Abstract

The development of palm oil export from 2000 to 2006 showed the competitiveness position of Indonesia in the world mar ket was fairly good. In order to increase the growth and values of palm oil export, the experts thought that the role of government as regulators and facilitators are very important.  The government became the main actor for the export development throuh de/regulation related to the palm oil commodity.  The objectives of actors could be achieved by combining strategies (i) encrease capacity of Belawan and Dumai harbours, (ii) reduction/elimination of loan repayment during grace period of revitalization program, (iii)  human resource develeopment for both societies and workers with participative funding from Central Government, Local Government, and enterprises, (iv) reduced cost and time in processing land sertification and Hak Guna Usaha (HGU), (v) improved access for farmers to financial institution (bank), (vi) the establishment of harbours in regions based on palm oil production in the region, and (viii) the development of farm roads.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of visual merchandising, product display and store atmosphere on impulse buying. This research was conducted at the Ramayana department store, Jl. MT. Haryono, Dinoyo, Malang City, East Java. The sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling of 50 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis show that the activity. The results of this study indicate that visual merchandising, product display and store atmosphere have a simultaneous influence on Impulse Buying. Overall, visual merchandising, product displays and store atmosphere have an effect on Impulse Buying by 84.0% and the remaining 16.0% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Peran sumber daya manusia menjadi bagian yang sangat penting di dalam organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan, terlebih di era globalisasi saat ini dimana persaingan bisnis begitu ketat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap keterikatan karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitaf, dengan menerapkan penelitian survey, terhadap 107 karyawan BBC-ETS dengan mengguanakan software statistic SPSS 25. Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa motivasi berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap employee engagement. Pencapaian organisasi tentu sangat berkaitan erat dengan keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya dan organisasi.
