Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of supervision, work environment, training, learning organization on managerial effectiveness of private high school principal in East Jakarta. This research tries to answer the problem about managerial effectiveness of private high school principals with evidence of quality improvement of school services. The research on the effectiveness of managerial involving 105 private high school principals has been selected from the target population of 83 principals using a quantitative approach with path analysis method. Hypothesis testing research shows: (1) supervision has a positive effect on managerial effectiveness; (2) learning organization have positive effect toward managerial effetivity (3) work environment have positive effect toward managerial effectiveness; (4) job training has a positive effect on managerial effectiveness; (5) the positive impact on the learner organization (6) The positive effect on the learner organization (8) the positive effect on the learner organization (8) the supervision has a positive effect on the work environment; Therefore, to increase managerial effectiveness of private high school principals in East Jakarta. Abstract

Capung Agriconemis sp. merupakan salah satu predator yang potensial untuk mengendalikan beberapa jenis hama pada tanaman padi karena sifatnya yang poliphaga. salah satu mangsanya yaitu walang sangu (Leptocorisa acuta) merupakan hama penting di pertanaman padi yang mampu mengakibatkan kehilangan hasil sebal 50% Penelitian ini bertuman mempelajari tanggap fungsional capung Agriconemis sp dengan menggunakan mangsa L. acute pada berbagai kerapatan mangsa (5, IO. l5 dan 20 individu). Seluruh mangsa dipaparkan pada seekor image Agriconemis sp. Selama 2 jam. Tiap unit percobaan diulang sebanyak tiga kali. Data dianalisis dangan menggunakan analisis persaman Holling dan regresi logistik untuk menentukan tipe tanggap fungsional predator. Hasil peneliuan menunjukkan bahwa Laju pemangsaan terendah yaitu 0.l88 ekor/menit yaitu pada jumlah L. acuta yang disediakan (Ni) hanya 5 ekor dengan total waktu (Tt) pemangsaan yaitu 43 menit, sedangkan yang terung; yaitu l.l85 ekor/menit pada jumlah mangsa yang disediakan (Nt) IS ekor dengan ml waktu (T t) pemangsaan l20 menit. Hasil regresi logaritmik memperlihatkan nilai r yang mendekati ! yaitu 0.974 maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tipe tanggap fungsional Agriconemis sp. terhadap Lacuza adalah tipe Ill atau tanggap fungsional ugmord, pada awalnya peningkatan pemangsaan berlangsung lambat, diikuti dengan peningkatan yang lebih cepat, kemudian relatif konstan. Kata Kunci : Tanggap fungsional, capung, predasi. kemampuan pemangsaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find efforts to increase Organizational Citizenship Behavior in East Jakarta State Senior High Schools through the development of Organization Climate, Transformational Leadership and Self Efficacy. These efforts are made through the identification of the strengths between these variables. This research is a combination study using a correlational approach and SITOREM Analysis. Correlational statistical methods are used to determine whether Organization Climate, Transformational Leadership and Self Efficacy variables have a positive relationship with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The SITOREM analysis is used to determine the order of priorities and the recommendations for improvement of the indicators needed. The results of a study of 39 East Jakarta State Senior High Schools showed that all variables were positively related to Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of the correlation strength sequence based on the highest correlation are Organization Climate ry1 = 0,653 (p<0,01), Self Efficacy ry3 = 0,620 (p<0,01) and Transformational Leadership ry2 = 0,544 (p<0,01). SITOREM Analysis Results show that the indicators that need improvement leadersjp and policy. The suggestion that can be conveyed is teachers must carry out organizational duties seriously and with high discipline. This is a form of teacher responsibility towards the profession that can increase organizational citizenship behavior

Abstract

The goal of this research is to uncover ways to improve organizational commitment in East Jakarta State Senior High Schools by examining organizational culture, learning organization, and personality. These attempts are made possible by identifying the strengths that exist between these variables. This study incorporates a correlational technique as well as SITOREM Analysis. To see if organizational culture, learning organization, and personality factors have a good association with organizational commitment, correlational statistical approaches are applied. The SITOREM analysis is used to identify the priority order as well as recommendations for improving the required indicators. All variables were positively connected to organizational commitment, according to the findings of a research of 39 East Jakarta State Senior High Schools. Personality r y3 = 0.684 (p0.01), organization culture r y1 = 0.644 (p0.01), and learning organization r y2 = 0.684 (p0,01) are the findings of the correlation strength sequence based on the highest correlation. The SITOREM Analysis Results suggest that agreeableness, inventiveness, aggressiveness, system thinking, and mental models are the markers that need to be improved. The proposal that might be made is that the school should provide ongoing advice to instructors, particularly in terms of organizational compliance, in order for teachers to enhance their commitment to the organization.

Abstract

Research on the Relationship of Principal Leadership and Motivation Work with Teacher Job Satisfaction aims to examine the relationship between two independent variables, namely the Principal Leadership (X1) and Work Motivation Teacher (X2), the dependent variable is Teacher Job Satisfaction (Y) The population of this research is all the Junior High School teachers who were civil servants in the district Ciwandan Cilegon. The samples in this study were drawn from a population of 89 teachers. There is a positive and highly significant relationship between the Principal Leadership and Motivation Teacher Working together with Teacher Job Satisfaction with the regression equation Y = 12.512 + 0.389 X1 + 0.504 X2. Abstract

This research is to study the correlation between principals leadership and teachers work ethic with teachers work productivity both individually and collectivelly. Among 93 teachers were surveyed and were selected as samples for the research. Normality, simple regression, multiple regression, homogeneity, simple correlation, multiple correlation, and partial correlation are several data analysis method that were used in this research. The result of this research imply that: Firstly, a positive and significant corelation was found between principals leadership with teachers work productivity and expressed in a form of regression equation as ? = ? = 100.073 + 0.249 X1. The correlation coefficient is ry1 = 0.246 and determination coefficient is r2y1 = 0.06. This means that principals leadership contributed as much as 6% towards teachers work productivity. Secondly, a positive and significant corelation was found between teachers work ethic with teachers work productivity and expressed in a form of regression equation as ? = 37.701 + 0.675 X2. The correlation coefficient is ry1 = 0.615 and determination coefficient is r2y2 = 0.378. This means that principals leadership contributed as much as 37.8% towards teachers work productivity. Thirdly, this research also found that there is a positive and significant corelation between principals leadership and teachers work ethic along with teachers work productivity which is expressed in regression form of ? = 8.613 + 0.232X1 + 0.667X2 and multiple correlation of Ry12 = 0.656 and determination coefficient is Ry12 = 0.43. This means both contribute 43% to the teachers work productivity. This research was also shows that the correlation strength between the principals leadership to the teachers work productivity is lower than the correlation strength between teachers work ethic to the teachers work productivity. Thus, the teachers work ethic are the main variable in this research and it contribute the biggest contribution to the teachers work productivity.Keywords: principals leadership, teachers work ethic, teachers work productivity
