Abstract

As an Islamic educational institution in Indonesia, madrasah emerged and developed along with the entry and development of Islam in Indonesia. Along with the development of the Indonesian nation, madrasas have experienced developments, both from the level and from the type since the sultanate, colonialism and independence. In this study the authors use qualitative research with a library study approach or library research and are descriptive in nature where the writer tries to explore how the position and the development of madrasah in the era of modern civilization. The results of this study, that madrasah as Islamic educational institutions function to connect the old system with the new system by maintaining old values ​​that are still good that can still be maintained and take something new in science, technology and economics that are beneficial to the lives of Muslims. With the emergence of several forms or models of madrasah developed by the Ministry of Religion shows that there is a desire for the development and reform of madrashs in following and meeting the needs and demands of development in this modern era, but does not erase the inherent tradition of madrasah

Abstract

Salah satu permasalahan pendidikan yang dihadapi oleh bangsa Indonesia adalah rendahnya mutu pendidikan pada setiap jenjang dan satuan pendidikan, khususnya pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Padahal kebijakan pemerintah untuk meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan dilakukan berbagai cara. Masalah pendidikan agama merupakan masalah yang kompleks dan membutuhkan kerja keras dari semua elemen yang terkait dengannya. Pendidikan agama Islam memiliki karakteristik tersendiri yang berbeda dengan mata pelajaran lainnya. Istilah pendidikan yang melekat pada nama pelajaran ini menuntut guru sebagai pelaksana, tidak saja berusaha untuk mentransfer pengetahuan, akan tetapi lebih dari itu ia harus berusaha agar pengetahuan yang disampaikannya dapat terinternalisasi dalam diri para siswaOleh karenanya perlu kiranya mencari solusi atau jalan keluar untuk peningkatan mutu pendidikan di negeri ini lebih-lebih pada pendidikan agama Islam, hal ini bukan tidak ada alasan karena kualitas pendidikan di lembaga sekolah sangat bervariasi dan sebagaian besar sangat memprihatinkan, contohnya saja di lembaga Madrasah Model pendekatan peningkatan mutu pendidikan agama Islam antara lain Preliminary control, concurrent control, rework control dan damage control. Dari ke empat model pendekatan mutu pendidikan ini lebih ringkasnya mencakup input, transformasi (proses), output, dan stakeholder value ( nilai pengguna)

Abstract

Di dunia pendidikan salah satu yang menjadi fokus perhatian dan sangat penting adalah peserta didik. Karena salah satu indikator bisa dikatakan keberhasilan penyelenggaraan pendidikan di sekolah adalah bisa di lihat dari prestasi peserta didik, sehingga sekolah perlu sekali memahami dan mendalami bagaimana memanage dan mengembangkan potensi dalam diri peserta didikOleh karenanya proses pendidikan yang bermutu akan menghasilkan lulusan yang bermutu dan relevan dengan pembangunan.Pemahaman dan implementasi manajemen peserta didik sangat penting guna tercapainya cita-cita yang diinginkan oleh sekolah bisa tercapai, yakni keberhasilan peserta didik dalam menuntaskan apa yang sudah diprogramkan oleh sekolah.

Abstract

The quality of education is an important issue in the world of education, because by looking at the quality of education can be a reflection of the success of education that is carried out. If the quality of education is good, it can be said that in the implementation of good education, likewise if the quality of education is low, then it can be assumed that in the implementation of education there are serious problems. Therefore this paper was appointed to inspire education observers to pay more attention in maintaining and overseeing the quality of education so that the output or graduates can be relied upon. This article review method uses qualitative. While presenting data using descriptive analysis and designed using a central approach by looking for literature that discusses the quality of education and education technology. The results of this study are the relevance or relationship between educational technology and the quality of education, because the quality of education with regard to everything that achieves the achievement of quality education both in terms of student achievement, teaching quality, and school performance can be achieved well through an educational technology approach. That is because with educational technology involving people who have an important role in the educational problem, it is then regulated by standardized procedures and the next stage is organized for analysis and finding solutions to solve them

Abstract

This paper aims to examine more deeply about leadership ethics in the view of Islam and the relationship between leadership ethics and the performance of employees or those they lead. This is an interesting study to discuss considering that in an organization that is the center of attention and its policies are awaited in an organization is the figure of a leader, so that in a leader an ethics is needed, because a leader becomes uswah or an example to his subordinates and that have a significant influence on the performance of their subordinates. In this study, this type of research uses qualitative research with a library research approach or library study with data collection techniques through various references, then data reduction and conclusions are carried out. The results showed that. Leadership ethics in the view of Islam as exemplified by the Prophet with his leadership traits, namely al sidq, amanah, fathonah and tablig and there is a relationship between ethical leadership and ethical performance on the influence of employee performance, this is because the influence of ethical leadership can be realized good performance ethics so that the collaboration between ethical leadership and work ethics has a positive impact on optimizing employee performance

Abstract

Suatu lembaga pendidikan pastilah memerlukan yang namanya manajemen. Dikatakan demikian karena dengan manajemen mencakup pengaturan secara luas, baik dari segi sumber daya manusia sekolah maupun hal hal yang terkait lembaga itu tersendiri. Contoh saja dalam hal siswa, perlu yang namanya manajemen kesiswaan, karena dengan manajemen kesiswaan, Siswa diatur atau didesain bagaimana siswa itu menguasai mata pelajaran dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan lulusan yang baik pula. Oleh karenanya manajemen pendidikan merupakan bagian dari khazanah keilmuan. Dikatakan demikian karena dari kata ilmu itu sendiri apabila kita kaji dan telaah, maka sangatlah luas isi cakupannya, bisa dalam hal pendidikan atau hal - hal lain.Dari uraian tersebut bisa dipahami bahwasanya dalam bidang pendidikan terutama pendidikan Islam perlu yang namanya suatu ilmu yang dinamakan manajemen. Dikatakan demikian karena dengan manajemen, pendidikan Islam itu di kelola dengan baik sehingga menghasilkan apa yang diharapkan. Oleh karena itu dari sini perlu dikaji secara mendalam agar lebih memahamkan yang dikehendaki manajemen pendidikan Islam sebagai disiplin ilmu.

Abstract

The existence of Islamic education institutions in Indonesia is a reflection of the development of Islamic education, this is because through educational institutions how the implementation of Islamic education is designed and developed, but what is still a problem is from the aspect of management or management. This is due to the fact that many institutional management do not apply good management. Therefore this paper seeks to dig deeper into how the history of the management of Islamic educational institutions is, so that later it can become a foothold or reference in managing institutions in accordance with the characteristics of these institutions. In this study or discussion the writer uses qualitative research with a library research approach and this research is descriptive in nature. The author will collect data in the form of references from books, journals or other sources and the next stage is an in-depth analysis to be able to produce a final conclusion. The result of the review of this article is that the history and dynamics related to the management of Islamic education institutions in this country are very diverse and of course what is of concern is what concrete steps for educational institutions from the management aspect are still not good to become better, and in this case it is our job. together to provide input and moral support to stakeholders to continue to improve the management system of the educational institutions they manage

Abstract

The development of the science of development is slowly growing rapidly, more so in the western world based on the main base, namely rationalism, and empiricism. However, it is in contrast to the treasures of Islamic scholarship which stagnated due to differences in perceptions of accepting or rejecting science which only stems from rationalism and empiricism. Based on this anxiety, there was an effort made by one of the leading Muslim figures named M. Abid Al Jabiri who tried to construct ideas about the importance of the development of science in Islamic treasures with an Islamic epistemological approach. Therefore, this paper was appointed to reveal more deeply how the views of M. Abid Al Jabiri in the development of Islamic scientific treasures with an Islamic Epistemology approach so that with his view it provides a solution to confusion and adversity in the development of Islamic scholarship. This study method uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research. Through this type of research, the author collects various references regarding the views of M. Abid Al Jabiri on Islamic epistemology which the authors then analyze and can finally produce a conclusion. The results of this study conclude that in M. Abid Al Jabiri's view, Islamic epistemology through Bayani, Irfan, and Burhani epistemologies is an answer to how important it is to use Islamic epistemology for the development of Islamic scholarship so that it does not lag behind the dominance of Western scientific development.

Abstract

Dalam kehidupan sehari-hari sangat rentang terjadi yang namanya konflik, baik antar pribadi atau kelompok, apalagi jika kita berinteraksi dalam sebuah organisasi, konflik bisa saja muncul karena hal sepele atau mungkin hal yang berat. sehingga salah satu jalannya adalah bagaimana mengatur konflik agar tidak menjadi lebih meluas atau bisa dikendalaikanpengelolaan konflik ke arah positif membutuhkan proses dan usaha yang tidak mudah. konflik dapat dijadikan sebagai stimulus peningkatan komunikasi dan kualitas kerja, namun  juga dapat menurunkan kualitas kinerja seseorang jika tidak dapat dikendalikan( wijayanti, dalam hasanah). oleh karena itu, konsep dan perumusan manajemen  konflik yang tepat sangatlah dibutuhkan. pengelolaan konflik juga mendapatkan perhatian dalam kajian agama islam.  hubungan baik antara manusia dengan allah diatur secara terperinci dalam seluruh dasar agama islam yang juga mengatur hubungan antara manusia dengan manusia termasuk masalah konflik. dalam islam, konflik merupakan bawaan alami manusia sebagai bukti penciptaan allah swt dalam berbeda jenis kelamin serta berbeda bangsa dan suku bangsa. perbedaan tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya perbedaan mulai dari bentuk fisik, warna kulit, pemikiran, nilai, bahasa, agama, kebudayaan, perilaku dan sebagainya yang keseluruhannya merupakan sumber terjadinya konflik

Abstract

Many students from the Salafiyah Islamic boarding school cannot continue their education to a higher level because of constraints in formal diplomas. Basic education program is one of the programs of the Ministry of Religion to overcome this. However, in its implementation it depends on the pesantren's own stakeholders, such as the role of the pesantren caregivers, pesantren head and pesantren instructors. Like in PP. Darutta'lim Wadda'wah Malang, which is one of the pesantren in Malang that has implemented a fair education program. In this case, the role of the head of the pesantren is very influential. Therefore, researchers are interested in carrying out research related to how the leadership of the pesantren head in implementing the fair education program. The focus of this research is about (1) How is the leadership of the pesantren head (2) how is the implementation of this program and also (3) what are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of the program.The results of this study found that (1) Leadership characteristics of Darutta'lim Wadda'wah Islamic boarding school leadership in the implementation of the Elementary Education Program included in a democratic leadership style, including: Prioritizing deliberation in decision making, involving pesantren stakeholders in making policy, and providing opportunities to all pesantren stakeholders to give their opinions for the achievement of the success of the Elementary Education Program at the Darutta'lim Wadda'wah boarding school. (2) Implementation of the Basic Education Fair Program in PP. Darutta'lim Wadda'wah started with the socialization of the Ministry of Education, after the socialization activities, the City Ministry of Education also provided guidance to pesantren who wanted to implement the Elementary Education Program in their pesantren. Guidance includes how the licensing process to how the evaluation later. (3) Supporting factors for the implementation of the Basic Education Program at the Darutta'lim Wadda'wah boarding school include: the support of pesantren caregivers, the availability of educational infrastructure, experienced teaching staff, and the availability of supporting books. While the inhibiting factors include: the lack of time for learning activities, the tutor has not been able to get an educator certificate, the problem of funding, although getting assistance from BOS funds, the size depends on the number of students, learning facilities are still lacking, and limited teaching time for teachers.
