Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keterserapan kerja lulusan smk kompetensi keahlian farmasi di kabupaten purworejo mulai dari (a) mengidentifikasi program pendukung keterserapan kerja lulusan SKM, (b) mengidentifikasi tingkat keterserapan kerja lulusan SMK, (c) menganalisis kesenjangan antara keterserapan kerja lulusan dengan yang terjadi di lapangan, (d) menentukan solusi dari kesenjangan yang terjadi.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian evaluasi dengan model Discrepancy. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tiga SMK se Kabupaten Purworejo yang memiliki kompetensi Farmasi. Metode pengumpulan data penelitian ini adalah dengan teknik wawancara dan penyebaran angket terbuka dan tertutup. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa keterserapan kerja lulusan SMK kompetensi keahlian Farmasi adalah sebagai berikut;(a) pelaksanaan program pendukung keterseerapan kerja lulusan SMK sudh berjalan dengan baik. Namun perlu peningkatan pada kinerja guru, pelaksanaan prakerin sarana, dan kerjasama dengan DU/DI;(b) sebanyak 78% lulusan sudah bekerja, sebanyak 14 % siswa melanjutkan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi, sebanyak 5 % mengikuti kursus, sisanya 3% belum mendapatkan pekerjaan. Masa tunggu lulusan, sebanyak 76 % kurang dari 6 bulan,  sebanyak 12 %  antara 6-12 bulan, da sebanyak 4 % lebih dari 1 tahun;(c)  Kesenjangan terjadi pada kesesuaian bidang kerja dan bidang pendidikan  lulusan yaitu sebanyak 87%  lulusan bekerja dan melanjutkan pendidikan dengan kompetensi yang tidak sesuai, hanya 13 % lulusan yang bekerja dan melanjutkan sesuai dengan bidang kompetensinya(d) Rekomendasinya adalah pemerintah membuka kompetensi keahlian yang sesuai dengan bidang yang ada di Purworejo, dan menambah lapangan pekerjaan di bidang kefarmasian.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar, pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan perhatian orang tua dengan prestasi belajar IPA siswa kelas V (lima) SD (2) mengetahui pengaruh motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA (3) mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan sumber belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA (4) mengetahui pengaruh perhatian orang tua terhadap prestasi belajar IPA. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 173 siswa yang dan sampel 121 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel random sampling. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan reabilitas sedangkan uji prasysarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis melalui uji regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Pada uji F menyatakan ada dampak signifikan antara motivasi belajar (X1), pemanfaatan sumber belajar (X2), dan perhatian orang tua  (X3) secara simultan terhadap prestasi belajar IPA. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar, pemanfaatan sumber belajar dan perhatian orang tua secara bersama-sama dengan prestasi belajar IPA (2) pengaruh positif yang signifikan motivasi belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA (3) pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pemanfaatan sumber belajar dengan prestasi belajar IPA (4) terdapat pengaruh positif yang sangat signifikan antara perhatian orang tua dengan hasil prestasi belajar IPA. Hasil uji t variabel yang paling berdampak terhadap prestasi belajar IPA adalah perhatian orang tua.   The effect of learning motivation, utilization of learning resources and parental attention on science learning achievement in fifth-grade students   The purpose of this study is (1) to know the influence of learning motivation, utilization of learning resources and parental attention on the natural science learning achievement of students in grade V (five) elementary school and (2) to know the influence of learning motivation on natural science learning achievement (3) knowing the influence of utilization of learning resources with natural science learning achievement (4) knowing the influence of parental attention on natural science learning achievement. The population in the study was 173 students and a sample of 121 students. Random sampling technique. Instrument tests use validity and rehabilitation tests, while prerequisite tests use normality and multicollinearity tests. Test hypotheses through multiple regression and partial correlation tests. The F test stated that there was a significant impact between learning motivation (X1), utilization of learning resources (X2), and parental attention (X3) simultaneously on natural science learning achievement. The results showed (1) a significant positive influence between learning motivation, utilization of learning resources and parental attention together with natural science learning achievement, (2) a significant positive influence of learning motivation with natural science learning achievement, and (3) significant positive influence between utilization of learning resources and natural science learning achievement (4) there is a very significant positive influence between parental attention and natural science/ learning achievement results. Abstract

The hypothesis of this study were (1) there is a positive influence on learning achievement automotive interest in entrepreneurship, (2) there is a positive influence on the industry work practices accomplishment interest in entrepreneurship, (3) there is a positive effect of learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together to class XII student interest in entrepreneurship minor engineering vehicles SMK Piri 1 Yogyakarta Academic Year 2013/2014. This research is a kind of ex - post facto research . The population in this study is a class XII student of SMK Piri 1Yogyakarta TKR which is 129 students, with a sample of 98 students. Data capture techniques using methods of documentation, test and questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire instrument carried by grain analysis using Product Moment Correlation formula and reliability testing using Cronbach Alpha. Anlisis Analysis using partial correlation and multiple regression, which previously conducted test requirements analysis includes tests of normality, linearity and intercorrelations. The results showed that (1) learning achievement and achievement automotive industry work practices together positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (2) The learning achievement of automotive positive and significant effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. (3) Achievement industry work practices and a significant positive effect on the interest in entrepreneurship. This shows that learning achievement automotive (X1) and the achievement of industrial work practices (X2) has the effect of interest in entrepreneurship (Y).

Abstract

 Tujuan : (1) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, pengalaman mengajar guru dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap kinerja guru TK; (2) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru TK; (3) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi pengalaman mengajar guru terhadap kinerja guru TK; dan (4) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar terhadap kinerja guru TK.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, pengalaman mengajar guru, pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar dan kinerja guru. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada TK di Kecamatan Girimulyo, Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Populasi adalah seluruh guru TK berjumlah 35 orang. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan angket. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisa regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data maka diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, pengalaman mengajar guru dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja guru TK. Semakin tinggi  kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah, pengalaman mengajar guru dan pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar maka kinerja guru cenderung tinggi. (2) Kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja guru TK. Semakin tinggi  kemampuan manajerial kepala sekolah maka kinerja guru cenderung tinggi. (3) Pengalaman mengajar guru berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja guru TK. Semakin tinggi  pengalaman mengajar guru maka kinerja guru cenderung tinggi. (4) Pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar berkontribusi positif terhadap kinerja guru TK. Semakin tinggi  pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar maka kinerja guru cenderung tinggi.Kata Kunci:    kinerja guru, pengalaman mengajar guru, pemanfaatan fasilitas belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di MTs Al Jauhar yang berada di kecamatan Semin kabupaten Gunungkidul, tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kontribusi Kompetensi Kepribadian, Komitmen Tugas, dan Kesejahteraan Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru MTs Al Jauhar Semin Gunungkidul secara simultan maupun secara parsial. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru MTs Al Jauhar Semin Gunungkidul yang diambil dengan metode proposional sampling. Penelitian dilakukan sejak bulan Juli hingga bulan November 2018. Dengan teknik kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang diuji dengan Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan sebelumnya dilakukan uji asumsi klasik, antara lain: uji Normalitas, Linieritas dan Multikolinieritas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat diambil beberapa kesimpulan sebagai berikut: Kontribusi kepribadian guru, komitmen tugas dan kesejahteraan guru secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Secara partial kontribusi kepribadian guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru, komitmen tugas guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dan kesejahteraan guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru.

Abstract

This developmental research aimed to (1) produce an attitude competency assessment model that is standardized based on the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, (2) Determine the attitude competency assessment indicators in elementary and secondary schools, and (3) Determine the tendency of attitude competency of students in elementary and secondary schools. This research was a type of developmental research. The research was carried out in three provinces in Indonesia, namely DIY (Special Region of Yogyakarta), Central Java, and South Sulawesi. This research conducted in three stages: pre-development, instrument development, and instrument testing. The subject of this study was 497 students in elementary and secondary schools. Content validity was analyzed using the Aiken Index, and construct validity was analyzed using exploratory factor analysis. The findings are (1) the compilation of affective attitude competency assessment models that are standardized based on the teaching of Ki Hadjar Dewantara to realize noble character students. This research has succeeded in establishing attitude competency assessment indicators in elementary and secondary schools, including 6 indicators. (3) The tendency of Ngandel (trust) attitude to students in the subject trial included in the High category, Kendel (brave) Aspect included in the High category, Bandel (naughty) aspects included in the medium category, and Kandel aspect included in the High category.

Abstract

The study was aimed at (1) identifying indicators for bandel attitudes in the teachings of Ki Hadjar Dewantara, and (2) finding out the results of the implementation of the developed bandel attitude assessment instrument. The study was developmental research in the affective domain using Mardapi’s ten developmental steps. Subjects were selected by cluster random sampling of 392 junior secondary school students, 57 for the limited-scale try-out and 335 for the wider-scale try-out. The data analysis techniques included those for Aiken content validity, concurrent validity, and Cronbach Alpha reliability. Data for the instrument implementation were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Findings show that (1) there are six indicators for the bandel instrument to be developed in a self-assessment questionnaire format of 24 items consisting of 12 common statements and 12 factual statements; all items are valid and reliable; (2) Students’ score in the implementation of the bandel assessment instrument is categorized into the very high level.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi belajar siswa, USBN, dan jarak rumah ke sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP; (2) Untuk mengetahui kontribusi motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (3) Untuk mengetahui adakah kontribusi nilai USBN terhadap prestasi belajar siswa SMP; dan (4) Untuk mengetahui adakah kontribusi jarak rumah ke sekolah siswa terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kelas VII SMP sebagai populasinya 187 siswa. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Terdapat kontribusi motivasi belajar, USBN dan jarak rumah ke sekolah terhadap prestasi belajar siswa; (2) Terdapat kontribusi motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar lima puluh satu kom sembilan persen; (3) Ada kontribusi USBN terhadap prestasi siswa dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar delapan koma satu persen; dan (4) Tidak Terdapat kontribusi jarak rumah ke sekolah terhadap prestasi siswa. The contribution of learning motivation, USBN and home distance toward the learning achievement of students  Abstract: This research is aimed: (1). To find out how big the student learning achievement, USBN and the home distance toward the student learning achievement of SMP Negeri 1 Ngaglik; (2). To find out is there an influence of the student learning motivation on the learning achievement of students SMPN 1 Ngaglik; (3). To find out is there an influence of USBN value on the student learning achievement of SMP Negeri 1 Ngaglik; (4). To find out is there an influence of home distance on the student learning achievement of SMP Negeri 1 Ngaglik.  This research is done in Grade VII SMP Negeri 1 Ngaglik a population of 187 students. The questionnaire analysis is using the program SPSS version 16 While the hypothesis test uses the analysis of double regression by 3 predictors. The research result shows that (1). There is a contribution of learning motivation, USBN and home distance toward the student learning achievement and contribution R square for 60,01 % (category gives the big contribution), is explained by other variables that do belong to this research; (2) There is the contribution of learning motivation toward the student achievement with, and effective contribution for 51,91 %; (3). There is the contribution of USBN toward the student achievement with smaller than 0,05 and an effective contribution of 8,10%. And 4). There is no contribution of the home distance toward student achievement.

Abstract

Implementation of the Continuous Professional Development Program (PKB) for Se Dabin 2 State Elementary School Teachers, Central Magelang District, Magelang City. This study aims to describe (1) the implementation of Continuous Professional Development (PKB) for teachers at SD Negeri Se Dabin 2, Magelang Tengah District, Magelang City, (2) reasons for teachers at SD Negeri Se Dabin 2, Magelang Tengah Subdistrict in implementing Continuous Professional Development (PKB), ( 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors faced when participating in Continuous Professional Development (PKB), (4) the efforts of the teachers of SD Negeri Se Dabin 2, Magelang Tengah District in overcoming obstacles in the implementation of Continuous Professional Development (PKB).This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Sources of research data are school principals, HR development coordinator, 6 classroom teachers. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. Test the validity of the data using technical triangulation and source triangulation.The results of the study show that (1) the implementation of PKB includes functional training activities and teacher collective activities, scientific publications and innovative works are quite good, (2) the reason teachers participate in PKB is to improve their professionalism, (3) the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation PKB comes from the Office, institutions and themselves, (4) efforts made by teachers in overcoming obstacles are to increase activities in PKB and become more independent teachers.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh secara simultan pemanfaatan sumber belajar, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (2) pengaruh secara parsial pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (3) pengaruh secara parsial motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (4) pengaruh secara parsial kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif korelasional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang sebanyak 138 siswa. Teknik sampling yang digunakan yaitu simple random sampling dan diambil sampel sebanyak 112 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan relibilitas sedangkan uji prasyarat menggunakan uji normalitas dan multikolinearitas. Uji hipotesis melalui uji regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diperoleh kesimpulan: (1) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemanfaatan sumber belajar, motivasi, dan kedisiplinan belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini Kecamatan Kalibawang, (2) terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pemanfaatan sumber belajar terhadap prestasi belajar Matematika siswa kelas IV Se Gugus R. A. Kartini, Kalibawang Subdistrict, (3) the effect of learning motivation on mathematics learning achievement for fourth-grade students in the RA Kartini Cluster, Kalibawang sub-district, (4) the influence of learning discipline on mathematics learning achievement for fourth-grade students in the RA Kartini cluster, Kalibawang sub-district. This type of research is correlational quantitative research. The population in this study was the fourth-grade students of the R. A. Kartini Group, Kalibawang District, with as many as 138 students. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, and a sample of 112 students is taken. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The instrument test uses validity and reliability tests, while the prerequisite test uses normality and multicollinearity tests. Hypothesis test through multiple regression test and partial correlation. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded: (1) there is a significant influence on the use of learning resources, motivation, and learning discipline on the mathematics learning achievement of fourth-grade students of Se Cluster RA Kartini, Kalibawang District, (2) there is a significant influence on the use of learning resources on learning achievement.
