Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Terhadap Return On Equity (ROE) Perusahaan Sub sektor plastik dan kemasan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2018.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan dua variabel, yang meliputi Current Ratio (X1) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) sebagai variabel independen. Dan Return On Equity (Y) sebagai variabel dependen. Data yang digunakan penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dengan cara mengumpulkan informasi yang dibutuhkan dari idx berupa laporan keuangan tahun 2014-2018.Metode yang digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen adalah metode regresi berganda, dan uji asumsi. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa secara simultan variabel-variabel independen: Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio dengan uji f, secara bersama- sama berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity. Hasil secara parsial dengan uji t, variabel Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return on Equity. Kata Kunci : Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Return On Equity

Abstract

Pemerintah melalui Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM melakukan pembinaan terhadap pelaku usaha meliputi kemampuan pengelolaan terlebih dalam akuisisi penggunaan teknologi berbasis digital sehingga diharapkan kemampuan SDM pelaku UMKM bisa ditingkatkan dengan penggunaan teknologi sebagai penunjang dapat memberikan berbagai dukungan yang lebih besar bagi para UMKM mengembangkan potensi usaha menjadi lebih maksimal. Upaya pemberian pelatihan kepada para pelaku usaha kecil dan menengah untuk lebih mengenal serta dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi digital dalam hal ini internet untuk mengembangkan usahanya, baik dari segi jaringan pemasaran, mitra kerja, permodalan hingga inovasi produk. Disamping itu pemberian pelatihan juga memberikan pengenalan wawasan dan motivasi tentang manfaat penggunaan teknologi informasi internet terhadap marketing dan perkembangan usaha serta pengenalan bagaimana cara menggunakan teknologi informasi internet yang mudah dan praktis untuk memasarkan dan pengembangan produk dan usaha

Abstract

Analisa Dampak Regulasi atau Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) adalah proses analisis sistematis terhadap dampak kebijakan. Biasanya pendekatan RIA diimplementasikan dalam proses perumusan suatu kebijakan baru atau kebijakan yang sedang berlaku sehingga bisa bermanfaat bagi proses-proses revisi atau penyempurnaan kebijakan tersebut.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisa dampak Peraturan Menteri Perdagangan (Permendag) No.16/M-DAG/PER/3/2017 dan Peraturan dan Tata Tertib Pasar Lelang Gula Kristal Rafinasi yang telah disebarluaskan kepada pemangku kepentingan yang diterbitkan oleh PT Pasar Komoditas Jakarta (PT PKJ) serta memberikan rekomendasi kepada pemerintah dalam hal ini Kementrian Koordinator Perekonomian dan Kementrian Perdagangan. Pengolahan data dilakukan menggunakan kombinasi metode kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan sources data wawancara, diskusi, studi lapangan, dan juga desk-study. Metode kuantitatif dilakukan dengan menghitung prosentase pendapat responden terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan. Sementara metode kualitatif dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan informasi deskriptif melalui wawancara dan atau diskusi. Tempat penelitian meliputi 6 Propinsi, yakni Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Banten, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur dan Yogyakarta, dilakukan pada awal Oktober sampai dengan awal Desember 2017. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah para industri kecil dan menengah sebanyak 21 responden. Sedangkan responden ahli (pakar) terdiri dari pakar ekonomi, pakar hukum, dan pakar kebijakan publik berjumlah 6 orang.

Abstract

The Fire and Rescue Service is a Government apparatus with the duties, principal and functions in the field of prevention, fire prevention and rescue. Therefore, the performance of firefighters in their duty to combat fires needs to be analyzed. Because firefighters first take care of their personal safety as well as the safety of those around who need help.The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of discipline and training on employee performance in the Central Jakarta City Fire Service Administration Department, written in Minister of Public Works Regulation No. 20 / PRT / M / 2009 CHAPTER II Section 5, concerning human resources and training education is held at the Center for Fire Fighting and Rescue Education and Training Prov. DKI Jakarta aims to provide basic knowledge about prevention, prevention and rescue in the field of fire and other disasters. In improving the performance of work officers, training needs to be provided as needed, training that can regulate employees regularly so that there are no violations at work. The purpose and objective of the research is to be able to provide knowledge in influence on employee performance. Where the research method uses research instruments namely simple regression and multiple regression to find the correlation coefficient between discipline and training on employee performance.

Furthermore, training has a direct and significant positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, Discipline and Training have a positive and significant indirect effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Effective employee performance plays a pivotal role in an organization's success, directly shaping overall productivity and efficiency. This study delves into the connection between compensation, work environment, and employee performance within CV Mora Sentosa, located in East Jakarta. Quantitative research involving a sample of 40 participants was conducted. The findings highlight a significant and positive correlation between compensation and the work environment (T-Statistic = 81.909, p < 0.05). It is worth noting that while compensation alone does not exert a significant impact on employee performance (T-Statistic = 0.108, p > 0.05), a positive work environment does indeed wield a remarkable influence on employee performance (T-Statistic = 8.685, p < 0.05). This research underscores the pivotal role of cultivating a positive work environment to bolster employee performance. Such insights can serve as a guiding light for organizations aiming to deploy strategies that optimize both compensation and work environment variables. By doing so, organizations stand to enhance overall employee performance, thus fostering a path to greater organizational triumph.
