The Development of an area which based on social organization have been being in various region in Indonesia. In this context, basically give awareness and opportunity for society which taking a part in development process. Organizational construction is aimed for ability by giving education to grow with strong motivation and enthusiasm to society in order to taking a part with actively in development. Others, is growing ability and independence to associate the aspiration of society in national development. The goal of this study is analyze the organization in area of study function optimally, can earn powered as media of development. Study conducted in area of Lembah Tamansari, Cipaganti village ( focus study of RW 02 and RW 04), Coblong Sub district, Bandung, with method of observation and interview to local elite figure and the organizational perpetrator of existing society. There are social organization in this area , that is LPM, PKK and Karang Taruna. After analyze data by using process of a group theory and the goal of social organization, to be obtained the picture of social organization effectiveness which contribute to environmental problems of settlements. The social organization in study area, dont have own ability to finish environmental problems of study area. Performance which is not optimal caused by limited amount organization human skills and quality.

This paper aimed to describe architectural design model of vocational high school that is accessible and meets the behavioral needs of children with visual impairment. The method used was a rational design method or often called as a glass box method, which was divided into four steps: 1) design criteria; 2) children with visual impairmentâ€™s behaviour; 3) programming; 4) designing model. The design criteria was combined based on its accessibility, space, sensory awareness, enhancement of learning, flexibility and ability, health and well-being condition, safety and security, sustainability, incorporation of nature environment and buildings, and availability of open space. These principle implemented from outside to inside the building, as well as from the site, landscape, building to interior of classroom. We believe that this study gives important for the need of architectural building model for students with special needs.

Environmental literacy as individual knowledge and understanding of aspects of the build environment, the principles that occur in the environment, and is able to act in maintaining environmental quality which is applied in everyday life. Changes in the environment each year will occur both in local and global contexts, so the goal of increased environmental literacy is to prepare people who understand and can cope with environmental issues, so it can be prepared reformer environmental agents that have a positive attitude and action on the environment. The purpose of this research is to gain an environmental profile literacy levels of students Vocational High School (SMK) in West Java. To achieve these objectives, the research method used is descriptive research method. The results showed that the knowledge and understanding of vocational students about the environment, including the unfavorable category. This suggests that environmental literacy vocational students are low. Environmental literacy is essential in tackling the environmental problems. This shows that the necessary efforts to improve environmental literacy vocational students. One of the efforts is the learning environment must be integrated on activities intrakulikuler with election materials in line with the skills of vocational students. In the process of learning needs to be done by implementing the learning that adopts konstruksivisme.

Permasalahan sering terjadi pada bangunan sarana olahraga adalah kurang memberi kenyamanan termal bagi pelaku kegiatan. Kondisi udara begitu statis banyak dijumpai selama berolahraga indoor. Kelembaban udara yang tinggi sangat tidak mendukung proses penguapan keringat yang amat dibutuhkan saat berolahraga. Kondisi ini tentu saja bisa menimbulkan ketidaknyamanan bagi atlet maupun penonton pada saat pertandingan. Penelitian pada bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kenyamanan termal sarana olahraga baru atau renovasi di Jawa Barat berdasarkan pengukuran subyektif dan obyektif. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengukuran obyektif terhadap tingkat kenyamanan akan dilakukan dengan pengukuran pada tiga faktor, yaitu; 1) temperatur udara, 2) pergerakan angin, 3) kelembapan udara, Kemudian dibandingkan dengan standar-standar Kenyamanan termal yang berlaku. Sedangkan pengukuran subyektif akan dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner mengenai persepsi mengenai kenyamanan termal yang mereka rasakan pada saat pertandingan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, baik dari pengukuran obyektif maupun subyektif, sarana olahraga di Jawa Barat memberi sensasi termal hangat menuju panas. Artinya sarana olahraga tersebut tidak memberi kenyamanan termal.

The purpose of this study is to analyze: 1) the effect of price on customer satisfaction. 2) the effect of product quality on customer satisfaction. 3) the influence of service differentiation on customer satisfaction. 4) the effect of price on customer loyalty. 5) the effect of product quality on customer loyalty. 6) the influence of service differentiation on customer loyalty. 7) the influence of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. 8) indirect effect of price on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 9) indirect effect of product quality on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. 10) the indirect effect of service differentiation on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction. The number of subjects for UD. Sumber Roso customers is 840 customers/consumers. In sampling, the sample size is determined by the Slovin formula with a significance level of 0.01 so that the sample is determined to be 98 customers/consumers. In this research, the writer uses multiple linear regression analysis technique with SPSS program. V. 26.0. From the results of the analysis and discussion, it is concluded as follows: 1) price has no effect on customer satisfaction; 2) product quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 3) service differentiation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction; 4) price has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 5) product quality has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 6) service differentiation has no effect on customer loyalty; 7) customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty; 8) price has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable; 9) product quality has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable; 10) service differentiation has an indirect effect on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction as a moderating variable.

Studi ini mengeksplorasi dampak dari strategi pengoptimalan kinerja keuangan terhadap keberhasilan bisnis. Melalui tinjauan literatur yang komprehensif, strategi kunci seperti manajemen modal kerja yang efisien, optimisasi biaya, diversifikasi sumber pendanaan, pencatatan dan pelaporan keuangan yang baik, ekspansi bisnis dan penetrasi pasar, manajemen risiko, serta pembelajaran dan pengembangan keterampilan yang berkelanjutan diidentifikasi. Temuan ini menekankan pentingnya strategi ini dalam meningkatkan profitabilitas, arus kas, alokasi sumber daya, mitigasi risiko, daya saing, dan pengambilan keputusan. Dengan mengimplementasikan strategi ini, organisasi dapat meningkatkan kinerja keuangan, mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif, dan mengambil keputusan yang berdasarkan informasi keuangan yang akurat. Implikasi praktis dari studi ini memberikan panduan bagi organisasi, terutama usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM), untuk mengoptimalkan kinerja keuangan mereka dan berkontribusi pada pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia.
