Abstract

The modern stage of development of science and technology is characterized by a rapid increase in the complexity of the created technical systems. The management of such systems requires the development of new management methods, since the modification and improvement of traditional management techniques does not always ensure the fulfillment of stringent requirements for management quality indicators. Classical control methods are mainly based on the theory of linear systems, while most real objects are non-linear. The problem of the synthesis of control systems under conditions of uncertainty is currently one of the central problems in the modern theory of automatic control. The complexity of the control object itself, structural, parametric and information uncertainties in the description of the control object, and the complexity of control problems, the multi criteria of optimization problems, the lack of possible analytical solutions, the need to take into account all the properties of disturbances, etc. The solution to this problem requires a search for alternative approaches to the design of control systems, one of which involves the introduction of neural network systems. Neural network control systems are a high-tech direction of control theory and belong to the class of nonlinear dynamic systems. High performance due to parallelization of input information in combination with the ability to train neural networks makes this technology very attractive for creating control devices in automatic systems. Neural networks can be used to build regulating and switching devices, reference, adaptive, nominal and inverse-dynamic models of objects, on the basis of which objects are studied, analysis of the influence of disturbances acting on an object, determination of the optimal control law, search or calculating the optimal program for changing the impact when changing the values of the parameters of the object and the characteristics of the input data. In addition, neural networks can be used to identify objects, predict the state of objects, recognize, cluster, classify, analyze a large amount of data arriving at high speed from a large number of devices and sensors, and the like. The ability to learn according to a given principle of functioning allows creating automated control systems that are optimal in terms of speed, energy consumption, etc. Naturally, in this case, it is possible to implement several principles of functioning and the transition from one to another. They are a universal tool for modeling multidimensional nonlinear objects and finding solutions to ill-posed problems.

Abstract

Pengelolaan sirkulasi buku pada perpustakaan UBP Karawang telah menggunakan sistem manajemen perpustakaan yang bersifatopen source. Sirkulasi buku sering kali tidak berjalan baik karena sering terjadi kehilangan buku. Susunan buku pada rak tidakberdasarkan klasifikasinya, terjadi antrean saat proses peminjaman dan pengembalian buku. Maka penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkanperkembangan teknologi saat ini banyak yang dikembangkan salah satunya yaitu Radio Frequency Identification (RFID).Pengembangan sistem informasi dengan perangkat RFID akan meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan. Mengatasi antrean yang terjadipada peminjaman dan pengembalian buku lalu dapat mengidentifikasi buku pada rak. Perancangan alat RFID sebagai masukan danNodeMCU melakukan proses pembacaan lalu memperoleh keluaran berupa informasi pada tag RFID. Aplikasi pengembangansistem untuk membantu melaksanakan proses sirkulasi buku juga menjadi output dalam sebuah perancangan. Terdapat teknologiInternet Of Thing berfungsi untuk mentransfer data melalui jaringan. Merancang web application development dan web applicationexisting dilengkapi dengan penerapan Client URL (URL) untuk menerima dan mengirim data. Pengembangan sistem informasidengan IOT menggunakan perangkat RFID berbasis NodeMCU untuk proses pendataan buku baru, peminjaman buku danpengembalian buku. Sistem dan perangkat alat dilakukan berdasarkan dengan prosedur penelitian dan memperoleh hasil bahwateknologi IOT dengan perangkat RFID dan NodeMCU berhasil diterapkan pada sistem informasi perpustakaan. Keberhasilanpembacaan tag sebesar 72,22%.

Abstract

This futsal field booking application is used to make it easier for tenants to know the empty futsal court schedule, to provide convenience in the process of renting a futsal field schedule without having to come directly to the futsal venue. Making this application is done by the System Development Life Cycle Method. This application is implemented with the Codeigniter framework, PHP programming language, MySQL database as a data storage medium and testing methods using black box testing. As for the futsal field schedule rental uses Gammu and modem as media. This application can be used by 3 users, namely admin, provider and tenant. Admin can do provider approval. Providers can process field data, rental rates, tenants, bookings, payment confirmations, galleries and providers. Tenants can book via Mobile and see available field schedule information, activation and payment confirmation

Abstract

Employee performance evaluation or appraisal is needed to assess company employees' work achievement or work performance against the given target within a specific time. The purpose of the study was to analyze the method of recapitulation and staff performance appraisal and create a design model for the application of recapitulation and staff performance appraisal. The research method used is qualitative research, where data collection is done using observation and interviews. Application development based on the iterative waterfall method accommodates the recapitulation process and employee performance appraisal. The benefits of the research carried out are to determine the impact of information delays and speed up the recapitulation process and the performance appraisal itself. Every month, information regarding work achievements is presented in an application that each employee can see. The final results of the recapitulation and assessment in the form of total values and ratios of work achievement are expected to facilitate the head of the department in making decisions

Abstract

The credit procedure is the provision of credit on the basis of the bank's belief in the ability and ability of the customer to repay. In this study, the customer data tested was divided into 3 classes, namely 39 LOW customers, 84 MEDIUM customers, and 11 HIGH customers. Unbalanced datasets are pre-processed using the Synthetic Minority Over-sampling (SMOTE) technique. Classification methods such as Random Forest and Support Vector Machine will test cooperative customer data. The data is tested based on the attribute that has the highest matching value using the Particle Swarm Optimization method, this test is also optimized with the Adaboost method to increase its accuracy. The results of tests carried out using the Random Forest method obtained an accuracy of 89.05% and the Support Vector Machine algorithm obtained an accuracy of 81.75%. Meanwhile, testing with two methods optimized with Adaboost showed an increase in accuracy with Random Forest getting 91.24% accuracy and Support Vector Machine getting 82.48% accuracy. The highest accuracy in the cooperative customer data classification test was obtained from the Random Forest algorithm which was optimized with Adaboost at 91.24%
