Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using electronic records on employee productivity (a case study at the UPBU Sultan M. Salahuddin Bima Office). This type of research is associative using primary data sources from secondary data. The population used in this study were 111 employees at the UPBU Sultan M. Salahuddin Bima office, consisting of 81 Civil Servants (PNS) and 31 contract employees. The sample in this study were 53 employees using the Slovin formula. The sampling technique of this research is using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation, interview, questionnaire and literature study. The data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression analysis, simple correlation coefficient, determination coefficient and t test. The results show that there is a significant influence between the use of electronic records on employee productivity at the UPBU Sultan M. Salahuddin Bima office with a t-count value of 7,348 greater than the t-table value of 2.008.

Abstract

 Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor camat Sape sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah probability sampling. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang dibutuhkan dalam penelitian ini adalah 52 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi, kuesioner, dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan realibilitas, uji asumsi klasik yang terdiri atas uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heterokedastisitas, dan uji autokorelasi, serta pengujian hipotesis yang terdiri atas analisis regresi berganda, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, uji parsial (uji t), serta uji simultan (uji f). Hasil penelitian ini adalah lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai, lingkungan kerja non fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja fisik dan lingkungan kerja non fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide training on how toprocessing Moringa leaves into snacks and increasing public knowledge about business opportunities that can produce the basic ingredients of Moringa leaves. In the implementation of community service, there are several steps or forms of activities that will be carried out, including seminars and practice methods. In this community service, targets that are considered strategic to be involved in community service are people who mostly have Moringa plants and are interested in using the Moringa plant. Business from Moringa leaves has good prospects because the Bima City area has a lot of Moringa plants that can grow by themselves. In addition, most of the people of Bima City are aware of the benefits and nutritional value contained in Moringa leaves. If the business of utilizing Moringa leaves as a light raw material can be developed, it will have an effect on improving the economy of the people living in Panggi, Bima City.

Abstract

High workload and work stress can affect employees who double hold a job that is not actually part of it, employees also become ineffective when doing the job as they should. This study aims to know and analyze the influence between workload and work stress on employee performance in the development administration section of SETDA Bima Regency. This type of research is  associative. The research instrument used is a  likert scale questionnaire that has been shared. The population used in this study is employees in the  development administrationof SETDA Bima Regency as many as 33 people, consisting of civil servants  as many as  23 people, regional honorees  as many as  7 people, volunteer staff as many as  3 people. The number of samples used in this study is as many as 33 people with a sample determination technique that is saturated sampling. Tenik data collection used is observation, interview, questionnaire, documentation and literature studies. Data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation coefficient, determination test, t test and f test. The results showed that  overall workload and work stress had a significant effect on employee performance in the development administration of BIMA Regency SETDA.

Abstract

Dalam mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan, setiap organisasi akan berusaha untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya. Dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawainya, berbagai cara akan ditempuh organisasi diantaranya dengan mewujudkan kepuasan kerja pegawai melalui kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian asosiatif. Instrumen penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dengan skala likert. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai kantor camat Lambu sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik penentuan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling. Metode penentuan sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh. Jadi sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 60 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka, observasi, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi linier berganda, koefisien korelasi dan determinasi, uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian ini adalah gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai, serta gaya kepemimpinan dan budaya.

Abstract

Perusahaan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Kota Bima merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang jasa tenaga listrik. Jenis penelitian ini adalah asosiasi dengan alat penelitian adalah kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 45 orang dan sampel 35 orang dengan teknik penentuan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, kuesioner dan studi kepustakaan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, analisis regresi linier sederhana, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Kota Bima.

Abstract

Kepuasan kerja   merupakan   suatu   sikap    yang   positif   yang   menyangkut penyesuaian diri dari para karyawan terhadap kondisi dan situasi kerja, termasuk didalamnya upah, kondisi sosial kondisi fisik dan kondisi psikologis. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Cabang Bima. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 35 karyawan dengan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling. Dalam penelitian ini kepuasan kerja akan diukur dengan indikator yaitu gaji, promosi, rekan kerja dan motivasi.  Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dengan alat analisis pendekatan kuantitatif dengan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa   karyawan PT. Bank NTB Syari’ah Cabang Bima merasakan kepuasan kerja yang tinggi. Indikator tertinggi dalam kepuasan kerja yang dirasakan karyawan adalah indikator komunikasi dengan rekan kerja yaitu komunikasi atau informasi dari atasan maupun rekan kerja mengenai tugas-tugas kerja yan disampaikan dapat dimengerti dan cukup jelas, da indikator terendah  dalam  kepuasan kerja  yang dirasakan karyawan adalah indikator motivasi dan prosedur kerja yaitu adanya berbagai peraturan perusahaan yang dapat mempersulit pekerjaan. Tetapi dapat dikategorikan dari semua indikator yang ada bahwa kepuasan kerja pada karyawan sudah terpenuhi. Dengan demikian disarankan kepada PT Bank NTB Syari’ah Cabang Bima untuk mengkaji lagi mengenai prosedur yang ditetapkan di perusahaan.

Abstract

According to (Mangkunegara, 2015), performance is the result of work in terms of quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Similarly, (Sedarmayanti, 2011), says that performance is the result of a worker's work through the management process in the organization as a whole. Furthermore, (Fahmi, 2016) states that performance is the results obtained from organizations that have profit-oriented and non-profit-oriented characteristics that are produced within a certain time. To achieve the vision and mission of an organization or agency, the importance of supervising regional administration, as well as the need for human resources who have good performance, it is necessary to improve employee performance by developing human resources because the availability of human resources is the main factor that influences the achievement of professional performance. , to achieve this, organizations or agencies are required to provide quality human resources so that in carrying out their main tasks and functions achieve optimal and useful results, efforts must be made to involve their employees in education and training. According to (Krismiyati, 2017) Human Resource Development is an effort to improve the knowledge, abilities, attitudes of members, organizations, and provide career paths that are supported by organizational flexibility in achieving goals. According to (Budiarti, 2018), human resource development is an effort to improve the technical, theoretical, conceptual and moral abilities of employees in accordance with the needs of the job or position through education and training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Bima Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Bima Regency, totaling 204 employees. The sample in this study were 89 employees who were determined based on a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test, and f test which were processed using SPSS version 20.0. From the results of the study, the following results were obtained: (1) Individual characteristics partially influence employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Bima Regency. (2) Emotional intelligence has no partial effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Bima Regency. (3) the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Bima Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication and the work environment on employee morale at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade in Bima City. The approach used in this research is using an associative approach. The sample in this research is 40 respondents. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used were validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficients, coefficients of determination, t tests, and F tests processed using the Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20 program. The results showed that communication (X1) and work environment (X2) have a significant effect on employee morale at the Office of Cooperatives, Industry and Trade of the City of Bima with an effect of 56.2%.
