Abstract

Remuneration of lecturers is closely related to the performance of lecturers as stated in Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. The Three critera of Tri Dharma are teaching, research and devotion. The remuneration data will be clustered into some clusters to analyze the lecturers group. Each remuneration data consists of seven attributes such as teaching, research, textbook, training, community service, presence and certificate. For case study, the remuneration data of lecturers of telecommunication engineering will be used.Fuzzy c-means is the clustering method that will be implemented on this system.Different with K-Means, in Fuzzy c-means data will be mapped on each cluster with varying degrees of membership from 0-1. Based on the test results, there are 3 clusters formed with the number of lecturers who enter cluster 0 are 4 lecturers, 10 lecturers in cluster 1 , and 14 lecturers in cluster 2. Based on the analysis of the test result data, cluster 0 has a better value than other clusters because it has the highest cluster center point so that the lecturer's performance value included in cluster 0 is also high close to the cluster center point value.

Abstract

In the cultivation of teak plants often have problems because teak seeds have a thick and hard skin or impermiabel (difficult to penetrate) to water and gas so as to slow germination. The magnetic field can increase the growth rate in inactive seed seeds because the magnetic field affects the physical and chemical properties of water as a germination medium. Water exposed by the magnetic field can be absorbed easily with tissues in the seeds, thus shortening seed dormancy and increasing the percentage of seed germination. This study aims to understand the growth process of dormancy seed germination, To know the influence of magnetic fields on the growth of teak seed seeds, as a solution to the problem of seed dormancy in teak seed seeds. Therefore, the method used in this study is to provide exposure to teak seeds and make tools for monitoring teak growth in real time with the parameters of planting media moisture (to see the absorption of water) and high seeds (for the growth of teak seeds), so that used YL69 sensor for soil moisture and sharp infrared sensor gp2y0a02yk0f for high plants.

Abstract

In this study, a tool for telemonitoring dissolved solids was designed in the filtration of laundry wastewater which is used as a hydroponic planting medium, pH sensor, and TDS sensor to measure and obtain dissolved solids data that affect the plant growth process, then these data will be processed by the Arduino microcontroller. Nano so that the final result will be stored in the database and sent wirelessly via Wemos D1 so that it can be displayed in the android application. The research that has been done, obtained the results of the measurement value of dissolved solids of laundry wastewater before filtering for a Ph value of 6.63 and a solution concentration of 250 ppm. After twice filtration, the dissolved solids for Ph were 6.32 and TDS was 1276 ppm. Based on this study, the results of telemonitoring the average dissolved solids of laundry waste filtration water after being used as a hydroponic planting medium with a PH value of 6.86 and a TDS of 681 ppm. Because the dissolved solids value of the planting medium is not in accordance with the minimum standard of use in hydroponic agriculture (PH = 6.5; solution concentration = 850 ppm), it can be concluded that the use of laundry wastewater filtration causes plants to grow slowly and abnormally (stunted).
