Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan  dari  kegiatan  Pengabdian  Kepada  Masyarakat  (PKM)  yang  kami  laksanakan adalah sebagai bentuk implementasi salah satu Tridharma perguruan tinggi. Diharapkan dengan diadakannya pengabdian kepada masyarakat, keberadaan perguruan tinggi dapat memberikan kontribusi besar kepada pengembang dan penerapan keilmuan kepada masyarakat.Kegiatan PKM ini terkait dengan penguasaan metode dalam proses belajar-mengajar yang harus dikuasai oleh seorang pendidik. Metode pembelajaran yang baik akan memberikan pemahaman yang utuh kepada peserta didik. Salah satu metode pembelajaran yang berbasis pada konsep peta pemikiran (Mind Mapping) merupakan cara belajar yang menggunakan konsep pembelajaran yang menyeluruh (komprehensif total- Mind Learning-TML). Metode pembelajaran Mind Mapping (Peta Pikiran) adalah salah satu metode pembelajaran yang dikembangan oleh Tony Buzan.Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat bersifat pelatihan dan penyuluhan  dengan  metode  ceramah,  diskusi  dan  Tanya  jawab.  Setelah  materi  diberikan, seluruh peserta bisa berbagi mengenai permasalahan yang dihadapi dan bagaimana mengatasinya. Harapannya agar  tenaga  pendidik  di  Yayasan  Iskandariyah  terwujudnya  pendidikan  yang bermutu, ditopang dengan kemampuan tenaga pendidik yang kredibilitas dan professional, dan mempunyai kemampuan yang baik sehingga bisa membawa dampak peningkatan iklim belajar- mengajar yang bermutu.Yayasan Pendidikan Islam Iskandariyah mempunyai satuan unit pendidikan Islam, mulai dari TK, Madrasah, MTS dan MAN. Tenaga pendidik di Yayasan Iskandirayah perlu diberikan peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan dan kemampuan untuk semua tenaga pendidik. Hasil kegiatan diharapkan agar pendidik Yayasan Iskandariyah mendapatkan pemahaman tentang metode pengajaran Mind Mapping, cara dan bagaimana implementasinya di dalam kelas. Dengan Kegiatan ini kompetensi pendidik melalui metode mind mapping di yayasan Iskandariyah semakin meningkatan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pendidik, Metode Mind Mapping, Tenaga Pengajar.

Abstract

Tujuan  dari  penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh  subsidi  kuota internet terhadap motivasi  belajar mahasiswa serta dampaknya  terhadap  partisipasi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran  daring. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode    Analisa jalur/Path Analysis. Dimana subsidi kuota  sebagai  variabel bebas (X),  motivasi  belajar (Y) sebagai  veariabel  intervening  dan berpartisipasi mahasiswa pada  pembelajaran daring sebagai  variabel dependent(Z). Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah  mahasiswa program studi sekretari D-III, semester tiga (3) dan lima (5)  dengan jumlah  responden sebanyak  100  mahasiswa  yang di ambil  secara acak.  Instrumen penelitian menggunakan angket yang diberikan kepada  100  responden  secara  acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa subsidi kuota memberikan pengaruh terhadap   motivias belajar mahasiswa (Y)  sebesar  49 %. Sedangkan pengaruh subsidi kuota (X)  dan   motivasi belajar (Y)  terhadap  pertisipasi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran daring (Z)  sebesar 66.4%., sisanya  dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain  yang tidak  dimasukan  dalam penelitian. Sementara   pengaruh langsung  variabel  X terhadap Z sebesar  0.256  Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung  variabel X melalui  Y terhadap  Z   sebesar  0.431. Maka  dapat disimpulkan   bahwa  pengaruh X  terhadap Z  adalah pengaruh langsung ditambah  dengan pengaruh tidak langsung ( 0.256 + 0.431 = 0.687). Dengan demikian maka dapat di simjpulkan bahwa  subsidi  kuota  mampu meningkatkan motivasi belajar  mahasiswa dan berdampak positif atas  partsispasi mahasiswa pada pembelajaran  daring.Kata kunci: Subsidi, Motivasi, Partisipasi

Abstract

ABSTRACT  The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide knowledge and understanding to village staff/apparatuses at the Cibadung Village Office, Gunung Sindur District, Bogor Regency. The results of this extension are expected to be implemented by village officials in carrying out their duties of administering village government, implementing village development, community development and empowering village communities by using all aspects to fulfill and implement public services, one of which is by using social media in the implementation of services.This counseling needs to be carried out so that village staff/apparatuses understand their functions in accordance with Law No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages so that they can carry out their duties professionally, efficiently, and effectively, openly and responsibly. In Article 18 paragraph (7) it is explained that the implementation of village government aims to improve public services for village community members in order to accelerate the realization of general welfare, increase the socio-cultural resilience of village communities in order to create village communities that are able to maintain social unity as part of national security, advance the village economy as well as overcoming national development gaps and strengthening rural communities as development subjects.Universities in their position as community partners have a moral obligation to provide guidance. For this reason, community service activities are carried out to provide training and additional knowledge about social media which is directed at supporting the implementation of good public services.The method used in this activity is the Participatory Learning and Action (PLA) approach or the Participatory Learning and Practice Process. PLA is a method of community empowerment which consists of a learning process (training, brainstorming, and discussion) on topics such as maximizing the functions of e-mail, WhatsApp, Instagram and other social media and afterwards followed by real actions or activities that are relevant to the material presented about the material. social media (Mardikanto and Soebiato, 2012:203). This service activity is carried out in the form of counseling with assistance.The target of this activity is that village staff/apparatuses have qualified skills in using social media for the implementation of public services so that they can support the smooth running of public services at the sub-district office, and it is hoped that they will be able to produce better servants than before. Community service activities (PKM) are planned to be carried out for three days from 24-26 October 2022. With the theme; THE USE OF SOCIAL MEDIA IN PUBLIC SERVICES IN THE CIBADUNG VILLAGE OFFICE, GUNUNG SINDUR DISTRICT, BOGOR DISTRICT.Keywords: Social Media, Public Services, Cibadung Village

Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah memberikan pengetahuan dan pemahaman kepada anak yatim dan dhuafa yang tinggal di Yayasan Sahabat Yatim Bintaro, Tangerang Selatan tentang implementasi etika pendidikan Pancasila sehingga mereka memiliki keseimbangan baik dalam kepandaian pemikiran, pengendalian emosi, serta spiritual. Pancasila sebagai sistem etika di samping merupakan way of life bangsa Indonesia, juga merupakan struktur pemikiran yang disusun untuk memberikan tuntunan atau panduan kepada setiap warga negara Indonesia dalam bersikap dan bertingkah laku.  Perguruan tinggi dalam kedudukannya sebagai mitra masyarakat memiliki kewajiban moril untuk berbagi pengetahuan (sharing knowledge), untuk itu kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan untuk memberikan penyuluhan kepada anak yatim dan dhuafa di Yayasan Sahabat Yatim tentang Etika Pendidikan Pancasila dengan cara  menegenalkan sejak dini kepada calon generasi penerus bangsa. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah ceramah, studi kasus.
