Abstract

Abstrak Penilaian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dimensi kualitas layanan pegawai Administrasi Akademik terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ada pengaruh yang signifikan kualitas pelayanan yang terdiri dari tangible ( bentuk fisik ), emphaty ( kemampupahaman ), reliability ( Kehandalan ), responsiveness ( Daya Tanggap ) dan assurance ( Jaminan ) terhadap peningkatan kepuasan baik secara simultan ( bersama-sama ) maupun secara persial (satu persatu ) pada Mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro. Lokasi yang dijadikan sebagai obyek penelitian adalah Universitas Muhammadiyah Metro yang menyiapkan fasilitas pelayanan administrasi akademik terhadap mahasiswa keseluruhan butir pernyataan dinyatakan valid, sehingga dapat dipergunakan sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian selanjutnya. Uji Reliabilitas nilai Cronbach’s alpha jauh lebih besar dari 0,281 dengan demikian jika dikonsultasikan dengan nilai r Product Moment dengan dk = N-1 = 50-1 = 49 dengan signifikan 5% variabel Bukti Fisik diperoleh rhitung = 0,786, variabel Kemampupahaman diperoleh rhitung = 0,779, variabel Kehandalan diperoleh rhitung = 0,792, variabel Daya Tanggap diperoleh rhitung = 0,901, variabel Jaminan diperoleh rhitung = 0,728, sedangkan rhutung Kepuasan Mahasiswa diperoleh = 0,920. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa seluruh variabel tersebut memiliki reliabel yang tinggi, maka instrumen dapat digunakan untuk penelitian. Korelasi berganda antara variabel Bukti Fisik, Kemampupahaman, Kehandalan, Tanggapan, dan Jaminan, terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa adalah sebesar 0,507. Nilai ini memberikan arti bahwa model memiliki tingkat pengaruh sebesar 50.7% terhadap variabel Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Koefisien determian sebesar 0,257 menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel bebas mampu menjelaskan sebesar 25,7 persen terhadap variabel terikat, 73,3% dujelaskan oleh variabel lainnya. Hasil F hitung yang diperoleh sebesar 3,050, nilai Ftabel dengan dk pembilang k = 2 dan dk penyebut n-k-l = 50-2-1 = 47, tingkat kepercayaan 95% (α=0,05) diperoleh nilai Ftabel = 2.30. Karena nilai Fhitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai Ftabel maka Hodi tolat dan Ha di terima.Uji t menunjukkan bahwa koefisien kelima variabel bebas tersebut ternyata yang mempunyai pengaruh paling tinggi adalah Jaminan terhadap Kepuasan Mahasiswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari hasil perhitungan koefisien regresi sebesar 0,787.Kata Kunci : Bukti Fisik, Kemampupahaman, Kehandalan, Daya Tanggap, Jaminan dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa.

Abstract

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah dalam dunia kerja, di masa saat ini kondisi dunia dan Indonesia mengalami pendemiCOVID-19 Tenaga kesehatan yaitu perawat sebagai garda terdepan dalam menghadapi covid19. Penelitian ini merupakan explanatory research, lokasi penelitian ini dilakukandi Rumah Sakit di Metro. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat di rumah sakit Metro dengan jumlah sampel 150 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kuesioner, karena kondisi pandemic Covid-19 dengan pentingnya menerapkan SocialDistancingmaka penyebaran kuesioner dilakukan secara online. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Statistik Deskriptif, Analisis data menggunakan SEM dan Pengujian Hipotesis.Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 150. Alat analisis yang digunakan menggunakan SEM dimana Leadership Style, Task Demands, Job Stress tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational commitment namun organizational commitment berpengaruh terhadap Motivation. Kata kunci: Leadership Style, Task Demands, Job Stress, Organizational Commitment, Motivation

Abstract

A company is very important to pay attention to its employees in order to give optimal contribution to its work hence from that a company must give motivation or encouragement and give sense of security and comfort for employees which will bring influence to the success of duty and job implementation.This study aims to explain whether the variables of Work Motivation and Work Environment significantly influence employee work performance of PT, Indo Metro and to determine which variables significantly influence between two variables Working Motivation and Work Environment on Employee Achievement PT. INDOO METRO.In this study using primary data collected by Probality Sampling and samples in the form of simple random sampling method on 60 employees using questionnaires with Likert scale at PT Indo Metro. Normality test, linearity test and regression significance as testing requirements for Test T, F Test, and Determination Test (R2).Based on the results of research by using T test, the work motivation has significant effect on job performance, and work environment has significant effect on employee performance.  Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment and Employee Job Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sbserapa besar pengaruh Penghargaan dan Komitmen organisasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan dan mengetahui Penghargaan berpengeruh langsung positif terhadap komitmen. Adapun Jenis penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan data yang digunakan dari perusahaan berupa data yang dapat dihitung atau angka yang diperoleh dari dokumen atau laporan-laporan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara , kuesioner dan observasi. Sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 98 orang. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah uji linieritas dan keberartian regresi dengan structural equation modeling dengan Lisrel 8.8. Kesimpulannya, hasil analisis penelitian menyimpulkan  bahwa penghargaan tidak berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kinerja karyawan sedangkan Komitmen atau daya tanggap berpengaruh langsung positf terhadap kinerja karyawan.Kata Kunci : Penghargaan , Komitmen Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui pengaruh langsung Pelayanan terhadap Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk terhadap Citra Merek, Citra Merek terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, Pelayanan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, dan Kualitas Produk terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Untuk manganalisis masing-masing pengaruh antar variabel laten itu di gunakan analisis jalur (path analysis).Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan ditemukan bahwa Pelayanan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Citra Merek. Kualitas Poduk berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Citra Merek. Citra Merek berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Pelayanan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Keputuan Pembelian. Kualitas Produk berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Pelayanan berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Citra Merek, dan Kualitas Produk berpengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Keputusan Pembelian melalui Citra Merek. Key Word: Pelayanan, Kualitas Produk, Dan Citra Merek,Keputusan Pembelian.

Abstract

The problem in this research is in the world of education, in today's world conditions and Indonesia experiencing the COVID-19 epidemic so that the government's appeal stating work from home, social distancing and adjusting the work system does not mean public services and learning are stopped. however, all activities are carried out with the help of information technology or online. This research is an explanatory research, the location of this research is conducted at FEB UM Metro. The sample used is 150. The analytical tool used is SEM where system quality, information quality and service quality have no effect on user satisfaction, but user satisfaction has an effect on net benefits.Keywords: System Quality, Information Quality, Service Quality, User Satisfaction, Net Benefit

Abstract

Position and role of Civil Servants as elements of the state apparatus is important tasked with carrying out services well. The form of service performance to the community is through efforts to provide health services to the communityespecially at the Health Center. Several factors related to employee performance are competency, motivation and organizational culture. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance at the UPTD Puskesmas Purbolinggo, East Lampung.The method used in this research is the explanatory survey method. This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research are competence, motivation, organizational culture and employee performance. The study population was employees at the Puskesmas Purbolinggo with a total sample of 52 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The analytical tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The results showed that competency, motivation and organizational culture influence both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. Seeing the significance obtained, the most influential variable on employee performance is the organizational culture variable.Keywords: Competence, Motivation, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance

Abstract

This research is motivation to know the financial performance of ksp so that the management of the ksp can perform their duties and obligations well in accordance with the objectives of the cooperative in general.The purpose of this study to determine the financial performance of ksp based on the ratio of Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability on Tri Dharma Cooperative Artha Seputih Raman.Based on the it can be concluded the financial performance of Savings and Loans Cooperative Tri Dharma Artha Seputih Raman years in 2012-2016 are:The liquidity ratio consisting of current ratio yielded an average of 90.44%. It can be concluded that current ratio includes bad criteria because less than 125%. Solvency ratio consists of debt to asset ratio yield average of 91,42% and can be concluded debt to asset ratio including criterion less good, because bigger than 60% to 95%. While based on the calculation of debt to equity ratio produce an average of 1,074.05%, it can be concluded debt to equity ratio including bad criteria because greater than 200% and profitability ratio consisting of return on assets (ROA) yield average of 1 , 36%, can be concluded return on assets (ROA) including criteria less good because more than 1% to 3% whereas based on calculation of return on equity (ROE) yield average of 16,04%, can be concluded return on equity ( ROE) is included in good criteria because it is greater than 15% to 21% and based on the calculation of net profit margin (NPM) yields an average of 8.08%, net profit margin (NPM) is considered good enough criteria as more than 5% to 10%.Keywords: Financial Statement, Liquidity Ratio, Solvency Ratio, and Profitability Ratio

Abstract

Financial performance analysis of KSPPS BMT Ar-Rahmah Mitra Insani is done in relation to the significant decrease of business income (SHU) in the last few years. The purpose of the research is to determine the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Ar-Rahmah period 2014-2016 based on the standard Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and SME RI No.06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 on Guidelines for Assessment of Cooperative Achievement in terms of calculation of Ratio Liquidity, Solvency and Profitability/Profitability Ratio. The method used is quantitative method with descriptive format. Analyzer used in this research include liquidity ratio by using current ratio calculation technique, solvency ratio by using technique of total debt to asset and total debt to own capital, profitability/rentability ratio with own capital rentability calculation technique, Return On Asset (ROA ) and Net Profit Margin (NPM). The results of the research shows that the financial performance of KSPPS BMT Ar-Rahmah Mitra Insani in terms of profitability, liquidity and solvency in general is still below the standard of Minister of Cooperatives and SME RI No.06 /Per/M.KUKM/V/2006 with bad criteria and less good. Keywords: Financial performance, Financial ratio

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Work Motivation and Leadership Style on Employee Performance in Koperasi District of East Lampung regency. Type of research is descriptive qualitative research procedures that produce descriptive data based on the results of a quantitative analysis of the variables of the study. The technique of collecting data using interviews, documentation and questionnaires using a questionnaire. The analysis tool used is to use data quality analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.The method used in this research is explanatory survey method . This type of research is quantitative research with the object of research is the Work Motivation , Leadership Style and Employee Performance. The study population is Source of Koperasi District of East Lampung district are 33 people with the number of samples taken as many as 30 customers were taken using techniques pourpisivesampling. Decision-making research results based on the results of the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis .In conclusion, the results of the analysis of motivation have a significant impact on employee performance. Leadership styles have a significant impact on employee performance. Motivation and leadership styles simultaneously have a significant influence on employee performance. Seeing these results it can be said that the independent variables are positive and significant effect on employee performance.
