Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of climate variables organiasi, the behavior of the leadership, motivation, and practice decision-making to terhahap job satisfaction of employees at PT. Asam Jawa Medan. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Asam Jawa field numbered 39 and all members of the sample. The analysis model is a linear regression. The results showed that organiasi climate variables, the behavior of the leadership, motivation, decision making and practice simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on employee job satisfaction at. Asam Jawa Medan

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze Employee Commitment and Communication to Employee Performance at Cooperative CU Mandiri Unit Areas Tebing Tinggi. The data was collected through interviews and questionnaires distributed to 67 employees at CU Mandiri Cooperative Unit of Tebing Tinggi District. Data analysis in this study using SPSS version 20. The technique used is the method of sampling and data testing techniques used in this study include the validity test and reliability test, the classical assumption test. Multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test also conducted to test and prove hypothesis in research. Abstract

PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan is one of the State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) in the form of company companies engaged in services, especially port services in Indonesia. Communication within the company is not good because there is still insufficient communication media in the company. As a result, employee performance in 2015-2017 experienced fluctuations. From the description, the research problem was formulated (1) how employee selection and communication on the work performance of PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (2) how much influence the selection of employees on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (3) how much influence communication has on employee work performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan? (4) how much influence does employee selection and communication have on employee work performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan. This study aims to determine the effect of employee selection and communication on employee performance at PT. Indonesian Port I (Persero) Medan. The benefit of research is to provide information material to the leadership regarding the influence of employee selection and communication on employee performance. The study population was all employees in the HR department at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Medan 123 people. The data needed is collected through interviews, questionnaires and documentation studies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression equation, F test and t test.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of organizational climate and work ethic on employee performance at PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Medan with motivation as an intervining variable. The population in this study were all company employees as many as 62 people. Taking into account the relatively small number of members of the population, all members of the population are the object of research. The types and sources of data used in this study are primary data are data obtained through interviews, and through the distribution of questionnaires to responde, secondary data is data obtained through document collection using the documentation method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that work climate and work ethic partially and simulutanly had a significant effect on work motivation and work climate, work ethic and work motivation partially and significantly had a positive and significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of supervison, communication and organizational commitment for employee performance on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. The data collection was carried out through questionnaires conducted on 43 employees on PDAM Tirtanadi branch Padang Bulan North Sumatera. Data analysis in this study uses SPSS version 22. The sampling technique used is the saturation sampling method and data testing technique used in this study includes the validity test and reliability test. Multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing is also conducted to test and to prove the hypothesis in research. Partial tes results (t test) showed t count (1,721) > t table (1,682) and the significance level was 0,043 < 0,05 proved that supervision had a positive and significant effect on work performance, t count (5,578) > t table (1,682) and the level of significance was 0,000 < 0,05 proved that communication had a positive significant effect on work performance, t count (2,610) > t table (1,682)and the level of significance was 0,013 < 0,05 proved that organizational commitment had a positive and significant effect on achievement work. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze what factors dominantly influence student interest in entrepreneurship during the COVID-19 pandemic. Benefits of the study, to determine the dominant factors influencing student interest in entrepreneurship during the COVID-19 pandemic. The population is all students majoring in management who have taken entrepreneurship courses while the sample size is 125 students, data collection methods are through questionnaires, documentation and interviews, data analysis methods with factor analysis. The results showed that the characteristics of the respondents based on the education level of the dominant parents were high school, the occupation of the parents was dominant farmers and the income of the parents was more dominant 3.1 million - 4 million. Based on 25 (twenty five) factors, it turns out that all factors can be grouped into 8 (eight) which are the dominant factors, namely: The first factor consists of: Parents' work, Able to find opportunities, Has access to capital, Encouragement from parents, Ability to see opportunities and Entrepreneurial field practice, Second Factor consists of: Able to do business alone, Able to plan activities, Able to create opportunities, Maintain prestige, Have an entrepreneurial mentality and be able to determine business direction, Third Factor consists of: Parents' mindset, Parents' education and your encouragement, the fourth factor consists of: very high profits, the fifth factor consists of: leadership skills, able to see the future and self-confidence, the sixth factor consists of: independent effort and unyielding attitude, the seventh factor consists of: business confidence developing and self-confidence and Factor Eight consists of: Income prospect n High and Income cannot be measured. Based on the results of the study, it is better to increase environmental factors regarding sibling encouragement, because siblings are the closest environment to influence, so it is effective to increase interest in entrepreneurship and parents' mindsets, emotionally affect someone so that, if the parents have an entrepreneurial spirit embedded in them. it will affect their children. Entrepreneurship courses that have been applied in the curriculum should be applied to the concepts of more applicable theories. With the application of entrepreneurship that students learn, they will be encouraged to become job creators, not job seekers.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the extent of the effect of compensation, work environment, safety and health (K3) on employee performance of PT. starlight is self-contained terrain. Data collection is done through questionnaires, interviews and documentation techniques. The research method used was quantative, with 74 respondents taken using saturated sampling and census. The results of this study showed that the variables of compensation, work environment, occupational safety and health (K3) together (simultaneously) had a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees. Self-Contained StarLight. While partially showing that compensation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Medan independent starlight with a regression coefficient value of 0.349 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 (less than the error tolerance value). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of PT employees, sinar Bintang Mandiri Medan with a regression coefficient value of 0.371 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 (less than the error tolerance value). Occupational safety and health (K3) has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Mandiri Medan star beam with regression coefficient value 0.319 and significance value of 0.016 < 0.05 (greater than the error tolerance value).
