Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of the google classroom platform on educational innovation courses in improving learning motivation and critical thinking skills of PGSD students of Riau University. This study uses a type of quasi-experimental research with its research design is nonequivalent control group design which has an experimental group and a control group. The sampling used in this study is the purposive sampling technique. The results showed that the influence of the google classroom platform on educational innovation courses in improving: 1) Student learning motivation saw simple Pearson correlation test results in a control class of 0.781 and an experimental class of 0.790 with a high category. 2) Critical thinking skills of students viewed the average results of the analysis of the verified Gain test showed a moderate increase in the experimental class of 0.4881 and a control class of 0.4390. This study conducted hypothetical testing of research showing that the influence of google classroom platform on educational innovation courses in improving learning motivation and critical thinking skills of PGSD students of Riau University judging by the results of paired sample t-test in control classes and experimental classes obtained significance (Sig.) of 0.000 0.05 which showed Ho rejection and Ha is accepted.

Abstract

Education must be returned to its original khittah, that is, to humanize man with all the potential he has. In this framework, important efforts in the of Islamic liberation must be the spirit and foundation of ontological, epistemological as well as axiological education. Among the contemporary Islamic thoughts that give awareness that Islam has the power of liberation is the Asghar Ali Engineer which is derived primarily from the Qur'an and Sunnah. This finding can interpret the doctrine of Islam as a religion of liberation in education that weighs from the thoughts of Asghar Ali Engineer who has relevance and urgency. The results of this study explain about alternative solutions to the problems Islamic education in the era of globalization, namely: 1) greater attention to the reality of living in the world, can be used as a foundation for compiling the Islamic education curriculum. 2) Fight against the pro status quo. Islamic education should be based on the spirit of respecting humans as beings thinking, conscious, potentially and equipped with the right to determine their own life choices. 3) Side with marginalized communities and encourage them to actively participate. 4) Liberation theology emphasizes on the problem of praxis rather than on abstract-speculative thoughts. So that the nuances of Islamic education are quite felt is the pressure on the rational, intellectual, ethical aspects, very few that enter the applied area, skills or technology as one of the meanings that can be taken from the spirit of Islamic liberation theology.

Abstract

Analysis of mathematics subject matter in elementary school is a very important field of study taught at every level of education. The 2013 curriculum separates the field of mathematics studies from themes so that this field of study is a subject that stands alone. Through mathematics subject matter taught in elementary school can train students to think critically, rationally, logically, innovatively so that they have competitiveness. As for the problems discussed from the subject matter in elementary school mathematics which is seen from the suitability of the teacher's book and the student's book, in this case it discusses: 1) the scope of mathematics material grade 3rd elementary school, 2) the characteristics of mathematics subject matter in elementary school, 3) the relevance in elementary school mathematics subject matter to the scientific structure, namely student character, HOTS, 4C skills, literacy numeracy, digital literacy, financial literacy and character education, 4) learning innovation based on integration-interconnection in accordance with the science of development and technology and the needs of the community in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.

Abstract

adrasas as educational institutions that equip students by integrating sciences such as natural, social, and exact sciences based on religious knowledge so that students are able to follow the development of science and technology. This research aims as a study material and provides information and solutions to efforts that can be applied to the integration of Islamic Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in character building in the golden generation. This research uses a qualitative type of descriptive-analytical approach with a literature review model. This research data collection technique looks for data about things or variables in the form of notes, documents, papers, articles and journals. The results showed that madrasah ibtidaiyah is an Islamic basic education institution that combines Islamic boarding school and school education by integrating religion and general knowledge, but perfects each other without having to eliminate the uniqueness between the two sciences, so that they can meet National education by creating a generation of character, knowledge and skills.

Abstract

The purpose of this study describes PPL-KKN activities obtained by students including teaching exercises and educational tasks in a guided and integrated manner for the formation of the profession. The study uses descriptive and critically-analytical methods with inductive thinking techniques. Data collection technique is field research (field research) which amounted to 49 schools / madrasas. Research data is collected through interview methods with school/madrassa representative research subjects. The results of this study show that: 1) The school / madrasah gave a positive response to the integrative PPL-KKN activities. 2) The interests, expectations, abilities, and policies of PPL-KKN activities are considered to be in accordance with the interests of schools / madrassas, but there must be socialization, DPL communication with the school, relevant student work programs, and adequate student soft-skill skills. 3) PPL-KKN activities development steps carry out socialization activities, student debriefing activities in small groups with the main materials of student soft-skill development and the ability to structure work programs. So it is very important to develop the design of PPL-KKN Integrative there is a link and match between education and the job market. AbstrakTujuan Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan kegiatan PPL-KKN yang diperoleh oleh mahasiswa mencakup latihan mengajar serta tugas kependidikan secara terbimbing dan terpadu untuk pembentukan profesi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dan kritis-analitis dengan teknik berpikir induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang berjumlah 49 sekolah/madrasah. Data penelitian dikumpulan melalui metode wawancara dengan subjek penelitian perwakilan sekolah/madrasah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) pihak sekolah/madrasah memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap kegiatan PPL-KKN Integratif. 2) Sisi minat, harapan, kemampuan, dan kebijakan kegiatan PPL-KKN dipandang telah sesuai dengan kepentingan sekolah/madrasah, namun harus adanya  sosialisasi, komunikasi DPL dengan pihak sekolah, program kerja mahasiswa yang relevan, serta kemampuan soft-skill mahasiswa yang memadai. 3) Langkah-langkah pengembangan kegiatan PPL-KKN melaksanakan kegiatan sosialisasi, kegiatan pembekalan mahasiswa dalam kelompok kecil dengan materi pokok pengembangan soft-skill mahasiswa dan kemampuan menyusun program kerja. Sehingga sangat penting pengembangan desain PPL-KKN Integratif terdapat adanya link and match antara pendidikan dengan pasar kerja.

Abstract

Aplikasi platform Google Classroom sebagai salah satu bentuk aplikasi Learning Management System yang populer sebagai alat untuk mengembangkan pengajaran dan pembelajaran di seluruh dunia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan platform Google Classroom  sebagai aplikasi pendukung selama pembelajaran daring pada mata kuliah perkembangan peserta didik dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan survei. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan pedoman wawancara untuk memperoleh informasi langsung dari responden dan kuisioner dengan jumlah 14 butir pernyataan untuk mengukur sikap, motivasi dan efektivitas menggunakan platform Google Classroom. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 orang mahasiswa program studi pendidikan matematika. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data penelitian diperoleh persentase pada indikator: 1) peran dosen menggunakan platform Google Classroom sebesar 85,21% dengan kategori sangat tinggi, 2) indikator kemudahan mengakses platform Google Classroom sebesar 87,5% dengan kategori sangat tinggi, 3) indikator keefektifan penggunaan platform Google Classroom sebesar 81,25% dengan kategori sangat tinggi sedangkan 4) indikator motivasi belajar mahasiswa menggunakan platform Google Classroom sebesar 78,76% dengan kategori tinggi. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengunaan platform Google Classroom dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa selama pembelajaran daring

Abstract

Eksistensi madrasah menjadi lebih terstruktur dalam menjalankan perannya sebagai basis pendidikan Islam, dengan diperkuat sebuah data yang memperlihatkan perkembangan sentral madrasah dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia. Sorotan khusus terhadap Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sebagai sarana mentransferkan ajaran dan penanaman agama generasi Islam merupakan salah satu faktor yang sakral untuk dikaji. Identitas Madrasah Ibtidaiyah yang bercirikan Islam memiliki beban tanggung jawab moril dalam melakukan transfer of knowledge dan value untuk peserta didik. Kegiatan di madrasah dirancang secara internal agar sesuai dengan visi sekolah agar lulusan dari sekolah yang diharapkan akan berkelakuan baik akhlaknya dan juga cerdas secara intelektual. Sehingga penelitian bertujuan menganalisis kebijakan pendidikan Madrasah Ibtidaiyah dalam perspektif sekolah/madrasah, yaitu: instrumental inputs, environmental input, proses pembelajaran, penerapan full day school, kualitas pendidik, program lingkungan sekolah, pendidikan karakter.
