<![CDATA[Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh pandemi covid 19 terhadap harga emas di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini merupakan seluruh kasus terkonfirmasi positif Covid-19 di Indonesia dan data harga emas pada periode Maret hingga Desember 2020. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana dengan alat bantu SPSS. Kesimpulan dari penelitian menyatakan bahwa Covid-19 berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap harga emas di Indonesia. Abstract. This research aims to determine the effect of covid 19 pandemic to gold prices in Indonesia. This research uses secondary data. The population and sample in this research are all confirmed positive of covid-19 in Indonesia and gold price for the period March to December, 2020. This research uses simple linier regression analysis with SPSS. Conclusion of this study is covid-19 pandemic has a significant positive effect on gold prices in Indonesia.]]>

<![CDATA[Corona Virus Dieases 2019 (Covid-19) has become a global pandemic that has hit almost all countries. No exception, Indonesia is also the place where the epidemic has hit. Apart from the health sector, the economic sector is one of the sectors most affected as well. This can beseen in the country's economic recession and the decline in the stock price index. This research aims to determine the comparison of the Islamic stock index before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. Method this research is to use quantitative descriptive analysis method using paired sample t-test. The research was conducted from March 1, 2019 to March 1, 2021. The results showed that the increase in the number of Covid-19 cases did not significantly affect the movement of the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index (ISSI) so there was no significant difference between average prices. ISSI shares before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. With the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide a reference for investors to choose and invest in Islamic stocks, because the strength of Islamic stocks is quite good.]]>

<![CDATA[Dengan diumumkannya status karantina wilayah oleh Presiden Jokowi atas semakin mewabahnya Virus corona, maka secara tidak langsung berdampak secara menyeluruh dari segi ekonomi khususnya bagi masyarakat menengah kebawah. Dalam hal ini peraturan yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah dalam Undang-Undang Kekarantinaan Kesehatan yang disebutkan bahwa selama dalam karantina wilayah, kebutuhan hidup dasar orang yang berada di wilayah karantina menjadi tanggung jawab Pemerintah. Kesejahteraan sosial masyarakat di sini berkaitan dengan kesehatan, kondisi ekonomi domestik rumah tangga, rasa aman-nyaman, serta kualitas hidup yang baik. Sehingga masyarakat yang sedang dihadapkan pada pandemi Covid-19 dapat tetap memenuhi kebutuhan dasarnya dan menjalankan fungsi sosialnya. Pandemi Covid-19 telah menyebar ke berbagai negara, termasuk Indonesia. Sebagai akibatnya, hampir semua sektor mengalami kontraksi, tidak terkecuali perbankan syariah. Namun, perbankan syariah dianggap cukup mampu bertahan dari dampak tersebut berdasarkan fakta empiris krisis-krisis yang terjadi sebelumnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis bagaimana kinerja karyawan pada perbankan syariah dimasa pandemi covid-19. Dalam hal ini perbankan Syariah dituntut harus mampu berkembang walaupun berada di masa pandemic covid-19 ini. Penelitian ini dilakukan di perusahaan perbankan syariah khususnya di Jawa Barat. Sampel yang digunakan adalah karyawan yang telah bekerja minimum dua tahun dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Dengan dilakukannya penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dengan kebijakan sebagai upaya pengelolaan karyawan perbankn Syariah di masa pandemic covid-19 agar tetap pada pedoman Alquran dan Hadist serta memberikan kontribusi bagi ilmu pengetahuan yang ada.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the differences in the stock price of BRIS before and after the merger of the three sharia banks of BUMN, and to obtain empirical evidence regarding the difference in trading volume of BRIS stock before and after the merger of the three sharia banks of BUMN. In this research, the analytical method used paired sample t-test with the SPSS program. The object of this research is BRIS. This study concludes that there is no difference between the stock price of BRIS before and after the merger of of the three sharia banks of BUMN, and there is a significant difference between the trading volume of BRIS stock before and after the merger of the three sharia banks of BUMN.]]>

<![CDATA[Based on the Financial Literacy and Inclusion Survey of 250 million Indonesians, the level of financial literacy has only reached 29,70%. The public has not used financial services, especially banking due to limited access from the bank, which will know the administrative costs, and the requirements are considered complicated. However, on the other hand, banking as an intermediary institution is required to provide adequate service access that can be easily accessed by all type of society. This program aims to absorb funds from people who have not been reached by bank offices, so that rural communities can enjoy financial service facilities without having go to the bank. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Laku Pandai program’s to the funds collected from people (third party funds). In this research, the data used secondary data sourced from IDX. Data collected by documentation is recording documents related with this research, as well as literature study is reviewing the various of literatures that support this research. The data analysis technique used quantitative methods. Tabulation and statistical analysis technique used different test analysis technique t-test.]]>

<![CDATA[Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perubahan pada perilaku nasabah dari transaksi tunai menjadi transaksi digital, dimana transaksi digital menyumbang pendapatan non-bunga khususnya fee based income. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat apakah tren pertumbuhan FBI lebih baik dibandingkan dengan tren pertumbuhan IBI selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan perusahaan perbankan. Jumlah populasi 46 perusahaan, dan jumlah sampel 36 perusahaan yang diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian diuji menggunakan uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara tren pertumbuhan IBI dan FBI perusahaan perbankan selama pandemi Covid-19 sejak kuartal III hingga akhir periode 2020.]]>

<![CDATA[Kampung Tematik is one of the innovations launched by the Government of Semarang City. Kampung Tematik are part of the sub-district that are undergoing repairs. Mayangsari Village, which is located in Kalipancur sub-district, Semarang City, is one of the kampung Tematik with superior products like of river tubbings and snacks. This community service aims to provide counseling on the use of social media to expand market reach in Mayangsari Village. The method used is by means of socialization to local residents. Through this counseling, it is hoped that the people of Mayangsari Village can promote local residents' production snacks as well as the beauty of river tubing and promote the Mayangsari Village area as one of the kampung Tematik in Semarang City. This devotion is carried out by socializing to public in Mayangsari Village, Kalipancur sub-district, Semarang City. The result is all entrepreneur expected to being able to expand market reach in Mayangsari Village, Kalipancur sub-district, Semarang City.]]>

<![CDATA[Environmental problems such as air pollution, global warming and water scarcity pose a threat to environmental sustainability. One of the causes is the administration of public services. To reduce environmental damage, public organizations must support the implementation of activities that are more environmentally friendly and their employees must display pro-environmental behavior. The research was expected to contribute practical ideas in the form of optimal implementation of environmentally friendly office programs, and theoretical contributions because there were still few researches on pro-environmental behavior of public employees. The study examined the influence of Perceptions of Regulations on the Implementation of Environmentally Friendly Office Programs and Public Service Motivation on the Pro-Environmental Behavior of Civil Servants through Organization Citizenship Behavior Toward Environment (OCBE) as Intervening Variables. The research sample was West Semarang KPP Pratama employees who had implemented an environmentally friendly program. The theoretical basis was TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior) which had been widely used to test pro-environmental behavior. The results showed that the perception of regulation had no significant effect on pro-environmental behavior. Meanwhile, Public Service Motivation and OCBE had a significant influence. Then OCBE mediated the perception of regulation with pro-environmental behavior fully, and public service motivation partially mediated pro-environmental behavior partially.]]>

<![CDATA[The Policy for the Implementation of Restrictions on Community Activities at the Salatiga City level greatly affects the company's activities in Salatiga City. In this case, it is necessary to have transformational leaders and employee readiness to make changes so that the organization commits to adapt to the current new normal era. The purpose of this study is to examine how transformational leadership affects organizational commitment with readiness to change as mediation for company employees in Salatiga City. Sampling in this research uses the calculation with the Slovin formula with a sample of 100 employees. Sampling using snowball sampling. There are 3 measuring tools for data analysis in testing the hypothesis: Simple Regression Analysis, Multiple Regression Analysis, and Sobel Test through Classical Assumption Test and Model Goodness Test. The resulting analysis model is declared good. The results of hypothesis testing are transformational leadership has a positive effect on readiness to change, readiness to change has a positive effect on organizational commitment, and transformational leadership affects organizational commitment through readiness to change.]]>
