Abstract

Pengukuran kinerja supplier merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam proses supply chain karena menjadi strategi perusahaan untuk bersaing dengan perusahaan lain dalam hal kepuasan konsumen serta untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan service level perusahaan dalam memenuhi permintaan konsumen. Sehingga pada penelitian ini, dilakukan pengukuran kinerja suplier berdasarkan Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) berkerangka Quality, Cost, Delivery, Flexibility, Responsiveness, di PT. Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa hasil tingkat kepentingan pada pengukuran kinerja supplier bahan baku utama di PT. Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia untuk kriteria Quality (0,28), Cost (0,26), Delivery (0,6), Flexibility (0,10), Responsiveness (0,10). Dan terdapat 17 Vendor Performance Indicator (VPI) sebagai indikator pengukuran kinerja supplier bahan baku utama. Hasil analisis terhadap beberapa supplier menggunakan metode Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) diperoleh bahwa, supplier AN mendapatkan bobot tertinggi dibandingkan dengan supplier lainnya yaitu (18,8), PT.SAC dengan bobot (16,8), PT.SH (14,2), PT.HPS (13,6), PT.NHI (12,7), CV.DFM (12,4) dan untuk supplier TJT mendapatkan bobot terendah yaitu (11,6). Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini disarankan kepada PT. Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia untuk melakukan pengukuran kinerja supplier secara berkala agar kinerja supplier bahan baku utama di PT. Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia tetap terkontrol

Abstract

PT. Housing Development (Persero). tbk or PT. PP is a state-owned company engaged in construction and investment with experience in building prestigious buildings, infrastructure, properties and Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) for more than 60 years. The purpose of this study is to get the right technique in obtaining the number of material orders (lot size) that can form the minimum cost and to get the minimum total cost (total cost) of material inventories. This research method is the Eoq Method Approach. The results showed that D16 mm Concrete Iron the number of economic installations amounted to 38, 995.59 Kg and inventory costs of Rp. 76,821.32, concrete iron D25 mm the number of economical orders amounted to 11,264.90 Kg and the total cost of Rp 22,190.54, and concrete iron D32 mm the number of economic orders was 11,646.90 Kg and the total cost of Rp 20,636.83.
