Abstract

The purpose of this study is to review spatially the wages based on sex in Indonesia and review spatially the relationship between wages based on sex with the Gender Equality and Equity Index (IKKG) in Indonesia. The area, which is the location of this research, is the administrative region of the Republic of Indonesia, from now on referred to as Indonesia. The primary data used in this study are data on net wages and sex, as well as IKKG data from BAPPENAS. The data year used is 2010. This data will then be analyzed through 2 (two) stages, namely spatial analysis with the help of ArcGIS 10.0 and the relationship test using a cross table. Based on the calculation of the ratio presented through a spatial review, it can be seen that from 33 provinces in Indonesia, there are only two provinces whose wage ratio is below 100, that's mean, 31 provinces in Indonesia, the women, receive fewer wages than men. Nationally, based on the Indonesian KHL limits in 2010, the average female worker in Indonesia still received an inadequate salary, while male workers in Indonesia in 2013 received an average wage. In northern Sumatra and Eastern Indonesia, besides Papua has a reasonably low IKKG. Wage inequality based on sex can be a severe problem in the field of labor in Indonesia, and this inequality, if not solved immediately, will significantly hamper the role of women in poverty alleviation, because female workers will find it difficult to achieve financial independence and economic self-sufficiency.

Abstract

The performance of fisheries processing industry could be known through the production of processed fish and income which obtained by the entrepreneurs. Fisheries processing in Sukabumi Regency as an industry certainly has various factors that influence its performance. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of MSMEs and MSME actors characteristics on the performance of MSMEs in Sukabumi Regency. The research was conducted in Sukabumi Regency with the consideration that Sukabumi has superior MSME fishery processing industry products. The data used in the research were obtained from the results of interviews using the questionnaire. The number of samples used was 99 units of MSMEs which were selected by proportional cluster random sampling technique. The research data obtained were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 3.2.7 software. The results showed that the characteristics of MSMEs had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs, and the characteristics of MSME actors consisting of demographic, psychological and cultural characteristics had a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Based on these results, a psychological and cultural approach is needed for each program that will be carried out related to improving the performance of MSMEs in the fisheries processing industry in Sukabumi Regency.

Abstract

Pada penelitian ini dibahas mengenai hubungan antara beban kerja, kompensasi dan kepuasan yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai organisasi XYZ. Hal ini sebagai dasar untuk mengetahui kebijakan terbaik dalam organisasi. Sample yang diambil berasal dari berbagai jabatan di organisasi tersebut dimana dengan total 500 pegawai. Analisa dilakukan secara deskriptif dan analisis structural equational modeling dengan aplikasi lisrel. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan secara langsung, namun kinerja dapat meningkat bila kepuasan pegawai terpenuhi. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor fundamental perusahaan terhadap pergerakan harga saham baik secara simultan dan secara parsial. Penelitian ini mengambil objek pada perusahaan sektor keuanganyang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) untuk periode 2016 sampai 2018. Metode analisis data yang dipakai yaitu metode analisis regresi linier berganda yang sebelumnya dilakukan pengujian asumsi klasik. Dengan metode purposive sampling, diperoleh sebanyak 30 perusahaan yang akan dijadikan sebagai objek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan secara serempak, Book Value (BV), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earning Per Share (EPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Aseets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Kurs Valuta Asing secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan perbankan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sedangkan secara parsial, Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return On Aseets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), dan Kurs Valuta Asing berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Book Value (BV)berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham perusahaan sektor keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja keuangan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan rokok yang terdaftar di BEI.penelitian ini menggunakan rasio keuangan ROA dan ROE sebagai variabel independen. Objek dari penelitian ini adalah 4 perusahaan sub sektor rokok di BEI dengan priode 2017 sampai dengan 2019. hasil dari penelitian ini ROA dan ROE tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan secara simultan. Abstract

Every company definitely wanted its business to run smoothly and can even develop and achieved company goals in business competition, in this era of globalization, companies must realized that competition would be very fierce and need speed because high aset levels woulf not guarantee a company can. One of the ways to survived was to maximize Firm Value. This research was a quantitative descriptive study designed to collected information about firm value in 10 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the Pharmaceutical sub-sector. This study used secondary data taken in the 2015 to 2019 period. Based on the results showed that the pharmaceutical subsektor still has issuers that have company values below 1 and still have the company is in the category of undervalued company value.

Abstract

Cikurutug Village, Cireunghas District, Sukabumi Regency, to be precise in RW 1, has problems related to the availability of clean water. The water in the reservoir used by the residents comes from a small river. The water flow is not directly from the mountains or springs but results from soil seepage due to the extensive loosening of the land around the river, resulting in turbid water. This is undoubtedly very dangerous for the health of residents, because of course, it will invite diseases such as dysentery, typhus, and so on. To solve this problem, water filtration is carried out using simple tools that have been designed and then assisted by a water filtration device. The filtration results resulted in an increase in water quality, which would then continue to be used by residents. This filtration device must be maintained to keep the water quality still good.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of visual merchandising, product display and store atmosphere on impulse buying. This research was conducted at the Ramayana department store, Jl. MT. Haryono, Dinoyo, Malang City, East Java. The sampling technique of this research is non-probability sampling and purposive sampling of 50 respondents. The analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination. The results of data analysis show that the activity. The results of this study indicate that visual merchandising, product display and store atmosphere have a simultaneous influence on Impulse Buying. Overall, visual merchandising, product displays and store atmosphere have an effect on Impulse Buying by 84.0% and the remaining 16.0% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

This study aims to be able to find out and provide information on the development of manufacturing industries that dominate companies registered in the Indonesian Securities Foam (BEI) to find out the value of the company in the Consumer Goods Consumer Cosmetics and Household Utilities Industry sector. Method: The author in this study uses a measurement tool to determine the value of the company that is the Tobins'Q ratio, Data Analysis: This study used 7 comics and household goods sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2017-2019 with information that can be accessed on the official website www.idx.com. Results and Discussion: The results of this study indicate that there are still companies that have a company value below one or are categorized as a low company (undervalued), but of 7 companies 5 companies have a Tobins'Q value of above 1 which means it has the potential to have potential growth. Conclusion: The author is optimistic that the Cosmetics and Households Sub-sector companies have better growth potential in the future and can have Tobins'Q values ??above 1 for 7 of these companies, the authors have the view that the stock prices that have been published by manufacturing companies are sufficient good but every year it fluctuates, increasing company performance to get high company value must be increased so that the company's profitability increases every year.

Abstract

The rapid spread of the Covid-19 virus has a significant impact on the economy and business. Indonesia is one of the countries affected by co-19. The case in Indonesia was recorded as starting in mid-February; in March, schools, and offices began to be closed and replaced with all activities carried out at home. Large companies with sound management systems were also affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. Many companies have ceased operational activities due to dependence on raw materials from abroad. The pandemic will last several months or years until the vaccine and the best treatment method are found. The new normalcy has been felt indirectly by the people of Indonesia. This study was conducted by taking the object of the Covid-19 pandemic incident with Indonesia's cases from April to June 2020. The data used are primary and secondary. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis and the soft system method. The new normalcy resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic has a significant impact and is very different from the usual conditions. Decision-makers need to balance the new prevention requirements aimed at the safety of individuals and groups. The government can work with academics to get the risk level coefficient calculation from the new normality.
