Abstract

This study was classroom action research study which conducted at TK Darussalam Piptan to improve conversation ability at 4 to 5 years old early childhood children by employing conversation method. This study used two cycles and the result of study shows that there was a significant improvement at 4 to 5 years old early childhood children at TK Darussalam Pipitan. Based on the result of study the completeness attainment on cycle I was 30% and did not reach treatment success indicator. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe students' knowledge and understanding of life skills education; describe the readiness of students to enter the MEA; knowing the relevance of life skills education with the MEA pillars; and knowing the model of life skills education that can be applied to develop the competence of student graduates in entering the MEA. The research subjects were taken purposively as many as 30 students, representing each class. The results of the study show that students' knowledge and understanding of life skills and about the enactment of MEA are still very minimal. The level of sensitivity to the emergence of the dynamics of life skills education to prepare themselves to face the MEA is also still relatively low and the readiness of students to face the MEA also has relevance to the level of knowledge and understanding. For this reason, the strategies that need to be developed are: planning and development of relevant curricula, quality of learning by integrating life skills in all subjects, supporting facilities, foreign language skills, strengthening language laboratories and information and technology that facilitate student access to actual information , and expertise is needed from lecturers to students and apprenticeship programs. Abstract

The existence of the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah teacher education department is new hope in developing the quality of human resources, especially PGMI aims to produce prospective MI/SD class teachers who have pedagogical competence, personality, professional, and social by providing concepts, theory, and practice. These competencies are provided in order to meet people's needs for education and respond to the challenges of the era of disruption as a result of accelerated development and penetration of Science and Technology into all aspects of life, including education. Strengthening this study program requires adequate infrastructure to meet all the needs for academic and non-academic tools to support the learning process efforts to realize educational goals in the department. The design in this study used a qualitative descriptive. This study will describe the strategy for the development of madrasah ibtidaiyah teacher education administrators. The instruments used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis using SWOT. The results showed that there are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the development of the education department for madrasah ibtidaiyah teachers. The strategy proposed by researchers to improve the quality of academic and administrative services in the PGMI Department of UIN Banten was named ANDAMUI. This strategy is an acronym or an abbreviation of pedomAN, DAta, koMUnikatif, dan refleksI.
