Abstract

Pengembangan mesin Computer Numerical Controller (CNC) router khusus pembuatan kerajinan produk kreatif perlu didorong untuk meningkatkan ragam dan kualitas hasil di Indonesia. Grafir batu alam (marmer, granit) secara manual dengan mengandalkan ketrampilan orang dan peralatan sederhana akan menghasilkan produk dengan waktu lama. Kompetisi dalam dunia usaha dan industri diperlukan untuk meningkatkan efektifitas dan efisiensi dengan indikator waktu pembuatan singkat, harga murah, variasi disain lebih banyak dan menarik. Tujuan penelitian untuk menemukan parameter pemesinan yang efektif dan efisien, menganalisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kekasaran permukaan, dan pengkayaan ragam disain  produk kreatif bahan batu marmer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode eksperimen yaitu penelitian untuk menemukan  pengaruh variabel putaran spindle, kecepatan pemakanan, kedalaman pemakanan terhadap kualitas kekasaran permukaan. Hasil penelitian menemukan parameter pemesinan kecepatan potong 30 (m/min), putaran spindle 12000 (rpm), kecepatan/laju pemakanan 2000 (mm/min). Analisis faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap kekasaran permukaan grafir marmer semakin tinggi   kecepatan/laju pemakanan, kedalaman pemakanan maka semakin tinggi pula nilai kekasaran permukaan batu marmer. Aplikasi komputer dan engineering software mampu meningkatkan ragam disain produk kreatif.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Availability and Needs on the Shallot Price Stability in the Kota Semarang. This study uses secondary data that is already available at Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang. The data used is the daily data on shallot commodities in April and May 2020 which consists of data on Availability, Needs, and Price Stability obtained from the Dinas Perdagangan Kota Semarang. The data were tested for classical assumptions. The statistical analysis tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The coefficient of determination in this study is 0.596, which means that the contribution of Availability and Needs to the Price Stability of shallots is 59.6% and the remaining 40.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The results showed that the availability and demand for shallots had an effect on price stability. Keywords: Shallot, Price Stability, Availability, Needs

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) and Total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) on the operational performance at PT PELINDO III (Persero) Semarang Container Terminal. The technique of analysis used is multiple linear regression conducted with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) test methods and Goodness of Fit Test. This research uses obtained secondary data from Semarang Container Terminal such as monthly report of the total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR), monthly report of total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) and monthly report of operational performance. Based on the research that had been done, there is one significant factor with a significance level ???? = 0.05, either simultaneously or partially on the operational performance in Semarang Container Terminal, namely total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR). The results of F-test, shows that F sig. value about (0.000) < significance level (α = 0.05), it means that Total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) and Total Occupancy Ratio (BOR) has significant affect on the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal. Based on the result of t-test, partial total Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR) has significant positive effect on the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal with sig. value about 0.000 < ???? = 0.05 sig. Level and the coefficienct of 560,687 and the total Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) didn’t significantly affect on the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal because it had a significant value (0.457) > sig. Level (???? = 0.05). While the Determination Coefficient (Adjusted R2) = 0.578 or 57.8%, it means that the operational performance at Semarang Container Terminal was 57,8% which was explained by Yard Occupancy Ratio (YOR) and Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR). The rest of 42.2% were affected by any other factors outside the model.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji strategi rekonstruksi ekonomi dalam transformasi ke pertanian berbasisindustri pada usaha mikro dan kecil sektor pertanian di Kecamatan Selo Boyolali. Sebagairesponden penelitian adalah para petani yang bermukim di wilayah Selo Boyolali. Jumlahsampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 31 responden yang terdiri dari tiga kelompok petani, yaitupetani wortel, petani sayuran, dan petani palawija. Alat statistik yang digunakan dalammenganalisis data yang telah dikumpulkan adalah descriptive analysis, analisis uji beda, sertaanalisis servqual.Sebagian besar para petani (80%) di wilayah Selo memiliki kultur budaya yang mendukungrekonstruksi ekonomi dalam transformasi ke pertanian berbasis industri. Namun jika dilihat darisisi pertanian berbasis industri, para petani memiliki keinginan menuju ke arah tersebut namunmasih diliputi keraguan. Keraguan ini mungkin berasal dari perasaan para petani yang merasakurang memiliki pengalaman di bidang pertanian industri. Keinginan untuk merekonstruksiekonomi usaha pertanian ke pertanian industri sangat kuat namun belum mendapatkan dukungandari pihak-pihak terkait. Hal ini terlihat dari batas skor empiris minimum yang cukup tinggi(lebih dari 60%). Sedangkan dilihat dari Budaya Modern, sebagian besar petani (sekitar 70%)sangat mengetahui arti pentingnya modernisasi usaha di bidang pertanian.Hasil rata-rata skor yang didapatkan dari penelitian kali ini, antara petani wortel, petani sayuran,serta petani palawija tidak memiliki perbedaan secara signifikan. Hal ini berarti bahwa perlakuanyang diberikan kepada para petani juga tidak perlu dibeda-bedakan antar ketiga kelompok petanitersebut. Jika terdapat kebijakan dari pemerintah atau sosialisasi tentang pertanian, maka seluruhpetani diundang tanpa kecuali. Dengan demikian pembinaan dan pendampingan terhadap parapetani menjadi lebih mudah.Dari hasil analisis servqual kinerja terlihat bahwa terdapat beberapa hal yang perlu ditingkatkan,antara lain :ikatan masysrakat yang tidak menghambat atau membatasi para petani dalamberusaha di bidang pertanian. pembinaan dan pendampingan petani dalam menyelesaikanpersoalan yang dihadapi

Abstract

The growth of automotive world in Indonesia makes the emergence of many car companies. Competitive advantage is required for companies to compete in the market, one of them by increasing purchasing decisions. The purpose of this research is to analyze the partial and simultaneous influence of price and service quality on purchase decision of Honda car at PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. The data used are primary data obtained by using questionnaire. The sample in this study were 100 customers of the PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang. Sampling is done by using purposive sampling. The analysis model used in this research is multiple linear regression. The result of determination coefficient (R Square) showed that 28,7% purchase decision was influenced by price and service quality. The rest was explained by other factors not examined in this research. The result of hypothesis testing shows the variables of price and service quality simultaneously and partially significant influence on purchase decision of Honda car at PT. Istana Cendrawasih Motor Semarang

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe results of applied research in the field of good business deserve to be used as a material in the decision making process at the top level managers of a company (industry). The conclusion of a study should utilize and use the values resulting from the analysis of research data appropriately. Odds Ratio value is one of the values resulting from a research process and very meaningful in the conclusion. The Odds Ratio value reflects the comparative magnitude of a factor of exposure with the opposite factor. The value of research result as supporting of Odds Ratio is the value of p value and lower and upper odds ratio. Keyword : Odds Ratio; Business; Regression ABSTRAKHasil penelitian terapan bidang bisnis yang baik adalah hasil penelitian yang layak digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam proses pengambilan keputusan pada manajer tingkat atas suatu perusahaan (industri). Pengambilan kesimpulan sebuah penelitian harus memanfaatkan dan menggunakan nilai-nilai yang dihasilkan dari analisis data penelitian secara tepat. Besaran nilai Odds Ratio merupakan salah satu nilai yang dihasilkan dari sebuah proses penelitian dan sangat berarti dalam pengambilan kesimpulan. Nilai Odds Ratio mencerminkan besaran pembanding antara sebuah faktor paparan dengan faktor kebalikannya. Abstract

This research is conducted at PT Indmira Yogyakarta a private company engaged in agrocomplex since 1985 and established by Ir. Sumarno. To continue to maintain and improve the quality of existing products, the company consider the importance of effort to develop the performance of its employees. For the purpose of this study, aspects that can affect employee performance are analyzed those affects are work competence, motivation and organizational support. The methods of data collection used in this study are interviews, literature studies and questionnaires. Questionnaires in this study use Likert measurement scale by giving a score of 1-5 on the answers, and sampling uses Probability Sampling technique for 65 samples. The method of analysis uses are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, classic assumption, coefficient determination, F test and t test. Result of this research obtains value of adjusted R square equal to 0,395. This means that work competence, motivation, and organizational support influence 39,5% employee performance. The equation resulted from multiple linear regression is  Y = 6,256 + 0,389X1 + 0,059X2 + 0,324X3. The meaning of the equation are work competence variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) with coefficient value of 0.389. Variable of motivation (X2) have positive but not significant effect on employee performance (Y) with coefficient value equal to 0,059. Variable organizational support (X3) has positive and significant effect to employee performance (Y) with coefficient value equal to 0,324. So Of the three variables, work competence variable (X1) has the greatest effect on employee performance (Y) of 0.389. It is recommended that if the company wants to improve employee performance significantly, it can be by considering the competence of work owned by its employees. because From the results of multiple linear analysis, work competence has the greatest influence compared to motivation and organizational support.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIndicator the atractions of tourism destinations with the highest score is an additional service that includes culinary, hospitality of the population, rural atmosphere, the comfort of the homestay (lodging), and the coolness of the air. The second rank of destination attractions  are both a tour package that includes outbound, river tubing, visit on location of agricultural/livestock, rabbit train and gardening. While the third is a tourist attraction that includes the art of traditional culture, the natural landscape, the local event, water activities, as well as performances of the local music. Index analysis of the competitiveness of destinations generated some indicator value, i.e. the price competitiveness indicator (PCI), infrastructure development indicator (IDI), environmental indicator (EI), technology advancement indicator (TAI), human resources indicators (HRI), as well as social development indicators (SDI). But the results of the analysis showed that each indicator is still relatively low value and needs to be improved on an ongoing basis. Keywords: Tourism destination; Tourism attractions; Tourism competitiveness ABSTRAKIndikator atraktif dari destinasi wisata dengan nilai tertinggi adalah layanan tambahan yang meliputi kuliner, keramahan penduduk, suasana pedesaan, kenyamanan homestay (penginapan), dan kesejukan udara. Peringkat kedua dari objek wisata tujuan adalah paket wisata yang mencakup outbound, river tubing, kunjungan di lokasi pertanian / peternakan, kereta kelinci dan berkebun. Sedangkan yang ketiga adalah objek wisata yang meliputi seni budaya tradisional, pemandangan alam, aktivitas lokal, aktivitas air, serta pertunjukan musik lokal. Analisis indeks daya saing tujuan menghasilkan beberapa indikator nilai, yaitu indikator daya saing harga (PCI), indikator pembangunan infrastruktur (IDI), indikator lingkungan (AMDAL), indikator kemajuan teknologi (TAI), indikator sumber daya manusia (HRI), juga sebagai indikator pembangunan sosial (SDI). Namun hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa setiap indikator masih tergolong rendah dan perlu ditingkatkan secara berkelanjutan.  Kata kunci: Tujuan wisata; Daya tarik pariwisata; Daya saing pariwisata

Abstract

International trade activities are export andimport. Exports are sending goods out ofIndonesian customs areas to be sent abroad.Delivery process of export goods, especiallyby sea is most widely performed usingcontainers. Container is a specially designedpackaging of a certain size. Seller or buyershould pay the Net Freight to the shippingcompany as the cost for shipping their goods.The results of this study indicate that: (1)Shipper I; the number of containers for exportgoods demand were significantly influencedby the net of freight, port of destinations,additional costs, and size of containers used,(2) Shipper II; significantly affected by netfreight and port of destination, (3) ShipperIII; significantly affected by net freight andport of destination, (4) Shipper IV and VI;significantly influenced by the net of freight,port of destination, and size of containersused, (5) Shipper V; significantly affected bynet freight. Overall (Shipper I - VI), it isconcluded that the total of demand forcontainers for exporting goods is significantlyaffected by net freight and port of destination.There were 54 port of destination withregularly sent the goods to Los Angeles, NewYork, and Houston. Overall the shipper usedGeneral Purpose Container size 20’DC,40’DC, 40’HC, and 45’DC.
