Abstract

A series ofdisasters in Indonesia has caused the deaths ofthousands and even hundreds of lives as the tsunami in Aceh and Nias, and the recent earthquake in West Sumatra Padang region.In such situations, the information about the list of needs and distribution of aid is desperately needed by the whole community. Through these research activities is expected that the information is expected to be available are up to date in order to reach an aid distribution system more efficient and effective, especially shortly after the disaster.With the title of research Integrated Management Information System Web-Based Disaster Response, then have some information may be presented as (a). The impact of disasters in specific regions over the web is visually displayed in the form of pictures or photos, videos and maps of (b). Sign up for urgent basic needs of disaster victims in any disaster (c). The amount of aid available at the disaster relief center, and (d). The amount of aid that has been distributed to the affected area and (d). The data and the number ofvictims affected in each area.In the course of this research, produced a web site that acts as an information center for emergency response that is able to accommodate all of the information society will kind of help is needed and the amount of aid that has been successfully distributed to prevent the buildup of assistance in certain areas dehingga be equitable distribution ofaid to all areas affected the disaster.Keyword: Disaster, Web, System, Distribution, Help Rentetan bencana di Indonesia telah banyak menyebabkan terjadinya korban jiwa bahkan hingga ratusan ribu nyawa seperti bencana tsunami di Aceh ien Nias, dan terakhir gempa bumi dahsyat di wilayah Padang Sumatera Barat.Dalam situasi tersebut, informasi tentang daftar kebutuhan sertapendistribusian bantuan merupakan hal yang sangat dibutuhkan oleh seluruh masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan penelitian ini diharapkan agar informasi yang sangat diharapkan tersebut dapat tersedia secara up to date sehingga tercapai sebuah sistem pendistribusian bantuan yang efisien dan efektif terutama sesaat setelah terjadinya bencana.Dengan judul penelitian Sistem Informasi Manajemen Terpadu Tanggap Darurat Bencana Berbasis Web, maka telah dapat disajikan beberapa informasi seperti (a). Dampak bencana di daerah tertentu melalui web secara visual yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk gambar atau foto, video dan peta (b). Daftar kebutuhan pokok mendesak bagi korban bencana di setiap terkena bencana (c). Jumlah bantuan yang tersedia di posko bantuan bencana dan (d). Jumlah bantuan yang telah didistribusikan ke daerah terkena bencana serta (d). Data dan Jumlah korban pasca bencana di setiap daerah.Dengan adanya kegiatan penelitian ini, dihasilkan sebuah web site yang berperan sebagai pusat informasi tanggap darurat bencana yang mampu mengakomodir seluruh informasi masyarakat akan jenis bantuan yang dibutuhkan serta jumiah bantuan yang telah berhasil disalurkan agar tidak terjadi penumpukan bantuan di daerah tertentu dehingga distribusi bantuan akan merata untuk seluruh daerah-daerah yang terkena dampak  bencana.Keyword : Bencana, Web, Sistem, Distribusi, Bantuan

Abstract

This study originated from the fact that the field is seen in many of the restaurants use in any manual system data processing sales. Payment system still use the food aid issue a cash register receipt sheet. Because the cash register is not designed to store transaction data, the total payment of the receipt note structure back to a book that will be reported to the leadership. This condition is of course still possible to condition the receiptstructure will be scattered or lost. The purpose of this research is to create a food menu Management Information System, the calculation of the total, as well as daily reports on the restaurant, which will then be implemented in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency. The research was conducted by field research methode, research libraries, and research laboratories. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the design and implementation of management information systems can help home eating meals that will use this system to achieve effectiveness and efficiency, and through the tseting of these system, inormation system service in the home meal service can run smoothly anf very helpful the restaurant, particularly in calculating the total payments from customers and reporting to the leadership.

Abstract

Padang City, West Sumatra Province, is one of the regions in Indonesia that has a good tourism and cultural sector. However, in the dissemination of information about tourism in the city of Padang has not been fully optimal carried out by the City Government of Padang. The community is not fully aware of tourist attractions in the city of Padang. Based on this reason the author designed an E-Tourism Application to Support Padang City Tourism Based on Android. The author analyzes and designs applications that are built using the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) method with the stages of system requirements analysis and system modeling design using the UML method. For programming languages the author uses PHP, Java on Android Studio and MySQL Database.From this study produced an Android-based E-Tourism application that is integrated with the display of tourist locations on google maps as well as features adding tourist rating.

Abstract

Purpose: Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) is an important part of today's Indonesian economy. The times have allowed many people to do their own business. Along with the many existing businesses, many business actors are marketing for the sustainability of their business. A web-based information system that can accommodate information about Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises management is one of the main needs for MSME actors themselves. Methods/Study design/approach: In addition, the public can use this web-based information system to obtain detailed information on MSME and MSME products through the web. Making the web using the PHP programming language where the approach taken in the design is the Unified Approach used as a method in object-based system development. Result/Findings: From the final results of this study, it can be concluded that the web-based MSME Activity Management Information System can help mass marketing of MSME players and help related agencies to find out the development of existing MSME. Novelty/Originality/Value: The website was built can help and accelerate the marketing process for existing MSMEs and can be used as a medium of communication between MSMEs and visitors.

Abstract

Instagram's social media automatic scheduling system is one of the innovations in the field of promotion to introduce study programs to many people through social media. With this scheduling application, it will be easy for the university to schedule content to be published on Instagram social media. This application works on the desktop made with the PHP programming language with MySQL database support. This research was conducted to obtain data directly from the Social Media Manager of the Study Program by conducting observations and direct interviews to the management team and related parties so that the data contained in this report is real. The system testing that is carried out is how the application works as a whole, namely where the system can send scheduling automatically to Instagram which is contained in the database, there is an input update from a user (in this case a lecturer user) through the existing application.

Abstract

The author has conducted research at CV.BDR in order to know and departure information systemrental fleet in progress and further develop a system that is running in order to achieve a more optimallevel. In this study the author uses Visual Basic 6.0 programming language for programming. Fromthe data collected, then the writer uses the method of processing the results of laboratory research data computers. From the results of this study designed a rental application and departure of ships that can help job employees, where the data is done in the design of the development of the information generated from the old system and there is a way of working of the system itself by means of computeruse as a tool and replace the software that used in data processing. It is hoped that the authorsdesigned a new system could replace the old system in the form of a manual system, in order to achieve the level of effectiveness and higher efficiency. So that the design could be beneficial to CV.BDR inthe data processing to obtain rental information and a more accurate vessel departure and may assistin decision making.

Abstract

Bencana alam adalah suatu peristiwa luar biasa yang disebabkan oleh alam sehingga mengakibatkan timbulnya korban jiwa, kerusakan lingkungan, kehilangan harta benda, dan dampak psikologis. Salah satu bencana alam tersebut adalah gempa bumi dan tsunami. Kota Padang merupakan salah satu yang termasuk daerah yang rawan bencana gempa bumi dan tsunami. Dengan fakta tersebut, pemerintah kota Padang membuat sejumlah tempat titik kumpul atau tempat berlindung (shelter) dengan dilaengkapi jalur rute evakuasi untuk warga kota Padang. Begitu juga di Kecamatan Padang Barat yang merupakan daerah terdekat dengan pantai dan memiliki jumlah penduduk yang tinggi. Dengan adanya sebuah Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG), informasi dapat tersampaikan dengan bentuk visual yang didalamnya terdapat informasi terkait dengan jalur evakuasi tsunami dan edukasi dalam menghadapi bencana. Sehingga masyarakat dengan mudah mengetahui jalur evakuasi menuju tempat aman dan mengurangi dampak resiko dari bencana alam yang akan datang.

Abstract

The A-Star algorithm uses the closest distance estimation to reach a goal and has a heuristic value that is used as a basis for consideration. Abstract

Oleh karena itu dibuatlah sebuah sistem informasi geografis denganmenggunakan metode Algoritma A-Star. Algoritma A-Star menggunakan estimasi jarak terdekat untukmencapai tujuan (goal) dan memiliki nilai heuristik yang digunakan sebagai dasar pertimbangan.
