Abstract

This study aims to complete the design of accounting and to determine the application of accounting design in accordance with the applicable SAK ETAP. This research uses descriptive analysis that is with data collection technique using interview, observation and documentation. The results showed that the company only has two types of documentation of the recording of cash receipts and cash disbursements, so the company does not know about the business condition in a profit or loss. Therefore, this research is also designed new accounting that will be applied to the company by using computer system that is by using Microsoft Excel where the company can directly see the company's financial statements so that the company can know the condition of the business. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelesaikan rancangan akuntansi dan untuk mengetahui penerapan rancangan akuntansi sesuai dengan SAK ETAP yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif yaitu dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan hanya memiliki dua jenis dokumentasi pencatatan yaitu penerimaan kas dan pengeluaran kas, sehingga perusahaan tidak mengetahui apakah usahanya mengalami keuntungan atau kerugian. Oleh karena itu, maka penelitian ini juga dirancang akuntansi baru yang akan diterapkan pada perusahaan dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer yaitu dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel dimana perusahaan bisa langsung melihat laporan keuangan perusahaan sehingga perusahaan bisa mengetahui kondisi usaha tersebut.

Abstract

With the increasing speed of information flow due to globalization, the role of information technology is vital and very decisive for an educational institution in increasing its ability to face competition and be able to provide satisfactory services for students. The object of this research is the users of the university's academic information system, namely all active students of TA Geap 2017-2018 with a sample of 450 people. The data analysis technique used in this study is using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) Amos. The results of the study show that improving the quality of academic information systems will be able to increase student satisfaction but not necessarily be able to increase student loyalty directly. However, indirectly through satisfaction, the quality of the system can increase user / student loyalty. Improvement and improvement of academic information also through this research directly and indirectly can have an impact on increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Good service quality in a college is a very important assessment in increasing student satisfaction and loyalty. Keywords: Information Technology, Satisfaction, Loyalty

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi saat ini sangat berpengaruh bagi kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat baik dari segi perekonomian, sosial maupun gaya hidup. Pasar modern syariah hadir adalah salah satunya untuk menjawab dari perubahan gaya hidup masyarakat di perkotaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui potensi pasar modern syariah dan mengetahui strategi yang paling tepat pasar modern syariah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat Pekanbaru. Data didapatkan dengan menyebarkan kuisioner kepada 384 orang responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SWOT dilanjutkan dengan membuat matriks IFAS dan EFAS. Analisis strategi prioritas menggunakan Quantitative Strategy Planning Matrix (QSPM). Dari hasil analisis SWOT diketahui bahwa kekuatan lebih dominan daripada kelemahan dan peluang lebih dominan daripada ancaman. Dari hasil matriks IFAS diketahui bahwa terdapat nilai total yang lebih besar pengaruhnya dibandingkan dengan nilai matriks EFAS. Berdasarkan matriks IFAS dan EFAS dapat dikatakan bahwa Potensi Pasar Modern Syariah dalam Pengembangan Ekonomi Masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru masih berkembang dengan“baik” dan memerlukan inovasi yang kreatif. rdasarkan analisis QSPM, strategi prioritas pertama yang harus dilakukan adalah Meningkatkan kinerja system manajemen pasar modern Syariah, laporan keuangan terbuka dan pembinaan sumberdaya manusia. Strategi prioritas kedua adalah Melakukan terobosan baru dalam penjualan dengan membuat aplikasi online untuk pasar Syariah modern. Kata Kunci : Pasar Modern Syariah, SWOT, IFAS dan EFAS, QSPM.

Abstract

Human resource management aims to utilize, develop, research, human resources and existing natural resources so that they can be managed effectively and efficiently. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of Motivation, Participatory Leadership, and Work Safety on employee Productivity at CV Timur Jaya Pekanbaru. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. with a sample of 43 respondents from CV Timur Jaya Pekanbaru employees. From the results of the study, it was shown that Motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee productivity, while Participatory Leadership and Work Safety did not significantly influence employee productivity at CV Timur Jaya Pekanbaru. Abstract

In the field of health services that have the task of carrying out a health effort. Hospitals must pay attention to satisfaction for users of their services, namely patients. One way that must be done by the hospital to maintain patients is by providing the best service at the time of sale and when serving patients. The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the influence of service quality & satisfaction on the loyalty of inpatients of santa maria pekanbaru hospital. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used was 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that tangible and empathy have no significant effect on loyalty while reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and satisfaction have a significant effect on loyalty.
