internet banking is the proxy of financial technology services as the independent variables. Program SPSS version 26 was employed to process the data for performing the Classical Assumption Test, the Multiple Linear Regression, the t-Test, and the Coefficient of Determination Test. The findings of current research prove that stock market capitalization and the adoption of financial technology service has a positive and significant impact on BCA’s profitability. This finding indicates that profitability increases with an increase in capitalization and enhance the adoption of financial technology service by the bank.]]>
