Abstract

I am very interested in studying this journal to describe about Implementation Total Quality Management (TQM) to Increasing Company Performance, and discussing about how to market our products or services to be accepted by consumers (customer focus). For the time being, I am very interested to discuss some ways that can be used to multiply or increase our sales units or our values or profit by using TQM or planning, controlling (inspection) and quality assurance and products or services improvement from raw material (input) until finished goods (output), and finally can be marketed to consumers (customers) or accepted by them with continuously repurchasing and also how to promote our products or services to them by using total quality management (TQM) or integrated quality management. Beside that, I am also interested in discussing momentary issues, such as: cycle of product development, safety of products or services, the products or servives that not get along with prime standards, correlation with some supliers, and about education and training for employees, also issues of ethics. So, in the prospect, our products or services are able to increase values and units or to overcome the market-share, because they are so very competitive ones (market-based competition) and very sustainable thing. Keywords: Total Quality Management (TQM), Management Performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study are to find out that leadership factor and safety and healthy occupational (K3) have a significant partially effect on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang, and also to find out which variables between leadership and safety and healthy occupational (K3) has more partially dominant influence on employee performance at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga VHS Dipo Lok Malang. The method of analysis data used in this study are validity test method, reliability test, and multiple linear regression analysis method (F test and t test).Based on the method applied can be seen that, leadership factors have a significant partially effect on employee performance than safety and healthy occupational (K3). In addition, leadership and safety and healthy occupational (K3) factors together have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance. It can be concluded that, leadership factors influence more dominantly on employee performance because it has a significant and partial effect simultaneously than safety and healthy occupational (K3) factors which only have a significant simultaneous effect on employee performance.The validity test of the leadership factor has greater percentage of the questionnaire statement than the safety and healthy occupational factors (K3) on employee performance with ratio of 62.5% – 30%. As for the results t test (partial) is known that, the leadership factor on employee performance has a significant value of 0,000 < 0,05 and t count (4,565) > t table (2,093), and safety and healthy occupational factors (K3) on employee performance has a significant value of 0,124 > 0.05 and t count (-1,608) < t table (2,093). While the F test (homogeneity) is known that, leadership and safety and healthy occupational (K3) factors on employee performance have a significant value of 0.001 < 0.05 and F count (11.258) > F table (3.49).Keywords: Leadership, the safety and healthy occupational (K3), and employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between entrepreneurship and creative economy on the thinking patterns of the younger generation in entrepreneurship. The data of this study include: the results of observations, the response of creative economic actors and the response of young people to entrepreneurship. The resource person is determined by using considerations, the selection in accordance with the scope of the study. Data collection is done by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the data obtained are then analyzed descriptively.The results showed that there was a link between entrepreneurship and creative economy on the mindset of the younger generation in entrepreneurship. Most of the responses show that entrepreneurship is not a hard choice at present, because with new ideas and innovations and with mature strategies, entrepreneurship is the path to success. However, there are still opinions that state that although there have been examples of success through entrepreneurship, the choice to become an employee still guarantees more survival.The results showed that entrepreneurship with a creative economy that can be done more by young people has an impact on the mindset of the younger generation on entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship is not a difficult road to success and is no less compared to being a permanent employee.Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Creative Economy, Young Generation

Abstract

Abstract

Ethics is a norm or a rule to regulate everything to make perfectness in a system, or a norm (a rule) is used as a guidance in applying or conducting of employees or someone (everyone) correlated with good or bad manners. This ethics is commonly used in a business or profession. The Implementation of this ethics which is named ‘ethic code’ has some goals, those are : stimulate moral awareness with its limitations for employers or entrepreneur to execute their businesses to get along with their visions and missions ; also improved and to make a good climate in their operations. To reach subtely professional business of course, it outlook must be broaden, not only realistic practice but must be idealistic one. Business is not only how to create profits, but how to server customers, because profits are only symbols of society trusts. It means, because the society or community feel their requirements well provided by the company, so they will like or prefer its product (service) well, beside that they are satisfied by them. To make the business subtlety and develop, the managers or employers should be getting along with ethics applied by some developed countries. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline partially on service quality, analyze simultaneously the effect of motivation and work discipline simultaneously on service quality, and analyze the dominant influence between motivation and work discipline variables on service quality. Data analysis techniques in this study were grouped into two, namely: descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis (multiple linear regression). The results of the study show that motivation and discipline partially have a significant effect on employee performance. Motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of motivation and work discipline partially on service quality, analyze simultaneously the effect of motivation and work discipline simultaneously on service quality, and analyze the dominant influence between motivation and work discipline variables on service quality. Abstract

This study aims to develop a research model that studies whether the variables of the marketing mix affect consumer purchasing decisions through perceived value in Supermarkets Rejeki Baru Malang. The analysis method uses multiple regression with software. Sampling was 69 respondents from Rejeki Baru Supermarkets taken within 1 day. The results showed that the four marketing mix variables had a positive and significant effect on the value of consumer perceptions, namely the product variable 0.445, the price of 0.212, the distribution of 0.407, and promotion of 0.138 were not significant in influencing the value of consumer perceptions. Product variable is the dominant variable in influencing the perceived value of consumer purchases with a significant level of 0.445. Perceived value of consumer purchases has a significant positive effect on consumer shopping decisions Rejeki Baru Malang.
