Abstract

The success of a company in achieving its goals is largely determined by the ability of the company in managing its resources. The study was conducted in Negari Kopi Luwak. The sample in this research is all employees of Negari Kopi Luwak which amount to 47 people. Data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses variance based method or SEM base component called partial least square (PLS). The results of research is organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational justice has no significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organization justice has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior has an insignificant positive effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan secara langsung maupun tidak langsung melalui kepuasan kerja karyawan sebagai variabel mediasi pada PT Angkasa Pura Support Bali Kabupaten Badung. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 60 karyawan pada PT Angkasa Pura Support Bali di Badung. Pengolahan data menggunakan teknik analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0 For Windows. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja karyawan mampu memediasi pengaruh disiplin kerja dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan. Adanya keterbatasan objek penelitian yang digunakan hanya berfokus pada disiplin kerja, kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja karyawan sehingga tidak dapat menganalisis atau menjangkau lebih dalam faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prosedural, organizational culture and job satisfaction on OCB in PT. Ciomas Adisatwa is located at JL Raya Kaba Kaba, Dauh Yeh, Kediri, Tabanan. Population in research is all employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa. The sample in this research is permanent employee which amount to 34 people.Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that prosedural justice has a positive and significant effect on OCB,organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on OCB and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB.

Abstract

Desa Singapadu Kaler, Sukawati, Gianyar merupakan salah satu jalur pariwisata yang sering dilewati bahkan dikunjungi oleh wisatawan yang membeli dan memesan patung (Mudana, 2007). Kerajinan seni patung yang masih dominan di sukai oleh konsumen adalah kerajinan seni patung yang berbasis massproduct atau yang sering di sebut sebagai patung casting yang berbahan dasar limbah paras putih. Mitra dalam Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini berjumlah dua orang yaitu IRT Kadek Fernandes Kumara dengan nama usaha Payuk Jakan dan IRT I Ketut Sukarsana dengan nama usaha Mangku Alit.Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi, usaha kedua mitra dalam memproduksi patung belum efektif dan efisien. Kurangnya alat penunjang berupa mesin menyebabkan kedua mitra belum mampu dalam menghasilkanpatung yang memadai, baik dari segi kuantitas maupun kualitas. Tujuan dari Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pembinaan, pendampingan serta pengadaan alat-alat produksiyang dibutuhkan kedua mitra untuk memperlancar proses produksi. Pengadaan mesin molen mampu meningkatkan kualitas produksi patung serta memudahkan dalam pencampuran bahan material pembuat patung dengan estimasi waktu 30 menit (hemat waktu 2x lipat). Pengadaan troli memudahkan mitra dalammengangkut patung yang akan dijual. Pengadaan mesin bor mampu menghemat 5x lipat waktu yang diperlukan untuk membuka baut yang menempel pada patung.

Abstract

All companies have unique and different strategies with the aim of winning the competition. Tight competition also motivates the management of companies and business people in the field of agro-tourism especially coffee civet agrotourism to provide the best service to their customers. The superiority or strength of the civet coffee product business is able to produce creative products and innovations in the form of ideas and ideas in creating new products. In winning the competition, a company must always be creative and innovative so that it is able to meet the needs of consumers according to their tastes and changing times. Therefore we need a marketing strategy model that is in accordance with the conditions of the company with a SWOT analysis so that in the future it is expected that coffee civet agrotourism can be more developed and the company's objectives can be achieved both short and long term goals. In this study aims to determine the variables that are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats faced by coffee civet tourism in marketing their products and how to compile and recommend an effective and efficient alternative marketing strategy for Civet Country Civet Coffee. This research was conducted at Agrowisata Negari Luwak Kopi Desa Singapadu, Bali. The sample in the study consisted of four people namely General Manager, head of production, Human Resources (HR) manager, Director of Sales and Marketing. Especially for external respondents, the consideration was that respondents understood the marketing strategy so that all respondents were considered competent. Respondents from 15 consumers consisting of 5 repeater guests who often buy coffee civet products so that they are more aware of the taste, process in making products and the quality of coffee products.10 New consumers are guests who are coffee lovers. Abstract

Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of financial compensation on employee performance, financial compensation on motivation, motivation on employee performance and financial compensation on employee performance through motivation as an intervening variable at PT. Arta Sedana Sanur Hardys Malls Branch. This study took 51 respondents. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of the SmartPLS 3 program. The results showed that: 1) Financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 2) Financial compensation had a positive and significant effect on motivation, 3) Work motivation has a significant positive effect on employee performance, 4) Financial compensation has a positive influence on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi finansial terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompensasi finansial terhadap motivasi, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi fimansial terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Arta Sedana Cabang Hardys Malls Sanur. Penelitian ini mengambil 51 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) untuk menjawab rumusan masalah dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1)Kompensasi finansial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, 2) Kompensasi finansialberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi, 3) Motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Kinerja karyawan, 4) Kompensasi finansial memiliki pengaruh secara positifterhadap Kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening.

Abstract

This study explores the links between job satisfaction, turnover intention, and employee performance. In particular, we investigate the mediating effect of turnover intention on the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance in KSU Sinar Dana Mandiri. The research was based on primary data, and this research was conducted on the employee’s working in cooperative institution. The sample consisted employee of 32 respondents on KSU Sinar Dana Mandiri. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis techniques to answer the problem formulation with the help of SmartPLS 3 program. Research finding are job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and turnover intention variable is able to be a mediating variable between job satisfaction and employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee’s performance to work motivation as an intervening variable on PT. Mitra Tri Sakti. The population is all of PT. Mitra Tri Sakti employees. The samples are 50 regular employees. Data analysis technique uses alternative methods of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square obtained by Smart PLS. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance, and work motivation. Work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance through work motivation as an intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and creativity as a relationship that mediates between perceptions of organizational support for the performance of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. The population in this study was 1372 employees, with a sample of 93 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. The results of the study show: 1) perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on competence. 2) perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on creativity. 3) perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, job satisfaction on employee performance, turnover intention on employee performance, and job satisfaction on employee performance through turnover intention as a mediating variable in KSU Mandiri Dana Sinar. This study took 32 respondents to KSU Sinar Dana Mandiri to obtain direct and indirect influence. Data were analysed by using Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis to answer the problem formulation with the help of Smart PLS 3 program. The results of analyzed showed thats : 1). Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention, 2). Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, 3). Turnover intention has a negative and significant effect on employee performance, and 4). Turnover intention variable is able to be a mediating variable between job satisfaction and employee performance.
