Abstract

Batam City is one of the cities in the Riau Archipelago Province with the largest population growth. Along with the development of the city and the increase in population, the need for public facilities and infrastructures also need to be developed, such as on Jalan Siliwangi. Jalan Siliwangi is one of the roads in the Batu Besar area, Nongsa sub-district in Batam city which is experiencing problems with the drainage system. Drainage is a technical measure to prevent excess water due to high rainfall intensity and drain it to a collection point. Rainfall intensity is a condition where rain is highly concentrated and occurs at a certain time. This research was conducted to know whether the Siliwangi Road drainage channel is working optimally so that it can accommodate water during high rainfall. This analysis uses the Gumbel method using extreme values. The extreme values of rain intensity that will be taken into account are several return periods, namely 2, 5, 10, 25, 50, and 100 years. The calculated channel discharge using location data is Q = 0.5637 m3/second, while the planned discharge calculated using rainfall data is Q = 2.064 m3/second. From the results of the analysis of the dimensions of the planned canal found in the field, it does not meet the design capacity so waterlogging occurs, where the height and width of the planning canal are larger. By using the frequency distribution formula of the Gumbel and Log Person Type III methods for the calculation and application of parameters related to the analysis of average data, standard deviation, and determining the frequency of rainfall for the T-year return period in the discussion above, it can be concluded that the drainage channel on Jalan Siliwangi Batam unable to prevent inundation or flooding during high rainfall.

Abstract

Pembangunan bidang konstruksi yang semakin meningkat menuntut pihak pelaksana pembangunan untuk penyelesaian aktivitas proyek dengan lebih cepat dan efisien. Pada pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi umumnya banyak menghadapi permasalahn baik kegiatan dengan waktu, biaya maupun mutu. Mengaplikasikan BIM sampai pemodelan 4D dan menganalisi kinerja waktu pada proyek pembangunan workshop kapal merupakan tujuan dari penelitian ini. Software yang digunakan dalam proses pemodelan adalah Revit Structure, Navisworks. Pemodelan 3D diantaranya terdapat pondasi, kolom, balok, pelat dan atap. Menggabungkan jadwal atau schedule dengan model 3D akan menghasilkan pemodelan 4D didalam software Autodesk Navisworks. Analisis kinerja waktu yang dilakukan menggunakan metode kurva S. Penerapan BIM telah dilakukan hingga memperoleh model dalam bentuk 3D dan 4D. Berdasarkan nilai deviasi, proyek ini tidak mengalami keterlambatan sama sekali. Nilai deviasi positif tertinggi +19.15% dan terendah +7.33%. Serta melakukan perhitungan anggaran biaya berdasarkan pemodelan di revit structure dengan total biaya Rp. 5.813.838.429.

Abstract

In the research conducted by the writer, the aim is to examine the thickness of the road using flexible pavement method, identifying the layers that is going to be used in the planning of the road using flexible pavement method and finding out the volume of the material that will be used for planning the flexible pavement road on Diponegoro Road (Sei Harapan Crossroad – Basecamp Batu Aji Crossroad), Batam City. The road often experiences traffic jams due to heavy vehicles breaking down so a new pathway will be made to solve the problems. Therefore, the authors will use the component analysis method to plan the new pathway. The author's research method is carried out by collecting work data in the field and then recalculating it according to existing methods with reference to SNI. The data that is collected are the daily traffic data of Diponegoro Road year 2017, rainfall data of Batam City, traffic growth data of Batam City and the reports on CBR test results. The result of the author’s research shows that the calculation for the thickness of the pavement using component analysis method No. SNI 1732-1989-F obtained a surface layer with a thickness of 10 cm, an upper foundation layer with a thickness of 20 cm and a lower foundation layer with a thickness of 37 cm.

Abstract

Kota Batam merupakan salah satu Kota dengan kegiatan Industri yang cukup besar dan banyak sekali perusahaan-perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang industri seperti minyak dan gas. Selain perumahan dan kawasan industri, dikota Batam akan dibangun suatu kawasan dengan berbagai kegiatan didalamnya seperti apartemen, kantor, rumah sakit, mall dan ruko-ruko untuk perdagangan lainnya yakni kawasan Mega Super Blok Meisterstadt Batam. Tujuan dari dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah Menyajikan kondisi eksisting sistem pengolahan air limbah yang ada di kawasan Meisterstadt Batam serta Menganalisa konsep waste water management yang cocok untuk diterapkan dikawasan Meisterstadt Batam.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Dalam metode ini penulis juga melakukan wawancara terhadap pihak terkait untuk mendapatkan pendekatan dari materi penelitian yang akan diambil. Selain itu penulis juga melakukan dokumentasi saat berada di lokasi penelitian untuk menambah data primer yang nantinya dapat dilampirkan. Kondisi eksisting dari sistem pengolahan air limbah yang ada di kawasan Meisterstadt Batam yakni menggunakan kolam retensi yang fungsinya untuk menampung air limbah, dikumpulkan dalam satu titik atau kolam sebelum akhirnya dialirkan menuju sungai/titik kumpul air terdekat. penulis akan menawarkan konsep manajemen air limbah yang cocok dan nantinya dapat diterapkan di kawasan Meisterstadt Batam. Metode yang dipilih adalah pengolahan air limbah secara biologis dengan metode biofilter anaerob aerob. Serta menyarankan untuk menerapkan lembaga operator yang nantinya dapat pengatur jalannya proses pengolahan air limbah dikawasan Meisterstadt Batam.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Pada penelitian ini Meisterstadt Batam merencanakan limpasan air hujan dari luar kawasan tidak akan masuk ke dalam kawasan, sehingga daerah tangkapan air yang direncanakan pada awalnya tetap seluas 4,7 Ha seperti perencanaan awal. Berdasarkan luas daerah tangkapan air, perencanaan drainase menggunakan debit banjir 5 tahun. Analisis curah hujan menggunakan data curah hujan selama 10 tahun terakhir, dari tahun 2009 - 2019 yang bersumber dari satu stasiun hujan yaitu Stasiun Meteorologi Hang Nadim. Ada 3 jenis metode yang biasa digunakan dalam menghitung curah hujan rata-rata untuk pembangunan infrastruktur drainase, yaitu menghitung rata-ra aljabar, poligon thiessen, dan isohyet. Untuk proyek Pollux Meisterstadt Batam menggunakan metode rata-rata aljabar karena metode ini menjumlahkan semua hasil tingkat curah hujan pada semua stasiun dan membaginya dengan jumlah stasiun yang ada, maka perhitungan curah hujan sangat berpengaruh pada perencanaan sistem drainase karena itu dapat menentukan kapasitas air maksimum dari drainase. Dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan diperoleh debit curah hujan yang sesuai tata letak drainase adalah 0,01 m³ / detik. Berdasarkan hasil dari perhitungan dimensi saluran yang diperlukan untuk Q5 adalah B = 0,40 m, h = 0,20, A = 0,08 m², P = 0,80 m, R = 0,10 m, v = 0,48 m/detik. Maka, Q = 0,04 m³/s, dengan tinggi jagaan 0,20 m. Lalu koefisien pengaliran sebesar 0,70.Kata kunci: Meisterstadt Batam, Curah hujan, Drainase

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of the drainage system against inundation (flooding) in Duyung Road, Batu Ampar Sub District, Batam. Duyung Road, Batu Ampar Sub District is one of the problematic location in Batam, where often times found the puddle of water on the road during high rainfall intensity. The Duyung Road is located in Batu Ampar District, Batam City. The location of the occurrence of puddles is right along Duyung Road starting from the U-turn Batu Ampar to front of the Pacific hotel. The distribution analysis used was the Gumbel distribution, the Gumbel distribution was chosen by conducting the Smirnov Kolmogorov test. The return period chosen is 5 year. Based on the results of the analysis, the calculation of the existing discharge is greater than the planned discharge where Qeksisting = 0.1023 m3 / sec, while the plan discharge is Qplan = 0.038 m3 / sec. The calculation of the dimensions of the existing channel fulfilled the plan dimensions. Where the value of beksisiting = 0.40 m > bplan = 0.33 m and heksisting = 0.45 m> hplan = 0.33 m. which means there is nothing wrong with the planning of the dimensions of the drainage channel in Duyung Road, Batu Ampar Sub District. The garbage in water drains clogged the waste disposalas well as the drainage and as a result it inhibits the flow of water in this area.

Abstract

The cost efficiency of building construction projects is one of the challenges that are often faced in construction activities which of course will also faced in the construction of the Variety Restaurant in Batu Batam. Therefore, it is mandatory that every product or service meet the good standards and achieved through the fast fulfillment in terms of time and low costs. The study using Value Engineering a good solution because it aims a structured and creative problem solving effort to achieve cost efficiency in the construction of Batu Batam Variety Restaurant or in construction building in general. Value Engineering is carried out in several stages such as the information stage, the creative stage, the development stage and the presentation and proposal stages. By using the analysis of FAST Diagram and Pareto Diagrams, the two jobs that will be analyzed are sub-structure work and yard pavement work. The alternative solution chosen is to replace the bore pile foundation with the piling foundation and use asphalt as the main material for the pavement. The efficiency cost that could be obtained in the sub-structure work is Rp. 230,979,007.90,- or 19.4 % of the cost of the work reviewed while from the total overall project cost is 1.6 % and the savings in infrastructure work costs of Rp. Rp. 328,004,100,- or 12.8% of the cost of work reviewed and 2.14% of the total overall project cost. The total cost obtained from the savings in the Budget Plan after a VE analysis of Rp. 558,983,177.70,- or 3.7% of the total cost of the project.

Abstract

landslides on national roads in Indonesia's mountainous regions using BIM is a construction technology innovation that can help stakeholders to collaborate, visualize, and manage construction work well. The purpose of the study is to organize the literature and provide valuable insights into the research. The method used in the study was bibliometric analysis using the help of the Publish or perish application as a RIS and CSV metada withdrawal application, as well as the Vosviewer application. From the results of the analysis using the bibliometric method, there are 3 clusters of keywords and 26 keywords. In the development of the research year, the peak of research occurred in 2022, with the most dominant keyword BIM. The type of publication is dominated by journals by 33.7% and the most found publisher place is IEEE at 125. Based on the results of the analysis as a whole, America is the most dominant country and continent discussing research topics related to research topics.
