Abstract

 Di Indonesia aini, banyak pemangku profesi yang berelasi dengan  berfungsinya hukum atau layanan masyarakat, diantaranya nitaris. Profesi notaris termasuk profesi spesial di dunia. Notaris adalah pejabat umum dalam menjalankan tugasnya yang terikat dengan norma-norma yuridis dan kode etik profesi. Kode etik notaris menjadi kaidah moral yang ditentukan oleh perkumpulan Ikatan Notaris Indonesia (INI) yang menjadi pijakan menata atau mengatur tentang kode etik profesi notaris dalam hubungannya dengan banyak pihak, yang tentu saja harus ditaati atau dpatuhi oleh setiap anggota yang terikat atau mengikatkan diri dalam perkumpulan (organisasi) itu. Konsekuensi sebagai anggota profesi ini harus dipahami oleh notaris, karena bersumber dari sini, kewibawaan profesi bisa terjaga  citranya.Kata-Kunci: eksistensi, notaris, organisasi, profesi, etikaIn Indonesia today, there are many professional stakeholders who are related to the functioning of the law or public services, including notaries. The notary profession is a special profession in the world. Notaries are public officials in carrying out their duties who are bound by juridical norms and professional codes of ethics. The notary code of ethics is a moral code determined by the association of the Indonesian Notary Association (INI) which is the basis for organizing or regulating the code of ethics of the notary profession in relation to many parties, which of course must be obeyed or obeyed by every member who is bound or bound in the association. Abstract

The verdict of the judge of the Constitutional Court is a kind of special verdict. One of the verdicts pronounced by the constitutional court judge is to approve petition. In the case of petitioner’s clain through laws number 4/PNPS/1963, the constitutional court approves the petitioner’s petition. By the constitutional court judges, this juridical product is assessed against the constitution. This verdict can be categorized into an encouragement   or support educatively, which must be welcome positively by the country pillars. Subjects being motivated to be mujtahid as a constitutional court judge are educational communities such as teachers, college students, lecturers, researchers, humanists, and knowledge admirers to become the creators in the aspect of book. In this kind of condition, it is expected that education enlightenment can be gained through the   society.

Abstract

There is a paradoxical condition which afflicts higher education institution. On the one hand, higher education institution has proven itself as an educational institution which generates several knowledgeable and great people for the interest of Indonesian society and global community. However, another side of university is considered being affected by serious problems in relation with corruption in the state. Lots of notorious corruptors have already corrupted trillions of rupiahs from the state’s assets whereas these corruptors are higher education institution graduates. Moreover, there are many higher education institution elites who deal with law enforcement officials because they are alleged of doing corruption. A number of educational subjects in higher education institution were arrested by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) because of their findings which indicate the misuse of government funds. Not only has it been regarded to physical construction of the higher education institution, but also the procurement of goods and services. Due to this condition, time has come for universities to promote educational jihad for the sake of corruption eradication in higher education institution.Keywords:  universities, corruption, educational jihad, eradication

Abstract

 Model pembelajaran di dunia Pendidikan, baik pendidikan formal maupun tidak, sangatlah menentukan terbentuknya anak-anak atau subyek didik. Mereka  akan memiliki ketahanan mentalitas dan spiritualitas yang kuat ataukah tidak, akan dipengaruhi oleh penyelenggaraan pembelajaran yang diterima atau ditransformasikan kepadanya. Dirinya akan jadi subyek yang dapat  mencegah atau dicegah dari kemungkinan menjadi kader-kader terorisme diantaranya berkat pengaruh nilai-nilai secara yuridis maupun agama yang diinternalisasikannya secara edukatif. Keterjerumusan anak menjadi kader terorisme merupakan bagian dari kritik serius terhadap ketidakseriusan penyelenggaran Pendidikan.Kata kunci: terorisme, Pendidikan, hukum, agama. The learning model in the world of education, whether formal education or not, really determines the formation of children or students. They will have a strong mentality and spirituality resilience or not, will be influenced by the organization of learning that is received or transformed to them. He will be a subject who can prevent or be prevented from becoming terrorism cadres, including thanks to the influence of juridical and religious values which he internalizes educatively. The fall of children into terrorism cadres is part of a serious criticism of the lack of seriousness in providing education.Keywords: terrorism, education, law, religion.

Abstract

 Korupsi merupakan salah satu ”penyakit” serius yang menimpa atau menguji ketahanan bangsa Indonesia. Di wilayah manapun dan di unit-unit kelembagaan yang berhubungan dengan tata kelola keuangan negara, baik dari pusat maupun daerah, korupsi nyaris selalu mengikutinya. Seolah dimana ada uang negara, disitulah korupsi muncul. Akibat kondisi ini, semua subyek bangsa, khususnya yang merasa punya kewajiban moral untuk berupaya melakukan penanggulangan atau pencegahan. Perempuan merupakan subyek bangsa terdidik yang ikut punya kewajiban demikian, sehingga logis jika ada penguatan pendidikan etik Islam tentang anti korupsi.Kata Kunci: korupsi, perempuan, penguatan, pendidikan, etikaCorruption is one of the serious "diseases" that befall or test the resilience of the Indonesian nation. In any area and in institutional units related to state financial management, both from the central and regional levels, corruption almost always follows. As if where there is state money, that's where corruption appears. As a result of this condition, all subjects of the nation, especially those who feel they have a moral obligation to try to take action or prevent it. Women are the subject of an educated nation who also have such obligations, so it is logical if there is a strengthening of Islamic ethical education on anti-corruption.Keywords: corruption, women, strengthening, education, ethics

Abstract

Perbedaan kepentinggan antara berbagai organ dalam perusahaan seperti dewan direksi dan dewan komisaris. Perbedaan kepentingan antara pemilik perusahaan dengan pengelola perusahaan dimana secara umum merupakan masalah principal-agent. Semua bagian berperan dalam menentukan arah dan pengawasan perusahaan. RUPS, pemegang saham yang mewakili, mengambil keputusan yang mendasar, misalnya pembagian keuntungan. Dewan Komisaris secara umum bertanggung jawab terhadap  bimbingan dan pengawasan, menerima strategi perusahaan dan mengendalikan direksi. Direksi, akhirnya, menjalankan operasi sehari-hari, seperti pelaksanaan strategi, penyusunan rencana bisnis, mengelola sumber daya manusia, mengembangkan strategi pemasaran dan penjualan, dan mengelola aset. Kata Kunci: corporate, ajaran islam, korupsi Differences of interest between various organs in the company such as the board of directors and the board of commissioners. The difference in interests between the owner of the company and the manager of the company is generally a principal-agent problem. All parts play a role in determining the direction and supervision of the company. The GMS, representing shareholders, makes basic decisions, such as profit sharing. The Board of Commissioners is generally responsible for guidance and supervision, accepting corporate strategy and controlling the board of directors. The Board of Directors, ultimately, carries out day-to-day operations, such as strategy execution, business plan preparation, managing human resources, developing marketing and sales strategies, and managing assets. Abstract

Setiap kejahatan tentulah berdampak negatif, apalagi korupsi. Lebih makro lagi dampak korupsi itu, bilamana korupsinya semakin revolutif. Perubahan pola atau gaya berkorupsi dapat mengakibatkan rapuhnya bangunan negara hukum, apalagi jika pelakunya berasal dari kalangan aparat penegak hukum. Kuat tidaknya bangunan negara hukum sangat ditentukan oleh sikap dan perilaku aparat penegak hukum, bukan hanya ketika aparat ini menangani perkara korupsi, tetapi juga sikap dan perilaku konsistennya yang terjaga dari keterjerumusan tergoda melakukan korupsi. Tidak sedikitnya aparat penegak hukum yang terjerumus melakukan korupsi merupakan ancaman seiius, baik sekarang maupun ke depan terhadap konstruksi Indonesia ebagai negara hukum.

Abstract

Upaya pemberantasan korupsi  tidak bisa dengan memangkas  yang terlihat saja, melainkan harus dengan gerakan sosial, mendalam dan mengarah kepada  perubahan sosial budaya. Berbicara soal sikap antikorupsi tidak terlepas dari kata "integritas". Seseorang yang menjaga integritas akan memiliki sikap yang mencegahnya untuk melakukan tindak pidana korupsi. Karena itulah, nilai-nilai integritas menjadi salah satu hal penting dalam pencegahan korupsi. Integritas adalah bertindak dengan cara yang konsisten dengan apa yang dikatakan.Nilai integritas merupakan kesatuan antara pola pikir, perasaan, ucapan, dan perilaku yang selaras dengan hati nurani dan norma yang berlaku. Kesembilan nilai itu adalah jujur, peduli, mandiri, disiplin, tanggung jawab, kerja keras, sederhana, berani, dan adil.
