Abstract

This study aims to determine the size of the company as a derivative of the influence of capital structure, profitability, and islamic social reporting on firm value in islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of islamic commercial banks registered with OJK. The sample method of this study used a purposive sampling method in which there was a sampling with certain considerations or criteria, so that the sample obtained was 60 samples from 12 islamic commercial banks with the 2015-2019 observation period. The type of data used is panel data. The analysis method used includes descriptive statistical test, stationarity test, multiple regression test, T test, F test, R2, classical assumption test and MRA test. The Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test uses data processing software Eviews. The results show that partially the capital structure variable has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Meanwhile, the profitability variable has a positive and significant impact on firm value. Then, the ISR variable has a positive and insignificant effect. Based on the Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) test, it shows that the interaction of firm size cannot detect the effect of capital structure and profitability on firm value.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan dibalik fluktuatifnya jumlah penjualan dari produk Pattaya Corner dengan menggunakan variabel harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Pattaya Corner. Data primer digunakan dalam penelitian ini dan disebarkan melalui kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang bertempat tinggal di kota Salatiga, sedangkan untuk sampel sendiri yaitu konsumen dari Pattaya Corner kota Salatiga sebanyak 106 sampel. Pengambilan sampel ini dilakukan dengan Random Sampling. Pendekatan Kuantitatif digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menggunakan SPSS versi 23 menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk, dan promosi sama-sama berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Variabel harga berpengaruh sebesar 52%, untuk variabel kualitas produk berpengaruh sebesar 46%, dan variabel promosi berpengaruh sebesar 54% dan yang paling dominan dalam pengambilan keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

The halal industry is very developed lately. The halal lifestyle that is currently trending in Indonesia consists of the Islamic financial sector, halal food, halal travel, halal clothing, halal recreation, and halal media, halal medicines, halal medical care (hospital), and halal cosmetics. For example, a pharmaceutical industry such as Sidomuncul. Sidomuncul is a company that has the most halal products at this time. This study aims to partially examine the effect of the halal label and the expiration date on purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously analyze the effect of the halal label and the expiration date on Sidomuncul purchasing decisions. This research is quantitative descriptive research. The method in this research uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 25. The population in this study are all people who buy Sidomuncul products, while the sample in this study was determined by 50 respondents. The results of this study resulted in a significant t-test value of 0,000, which means partially the halal label has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the expiration date resulted in a significant t-test value of 0,006, which means partially expiration date has a significant effect on the Sidomuncul product purchase decision, and simultaneously the halal label and expiration date affect the Sidomuncul product purchase decision.

Abstract

This research aims to analyses the economic impact of the COVID-19 outbreak on the stock market in Indonesia. This research is a quantitative descriptive study by collecting various sources from journals and current case studies about the COVID-19 outbreak. The technique of collecting data uses quotations and related news. The results in this study are The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak harms the capital market, where the occurrence of this pandemic has affected many investors in making investment actions that are very influential on the IHSG.
