Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of P-J fit and perceived organizational support on task performance mediated by innovative behavior. This study provides empirical evidence regarding the role of innovation in increasing the fit between a person and his work and organizational support in improving task performance. The population of this study is civil servants who work in the Bengkulu Provincial Government, one of the largest province in West Part of Indonesia. The number of respondents taken amounted to 155 people. This study uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM ) method using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method with SmartPLS software application version 3.0. The study concludes that P-J fit positively affects organizational commitment and task performance based on the research conducted. The perceived support factor from the organization also affects innovative behavior and task performance. In a mediating relationship, P-J fit mediated by creative behavior will affect task performance. However, this study found that the ties built by P-J fit on task performance directly had a more significant effect than when mediated by innovative behavior. Organizational support mediated by creative behavior also improves task performance, although not as big as the direct effect of organizational support on employee performance. This research also contributes to the development of social exchange theory by using the innovation factor as a supporter.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh atmosfir restoran, keadilan yang diterima terhadap niat perilaku yang dimediasi oleh mosi positif pada konsumen restoran Well The Food Bengkulu, Indonesia. Data responden dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner online yang disebarkan melalui sosial media Instagram dan Whatsapp. Analisis data menggunakan pendekatan regresi termediasi atau mediated regression approach (MRA) pada SPSS, 219. Hasil penelitian menjelasakan bahwa, atmosfir Restoran keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap Emosi Positif. Emosi Positif berpengaruh terhadap Niat Perilaku, serta atmosfir restoran berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku. Emosi positif memediasi pengaruh atmosfir restoran terhadap niat perilaku, emosi positif memediasi pengaruh keadilan yang diterima terhadap niat perilaku dan keadilan yang diterima berpengaruh terhadap niat perilaku.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the perception of knowledge and level of concern of the coffee farmers community towards the preservation of the Kerinci Seblat National Park (TNKS) District of Lebong. This study uses qualitative or naturalistic methods because they are carried out in natural conditions. Data collection methods through Hand Delivery using questionnaires and interviews.The sample in study is the coffee farming community formed in the KUB “Maju Lestari. While data analysis is carried out simultaneously with the process of collecting data (on going analysis) using qualitative descriptive methods. It is hoped that through this approach, researchers will be able to develop new hypotheses specifically related to the behavior of the coffee farmers community in Suka Negeri Village, Topos District, Lebong Regency. From a practical aspect, the basic data that has been collected, analyzed and expected to be formulated in a form or method in the policy of developing and developing a community of coffee farmers (community development), especially in the TNKS area of Lebong Regency

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of proactive personality on innovative work behavior of teachers through Creative Self-efficacy as a mediating variable. The number of samples taken were 92 teachers of SMA Sub-District Teluk Segara, Bengkulu City. The sampling method used in this study is the method of distributing questionnaires online. The analysis technique used is SPSS 16.0. On the results of the analysis it was found that the proactive personality variable had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior of SMA teachers Sub-District Teluk Segara Bengkulu City, the proactive personality variable had a significant positive effect on Creative Self-efficacy, the Creative Self-efficacy variable had a significant positive effect on innovative work behavior, and Creative Self-efficacy mediated the effect of proactive personality to the innovative work behavior of SMA teachers Sub-District Teluk Segara, Bengkulu City. Keywords: Creative Self-efficacy; Innovative Work Behavior; Proactive PersonalityAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru melalui kreatif self-efficacy sebagai variabel mediasi. Jumlah sampel yang diambil berjumlah 92 guru dari SMA Kecamatan Teluk Segara Kota Bengkulu. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penyebaran kuesioner secara online. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah SPSS 16.0. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa variabel kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru SMA Kecamatan Teluk Segara Kota Bengkulu, variabel kepribadian proaktif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kreatif self-efficacy, variabel kreatif self-efficacy berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif, dan kreatif self-efficacy memediasi pengaruh kepribadian proaktif terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif guru SMA Kecamatan Teluk Segara Kota Bengkulu. Abstract

Bengkulu City iscoastal areas that have a lot of tourism potential, one of which is Kampung Jenggalu Kito. This tourist area has not been promoted optimally, this can be seennot maximal efforts to develop mangrove tourism inJenggalu Kito Village, becauseThere is no effective promotional media. This causes the development of tourist areas has not been carried out optimally. Based on these conditions, it is necessary to provide training on the implementation of tourism promotion strategies and media for the community and related officials as executors.The purpose of this activity isprovide an understanding to the public of the importance of strategy and promotional media as a means to increase tourism potential, and introduce various promotional strategies and promotional media both print and electronic for the development of mangrove tourism inJenggalu Kito village, Bengkulu city. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of job resources, personal resources and job demands against the work engagement officer of Seluma District secretariat. In addition, the purpose of this research is to know the role of work engagement mediation on the influence of job resources, personal resources and job demands towards the performance of district secretariat of Seluma Regency This research is a type of descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is the primary data obtained through a questionnaire propagation. The respondents of this research were 151 officials of the Seluma District Secretariat. Data Analysis methods used descriptive analysis and SEM analysis. Based on field research, the results of which: (1) job resources variables have significant effect on employee work engagement; (2) personal resources variables have significant effect on the employee's work engagement ; (3) job Demand variables have significant effect on employee work engagement ; (4) The work engagement variables have significant effect on employee performance; (5) Work engagement has fully mediating on the influence of job resources on the employee performance of the regional secretariat of Seluma District; ( 6) Work engagement has fully mediating to the effect of personal resources on the employee's performance of the regional secretariat of Seluma District; and (7) Work engagement has fully mediating to the influence of job demand on the employee performance of the regional secretariat of Seluma District.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the effect of workload on employee performance at Perumda Air Minum Tirta Ratu Samban, North Bengkulu by considering cyberloafing behavior as a mediating variable. In this research, the author will use a quantitative approach to collect and analyze data. The research method used is a quantitative method. Total population 100 employees and the number of samples used in this research was 65 respondents. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires via a Google Form link. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether job satisfaction mediates knowledge sharing and work balance on the innovative work behavior of employees of the Bengkulu Provincial Health Office. This research method is a quantitative method with data collection techniques carried out by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. In the validity test results for 40 questionnaire question items are declared valid, where the Correlation value is above the R-table or more than 0.1166 and significant below 0.05. For the reliability test, the questionnaire that has been distributed is reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha value is> 0.60. The value of the knowledge sharing variable is 0.783> 0.60, the work balance variable is 0.985> 0.60, innovative work behavior is 0.989> 0.60 and for job satisfaction is 0.923> 060. The normalization test that the asymp.sig value is 0.246 which means greater than 0.05 so it can be concluded that the data is normal distribution. Multiple linear regression model (1) for all variables is declared significant because all values are greater than 0.05. Multiple linear regression model (2) for all variables is valid because the value of R2 or R square contained in the summry model table is 0.847, this shows that the contribution of X1, X2 and Y to M is 84.7%.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out how the implementation of Elektronik Manajemen Penyidikan (E-MP) in the Bengkulu Regional Police Narcotics Directorate, and what factors are indicative of personnel using this system, then how the role of supervision (internal) investigation in its optimization. This research was conducted through a qualitative approach and in its presentation the writer used exploratory methods with a population of 30 investigative personnel at the Bengkulu Regional Police's Narcotics Detective Directorate and hopes to be able to describe the object of research as it is. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the implementation of Elektronik Manajemen Penyidikan (E-MP) at the Bengkulu Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate has been going very well with adequate facilities support even though it has not been optimal and is still under development. Then related to the personnel indication personnel must use this application, because the E-MP system is an embodiment of the 2015-2019 National Police Strategic Plan intended for investigators/ assistant investigators in the investigation management system as well as a database of criminal cases to realize transparency, and (internal) surveillance of investigations in accordance with Perkap Number 06 of 2019 concerning Criminal Action Investigation. So that the implementation of E-MP can run optimally, it is necessary to maximize the support of infrastructure, improved content on the application so that it can accommodate all Police duties and in the implementation of supervision through the E-MP is not only limited to the quantity but needs to be examined the quality of the product documents produced, then an SOP is made in the implementation of access, input and activities through this application and can immediately be used as a reference in evaluating performance. The limitation of this study is more due to the fact that when the study was conducted there was a change of leadership within the Bengkulu Police Narcotics Investigation Directorate, thereby also affecting respondent responses regarding filling questionnaire and interview as a reference for the results of this study.
