Abstract

Abstrak—Pusat Penelitian Kelapa Sawit (PPKS) merupakan sebuah lembaga penelitian perkebunan pertama di Sumatera yang berfokus utama penelitian adalah pada kelapa sawit yang menghasilkan bibit unggul, untuk mendapatkan bibit unggul yang baik maka diperlukan  sebuah sistem yang dapat menentukan kualitas bibit kelapa sawit yang baik maka diperlukan beberapa cara, salah satunya adalah dengan menerapkan logika fuzzy, logika fuzzy memiliki matematis serta memiliki  toleransi  terhadap data-data  yang  tidak  tepat,  mampu  memodelkan  fungsi-fungsi nonlinear yang sangat kompleks dan dapat bekerja sama dengan teknik-teknik kendali secara  konvensional, pada logika fuzzy maka di terapkan algoritma fuzzy sugeno.  Fuzzy sugeno memiliki kelebihan yaitu lebih intuitif, diterima oleh banyak  pihak,  lebih  cocok  untuk  masukan  yang  diterima  dari manusia  bukan  mesin.  Sehingga algoritma fuzzy sugeno effektif diterapkan dalam menentukan kualitas bibit sawit untuk membantu pihak perusahaan, dalam fuzzy sugeno terdapat beberapa variabel yang bisa digunakan dalam melakukan perhitungan untuk mendapatkan menentuan kualitas bibit kelapa sawit yaitu pada pertubuhan, perkembangan, dan kesuburan. Pada hasil pengujian oleh sistem yang di bangun berdasarkan basis aturan dan perhitungan dari algoritma fuzzy sugeno maka dapat hasil yang di dapat dengan predikat Baik dengan nilai 90.Kata Kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Logika Fuzzy Algoritma Sugeno, Bibit Kelapa Sawit  Abstract— The Palm Oil Research Center (PPKS) is the first plantation research institute in Sumatra whose main focus is on oil palm that produces superior seedlings, to get good seedlings, a system that can determine the quality of good oil palm seedlings is needed. ways, one of which is to apply fuzzy logic, fuzzy logic has mathematical as well as having tolerance to inaccurate data, is able to model nonlinear functions that are very complex and can work together with conventional control techniques, in fuzzy logic then applied the Sugeno fuzzy algorithm. Fuzzy Sugeno has the advantage of being more intuitive, accepted by many parties, more suitable for input received from humans not machines. So that the effective Fuzzy Sugeno algorithm is applied in determining the quality of oil palm seedlings to help the company, in Fuzzy Sugeno there are several variables that can be used in making calculations to get a determination of the quality of oil palm seedlings namely on growth, development, and fertility. On the test results by the system that was built based on the basis of rules and calculations from the Sugeno fuzzy algorithm, the results obtained with the predicate Good with a value of 90.Keywords - Decision Support System, Sugeno Fuzzy Logic Algorithm, Oil Palm Seedlings

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenulisan Tugas Akhir ini untuk merancang aplikasi belanja online (e-commerce) pada PT. Mitra Butterindo Jaya sehingga jangkauan pasar penjualan perusahaan tersebut lebih luas dan berkembang. Pada saat studi kasus di PT. Mitra Butterindo jaya perusahaan belum mempunyai website perusahaan dan situs penjualan online untuk itu penulis ingin menciptakan website e-commerce untuk perusahaan. Program yang digunakan dalam pembuatan Tugas akhir ini yaitu UI ( user interface) sebagai interface nya, mysql sebagai database, dan JavaScript sebagai design website nya, Uji coba yang dilakukan yaitu mencoba menu-menu yang ada pada aplikasi ecommerce tersebut apakah sudah sesuai dengan fungsinya masing-masing atau tidak.Hasil program ini menunjukan bahwa aplikasi e-commerce yang telah dirancang dapat berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Aplikasi ini memiliki dua interface yaitu interface user dan admin. Interface user sebagai media untuk pelanggan berbelanja produk-produk yang dijual PT. Mitra Butterindo Jaya. Interface admin untuk mengelola data dan segala kegiatan transaksi dari interface user.Kata kunci :Bahan-bahan kue, E-commerce. Sistem informasi

Abstract

Hikmatul Fadhillah IT School, located in the center of Medan, North Sumatra Province, is the partner choice in this Community Empowerment Program. The Hikmatul Fadhillah IT School, which is based on Integrated Islam, is aimed at Islamic-based human beings whose students are taught to use English and Arabic in their daily lives. During visits to partner locations, the problems faced by partners were the school's knowledge and skills in using information and communication technology (ICT) which resulted in minimal innovation being implemented in schools, especially in financial management. School finances are still conventional or manual based, bookkeeping of income and expenditure transactions still uses books and recording via the Microsoft Excel data processing application, information about school fee payments is still based on information from school groups. The solution offered in this community empowerment program is to provide a web-based information system product for financial management and financial management starting from recording receipts for school fee payments, recording income and expenses accompanied by analysis of reports that can be displayed systemically. After that, training and assistance in managing the school financial services that have been built.

Abstract

Teachers are an important resource in supporting the teaching and learning process. The quality of teachers needs attention because it determines the quality of the teaching and learning process. This research aims to create a system that is able to classify performance as Very Good, Good, and Fair as seen from Pedagogical Competency, Personality Competency, Social Competency, Professional Competency using Naive Bayes Classifier calculations. Implementation of the Naive Bayes Classifier classification using numerical calculations. Based on a dataset divided into 80 training data and 20 testing data, the final test calculation achieved an accuracy level of 85% with precision results of 60% then recall of 57.14%. After carrying out calculations and obtaining test results, they will be distributed into the system using PHP and MySQL which are designed to carry out teacher performance assessment classifications. The prediction results obtained from the system are consistent with the results of manual calculations. Based on the research conducted, the system developed can be implemented in a way that makes it easier to evaluate teaching effectiveness.

Abstract

Sekolah Islam Terpadu Hikmatul Fadhillah terletak di kota Medan Sumatera Utara Denai No. 176 Tegal Sari Mandala III Kec. Medan Denai, Kota Medan, Sumatera Utara 20371 Medan. Sekolah yang sudah terakreditasi BAN PT yaitu akreditasi B. Adapun permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra adalah kurangnya pemahaman dan pengetahuan untuk bisa lebih eksis dalam memperkenalkan sekolah ke kancah yang lebih besar lagi cakupannya, agar sekolah ini lebih di kenal lagi tidak hanya dikenal di area sekeliling sekolah saja. Solusi yang ditawarkan adalah memberikan pemahaman dengan melakukan penyuluhan atau sosialisasi ke sekolah ini bagaimana cara memperkenalkan atau bagaimana cara mempromosikan sekolah ini untuk bisa lebih dikenalkan di masyarakat luas bukan hanya di area sekeliling sekolah saja. Solusi yang diambil adalah dengan memberikan atau membuatkan satu produk sebuah website Sekolah. Luaran yang diharapkan dari adanya kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah agar mitra bisa lebih mempromosikan sekolahnya pada masyarakat luas bukan hanya dikenal dan diketahui dari sekeliling sekolah saja tetapi lebih dikenal di masyarakat luas yang jauh dari area sekolah ini pun bisa mengetahui adanya sekolah ini. Melalui produk yang dibuat dari kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berupa sistem informasi website sekolah diharapkan bisa lebih berkembang lagi bisa dan mendapatkan siswa siswi lebih banyak lagi. The problem faced by partners is a lack of understanding and knowledge to be able to exist more in introducing schools to a wider scope, so that this school is better known, not only in the area around the school. The solution offered is to provide an understanding by conducting counseling or outreach to this school how to introduce or how to promote this school so that it can be introduced to the wider community, not just in the area around the school. The solution taken is to provide or make one product a school website. The expected outcome of this Community Service activity is that partners can further promote their school to the wider community, not only being known and known from around the school, but more widely known in the wider community, who are far from this school area, can also know this school exists. Through the products made from this Community Service activity in the form of a school website information system, it is hoped that it can develop even more and get more students.
