Abstract

Quality control management is a step taken in controlling activity programs in order to minimize errors that occur. This study discusses how the concept of Joseph Moses Juran's Trylogi is applied in SDIT Tihamah, as well as what obstacles and how are efforts to handle quality control management for educators and staff education at SDIT Tihamah. The results of this study are: firstly, the implementation of the quality management concept of the Joseph Moses Juran trylogi in the quality control management of educators and staff education at SDIT Tihamah can be implemented properly through 1) quality planning, 2) quality control, and 3) quality improvement. The two obstacles experienced include: 1) infrastructure, 2) human resources who are less competent in using technology, 3) overlapping policies. The development efforts carried out are 1) providing alternative infrastructure, 2) providing training to educators and staff education, 3) the existence of well-ordered regulations. ABSTRAK Manajemen pengendalian mutu merupakan suatu langkah yang ditempuh dalam mengontrol program kegiatan agar meminimalisir kesalahan-kesalahan yang terjadi. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana konsep Trylogi Joseph Moses Juran diterapkan di SDIT Tihamah, serta apasaja hambatan dan bagaimana upaya penanganan dalam manajemen pengendalian mutu tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di SDIT Tihamah. Hasil penelitian dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama implementasi konsep manajemen mutu trylogi Joseph Moses Juran dalam manajemen pengendalian mutu tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan di SDIT Tihamah dapat diterapkan dengan baik melalui 1) perencanaan mutu, 2) pengendalian mutu, dan 3) peningkatan mutut. Kedua hambatan yang dialami antara lain: 1) sarana prasarana, 2) SDM yang kurang cakap dalam menggunakan teknologi, 3) adanya kebijakan yang tumpang tindih. Upaya pengembangan yang dilakukan yakni 1) memberikan sarana prasarana alternatif, 2) memberikan pelatihan kepada tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, 3) adanya regulasi yang tertata rapi.

Abstract

The purpose of this research analyzing Islamic education learning in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic from the perspective of Neuroscience. The development of the learning model of Islamic education and neuroscience in this modern era is in line with research on neuroscience in Islamic education discourse, which so far has only been understood as edentically with medical science, namely health in the brain. while Neuroscience is integrated with Islamic education in theological aspects (Alquran and hadith), historical, academic and theoretical. This research data is sourced through literature observations related to descriptions of scientific journals and examination of references to research works, both manually and digitally, which focus on discussing Islamic education learning in the new discourse of Neuroscience. This research is a literature study using qualitative methods. The results of the study prove that Neuroscience has traces in the field of Islamic education thought theologically has a Neorubiological basis in the Qur'an surah al-Alaq verses 15-16 with the keyword "nasyiyah" (crown), historically Neuroscience is closely related to Islamic philosophy, fiqh and ushul fiqh. Academically and theoretically related to the concept of 'Aql and Qolb in the Koran and hadith. Its derivatives gave rise to the hybridization of Neuroscience and Islamic education.
