Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has suppressed almost all business and economic sectors. However, the Sicepat Courier service business actually shows a competitive advantage over other business organizations. This study aims to analyze how strategic agility is able to form a sustainable competitive advantage through the competitive action of Sicepat's courier services. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The research respondents were 63 middle managers of Sicepat Express. The analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. This study proves that competitive actions by companies increase strategic agility in forming a sustainable competitive advantage. This study contributes to strengthening the view that strategic steps cannot be separated from competitive action to form competitive advantage. The results of this study recommend the Sicepat courier service company to constantly increase its competitive action. In the future, research is needed that involves a more detailed competitive action construct with a wider coverage of respondents so that the results of this study become a more established concept. Pandemik Covid-19 menekan hampir seluruh sektor bisnis dan ekonomi. Namun bisnis jasa kurir Sicepat justru menunjukkan keunggulan bersaing dibanding organisasi bisnis yang lain. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana agilitas strategis mampu membentuk sustainabilitas competitive advantage melalui aksi kompetitif jasa kurir Sicepat. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Responden penelitian adalah middle managers Sicepat Express sebanyak 63 orang. Teknik analisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa aksi – aksi kompetitif yang dilakukan perusahaan meningkatkan agilitas strategis dalam membentuk sustainabilitas keunggulan bersaing. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi untuk memperkuat pandangan bahwa langkah strategis tidak dapat dipisahkan dengan aksi kompetitif untuk membentuk keunggulan bersaing. Hasil penelitian ini merekomendasikan kepada perusahaan jasa kurir Sicepat untuk senantiasa meningkatkan aksi kompetitifnya. Kedepan diperlukan penelitian yang melibatkan konstruk aksi kompetitif yang lebih detail dengan cakupan responden yang lebih luas sehingga hasil penelitian ini menjadi sebuah konsep yang lebih mapan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pengembangan bisnis UKM di Sentra UKM Fashion Kota Depok. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis situasi internal-ekternal, penggabungan dengan menggunakan matriks IE, dan perumusan strategi dengan menggunakan SWOT. Serangkaian analisis situasi terhadap lingkungan bisnis dan penggabungan menggunakan matrik IE diperoleh pemahaman bahwa UMKM fashion kota depok berada pada kuadran ke-2 di matrik IE dengan rekomendasi strategi umum pertahankan dan pelihara (hold and maintenance). Sedangkan analisis menggunakan SWOT diperoleh beberapa rekomendasi strategi yang lebih spesifik yakni citra perusahaan dimata konsumen, memperkuat kapabilitas digital, memperkuat jaringan yang sudah ada dan menambah jaringan baru dengan berbagai macam pihak, meningkatkan modal kerja untuk pembiayaan operasional dan memperluas distribusi, peningkatan Kualitas SDM perusahaan dan pengembangan karyawan, memperluas pasar yang sudah ada, melakukan perencanaan produksi dan efisiensi biaya

Abstract

Penelitian tentang strategi pemasaran pada usaha skala besar sudah sangat banyak dilakukan, sedangkan penelitian tentang strategi pada usaha makanan tradisional masih sangat sedikit. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis strategi pemasaran bisnis makanan tradisional Tiwul sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner di Gunung Kidul Jogja. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan responden penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran makanan tradisional Tiwul sebagai destinasi wisata kuliner di Daerah Gunung Kidul terdiri dari empat strategi, yaitu strategi produk, strategi harga, strategi kebersihan dan kenyamanan serta strategi promosi. Strategi produk yang digunakan pada Toko Oleh-Oleh Tiwul Kukus yaitu dengan menyediakan produk makanan tradisional yang ada di Daerah Gunung Kidul berkualitas cita rasa yang terjaga. Strategi harga yang digunakan yaitu dengan menerapkan harga yang terjangkau bagi masyarakat pada umumnya. Strategi kebersihan dan kenyamanan yang diterapkan yaitu menerapkan kebersihan pada area produksi dan kualitas makanan serta kenyamanan fasilitas toko. Karena dengan adanya kebersihan, pelanggan tidak akan khawatir lagi dalam menikmati produk yang ditawarkan. Strategi promosi yang digunakan pada Toko Oleh-Oleh Tiwul  Kukus yaitu dengan cara pemasaran di semua media baik online maupun offline. Pemasaran online dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media social sedangkan offline dilakukan dengan “jemput bola” yakni penjemputan bis ke lokasi destinasi wisata agar wisatawan tertarik untuk membeli.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan teknologi internet semakin hari semakin berkembang pesat. Salah satu dampaknya yaitu timbul kebiasaan baru dalam peralihan bertransaksi tunai menjadi non tunai. Perusahaan Fintech berlomba-lomba menciptakan aplikasi dengan fitur-fitur menarik diantaranya E-Wallet. Saat ini mahasiswa menjadi target baru perusahaan dalam menawarkan fitur tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa efektif penggunaan E-Wallet dalam menentukan keputusan pembelian bagi mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data sekunder yang diperoleh masing-masing website/aplikasi penyedia jasa E-Wallet, yakni: www.ovo.id.   dan www.gojek.com/gopay/ serta menggunakan studi kepustakaan dari jurnal-jurnal untuk relevan dengan pokok masalah. Teknik analisis data yang digunkan yaitu teknik analisis deskriptif yaitu mengambil simpulan dari pernyataan atau fakta-fakta khusus menjadi persoalan yang spesifik dan dibuat simpulan umum sesuaidengan teori-teori yang tersedia. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat tiga alasan yang mendasar yaitu penawaran promo dan fitur menarik, kenyamanan dan kemudahan penggunaan E-Wallet itu sendiri yang menjadikan penggunaan E-Wallet cukup efektif dalam proses menentukan keputusan pembelian di kalangan mahasiswa.Kata kunci: efektifitas, E-Wallet, mahasiswa, pembelian, teknologi AbstractThe development of internet technology is increasingly growing rapidly. One of the impacts is the new habit of switching from cash to non-cash transactions. Fintech companies are competing to create applications with interesting features, including E-Wallet. Currently, students are the company's new target in offering these features. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using E-Wallet in determining student purchasing decisions. The data technique in this study used secondary data analysis obtained by each E-Wallet service provider site/application, namely: www.ovo.id. and www.gojek.com/gopay/ and uses literature study from journals relevant to the subject matter. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis technique which takes statements or specific facts into specific problems and makes general conclusions according to the available theories. The results of this study are three basic reasons, namely promo offers and attractive features, convenience and the use of E-Wallet itself which uses the use of E-Wallet which is quite effective in the process of determining purchasing decisions among students..Keywords: efectivity, E-Wallet, student, purchase, technology

Abstract

The research at Aetra Air Drinking Water Regional Company of East Jakarta (PDAM) aims to analyze: 1) the influence of work discipline on employee performance, 2) The Effect of Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on employee performance. 3) The simultaneous influence of work discipline and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) on employee performance. The research approach used quantitative paradigms. The population was 339 people and the determination of samples used the Slovin technique so that a sample of 77 respondents was obtained. Data analysis used a co-existing linear regression test by using SPSS. The results show that Work Discipline and Occupational Safety and Health (K3), both simultaneously and significantly affect the performance of employees of PT. AETRA AIR Jakarta, while the managerial implication of these findings is the need for efforts to improve the employee performance of PT. AETRA AIR Jakarta. Referring to the findings of this study, among others, there is a need for firmness from the agency about the employees’ problems, especially for those whose absence rate is high enough to improve discipline. The reason is that the problem of indiscipline affects other employees so that it will affect the overall performance of the company. This research shows that matters related to discipline, and Occupational Safety and Health (K3) should be more considered and always improved to further boost the employee performance at PT Aetra Air Jakarta. Discipline should be improved in terms of supervision from HRD while Occupational Safety and Health (K3) involves other parties/agencies in terms of the Occupational Safety and Health (K3) management system.

Abstract

The research conducted at SOEs Holding aims to analyze the effect of TMT diversity on company performance. The research samples are forty Indonesian SOEs that incorporated into four SOEs Holding that surveyed through the questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses Structural Equation Model (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results concluded that TMT diversity had a significant effect on corporate culture, which mediates TMT diversity’s significant effect on company performance. Nevertheless, without corporate culture as the mediating variable, TMT diversity has no significant effect on company performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat pendapatan pada area logistik PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara tahun 2017-2020. PT. Kawasan Berikat Nusantara (KBN) merupakan salah satu urat nadi perekonomian nasional dalam menjamin kelancaran kegiatan ekspor impor. Naik turunnya pendapatan yang diraih oleh KBN menjadi indikator perekonomian nasional. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, kajian dokumen internal perusahaan serta kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama periode tahun 2017 hingga 2020 terjadi volatilitas pendapatan perusahaan. Pada tahun 2018 terjadi penuruan laba disebabkan oleh kondisi teknis dan mekanis sedangkan pada tahun 2020 kembali terjadi penurunan pendapatan perusahaan akibat pandemik Covid-19.

Abstract

Start-ups have become an important part of the business development of young entrepreneurs. There is enough evidence to show that young entrepreneurs are successful with the start-ups they build. The Covid-19 pandemic has caused massive digital use in life. This reality is increasingly providing greater opportunities for young entrepreneurs to do business by building start-ups. Even though the pandemic is almost over, it is believed that the massive use of digital media will not decrease. This study aims to analyze the role of start-ups for the development of student entrepreneurship after the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The research was conducted with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data was obtained through observation and searching on various digital media platforms and official websites related to student entrepreneurship. The results showed that the role of start-ups during the pandemic for the development of student entrepreneurship was very beneficial, due to the assistance of various platforms or media that could be used to develop the business of student entrepreneurs. Thus, the role of start-ups is the main factor, it is important that these business ideas arise from problems that have been experienced by the Indonesian people, so that from these problems emerge creative solutions so that they are developed by startup business people into a value that can help solve problems and also meet community needs

Abstract

High employee performance makes it easier for employees to be promoted to higher positions. However, not all employees perform as well as expected by the company, as was the case at PT Adhimix RMC Indonesia. This study aims to model the effect of job rotation perspective variables, work discipline, and employee development on employee performance through job satisfaction mediation. This study employs quantitative research methods and causality analysis. It uses stratified random sampling to collect information. The data were collected using questionnaires, and the partial least square method was used for data analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, job rotation, work discipline, and employee development all have a significant effect on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction influences employee performance significantly. As a result of the analysis, it is also found that job rotation, work discipline, and employee development contribute to employee performance directly or indirectly through job satisfaction. .
