Abstract

Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) are the most important contributors of information for investors, especially regarding information on financial ratios to financial performance. This study aims to determine the effect of financial ratios on financial performance (a case study on a food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2015-2019 period). This research is included in quantitative research and  the population is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 26 companies. With purposive sampling technique with certain criteria. The data analysis technique used classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis of panel data. The results of this study indicate that the current ratio (X1) partially has a positive and significant effect on the return on assets (Y) of food and beverage manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Debt to equity ratio (X2) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the return on assets (Y) of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. Total asset turnover (X3) partially has a positive and insignificant effect on the return on assets (Y) of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period

Abstract

Krisis keuangan Asia adalah periode krisis keuangan yang menerpa hampir seluruh Asia Timur pada Juli 1997. Saat krisis ini menyebar, nilai mata uang di sebagian besar Asia Tenggara dan Jepang ikut turun, bursa saham dan nilahi aset lainnya jatuh, dan utang swastanya naik drastis. Selain faktor dari eksternal, salah satu penyebab terjadinya krisis di Indonesia pada tahun 1997 adalah adanya issue faktor internal yang berkaitan dengan tata kelola perusahaan atau corporate governance yaitu diabaikannya prinsip-prinsip GCG oleh para pelaku tatanan kehidupan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh diversitas dewan diantaranya dewan direksi, dewan komisaris, dewan asing, dewan perempuan terhadap kinerja korporat. Metode yangdigunakan dalam pemilihan sampel ini adalah purposive sampling yaitu sebanyak 50 perusahaan dan untuk alat uji analisisnya menggunakan SPSS dengan teknik analisis yaitu regresi linier berganda.

Abstract

Pendirian Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia ialah salah satu sarana prasarana yangdidapat dalam akademisi dengan tujuan menambah pengetahuan, motivasi dan praktek secaralangsung. Tercatat diakhir 2019 Galeri investasi bursa efek indonesia di Provindis NusaTenggara Barat terdiri dari 7 galeri investasi bursa efek idonesia yang salah satunya ialahgaleri investasi bursa efek indonesia universitas teknologi sumbawa, dengan adanyapendirian galeri investasi diharapkan mahasiswa dapat mendapatkan edukasi lebih dalam,praktik secara langsung ilmu yang didapat dari perkuliahan serta meningkatkan literasikeuangan dilingkungan akademisi .Penelitin ini bertujuan untuk menguji Pengaruh Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia, ModalMinimal Investasi, dan Persepsi Return Terhadap Minat Investasi Saham di Pasar Modal(studi kasus Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Teknologi SumbawaAngkatan 2019) . Penelitian ini adalah penelitian dengan metode kuantitatif melaluipendekatan deskriftif asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 80 responden yang didapatmenggunakan metode non probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Metodepengumpulan data dalam peneilitan ini menggunakan kuesioner.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Variabel Galeri Investasi Bursa Efek Indonesia (X1)berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Investasi aham dengan hasil r hitung 4,266 > 1,999dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000< 0,05, Modal Minimal Investasi (X2) berpengaruhterhadap Minat Investasi Saham dengan hasil r hitung 2,452> 1,999 dan nilai signifikansisebesar 0,017> 0,05, dan Persepsi Return (X3) tidak berpengaruh terhadap terhadap MinatInvestasi Saham dengan hasil r hitung –0,124< 1,999 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,902>0,05. Dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Faktor terpenting dalam investasi ialahmengetahui lebih dalam investasi saham dengan mengikuti dan mempelajari pasar modal danmelihat modal minimal investasi sehingga menimbulkan minat dalam berinvestasi.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the influence of price and product quality on purchasing decisions for Sensi Medical Masks at Sumbawa University of Technology students. The variables used were Price, Product Quality and Purchasing Decision. The method used was quantitative research method through causal associative approach. This research will determine the significant relation between the variables studied. The population was all active students of the Sumbawa Technology University with a purposive sampling technique comprising of 100 active students who have purchased and used Sensi medical masks within the last 6 months. The instrument used was a questionnaire and the analytical tool used was SPSS. The type of data was primary data obtained from the results of filling out a questionnaire with a 4-point Likert scale assessment. The analytical technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicated that the variables of Price and Product Quality have a significant positive influence on purchasing decisions for Sensi medical masks at Sumbawa University of Technology students, as evidenced by the results of the t-test calculation (partial) where the significance value of the Price variable was 0.041 < 0.05 with a value of tcount 2,087 > a value ttable 1,984 and Product Quality variable of 0,000 < 0,05 with a value of tcount 6,451 > a value of ttable 1,984.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menggunakan. metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif .Data dikumpulkan dari pemilik usaha dengan metode observasi dan wawancara secara langsung. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bulan Januari 2021.  Analisis yang digunakan adalah Analisis Hirarki Proses (AHP). Hasil penelitian  menyatakan bahwa Pengembangan dan kenyamanan membantu meningkatkan teknologi pengolahan madu teknologi pasca panen, kualitas produksi madu dan peningkatan pengemasan produk menjadi prioritas utama dalam pengolahan pasca panen perkembangan bisnis madu OMG.

Abstract

A growing local epidemic that has caused a health crisis and disrupted economic growth, especially in Indonesia, the spread of COVID-19 has created a sudden and sharp drop in revenue for companies in many industries, one of which is the property sector, which has been severely affected, causing consumers and investors delay or wait for the situation to improve to make purchases in the property sector. The research objective is to examine the effect of capital structure (debt to equity ratio) and profitability (ratio on equity) on firm value (price earning ratio). The population consists of 65 companies, a sample of 14 property companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, using panel data regression analysis using the documentation method. The test results are obtained from software eviews 12. The results of the study are that the capital structure (DER) has a positive and significant effect on firm value. , profitability (ROE) has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Abstract

Generation Z has a high interest in owning their own business (entrepreneurship). However, in many conditions, Generation Z lacks experience and knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship. In providing solutions to these problems, community service activities are held for students who are still in school, especially for Vocational High School (SMK) students who will later become young entrepreneurs. In this service, students are given material on financial management, human resource management and also business strategy management. Using a workshop method filled by the Management Study Program service team, students are introduced to several important concepts in entrepreneurship, namely the role of human resource management, entrepreneurship strategies and the concept of financial planning. As a result of this workshop, students become more aware of and have an interest in entrepreneurship after graduating from secondary education.

Abstract

ABSTRAKTerjadi peningkatan jumlah investor pasar modal setiap tahunnya, namun masih tidak sebanding dengan jumlah populasi masyarakat Indonesia. Rendahnya jumlah investor di pasar modal menandakan bahwa tingkat literasi masyarakat masih cukup rendah. Gen Z selaku generasi muda merupakan asset masa depan yang perlu diberikan pemahaman tentang pentingnya investasi terutama di pasar modal. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan dalam bentuk workshop dengan 3 tahapan yaitu tahap sosialisasi, pelaksanaan workshop dan evaluasi. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan minat investasi di pasar modal pada generasi Z. Selain itu kegiatan ini melakukan kerja sama dengan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) dan Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) cabang NTB mampu menarik minat peserta dengan difasilitasi pembuatan account saham secara gratis. Selain itu, 40%  peserta workshop tertarik untuk membuat account saham melalui Galeri Investasi FEB UTS untuk bisa trading saham di pasar modal. Kata kunci: pasar modal; investor; saham; gen Z ABSTRACTThere is an increase in the number of capital market investors every year, but it is still not proportional to the total population of the Indonesian people. The low number of investors in the capital market indicates that the level of public literacy is still quite low. Gen Z as the younger generation is a future asset that needs to be given an understanding of the importance of investing, especially in the capital market. The method of implementing the service is carried out in the form of a workshop with 3 stages, namely the socialization stage, the implementation of the workshop and the evaluation. The result of this service is an increase in knowledge and interest in investing in the capital market in generation Z. In addition, this activity in collaboration with the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) NTB branch is able to attract participants' interest by facilitating the creation of stock accounts online. free. Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Shopping Life Style, Fashion Involvement, Hedonic Shopping Motivation on Impulse Buying in the Sumbawa District Society of Shopee Application Users. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, which is the population used based on predetermined criteria to be used as samples. The study sample amounted to 100 people in Sumbawa District. The analytical tool used in this research is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that Shopping Life Style has a positive and significant impact on Impulse Buying of the Sumbawa District Community, Shopee Application Users, Fashion Involvement has a positive and significant impact on Sumbawa District Community Impulse Buying, Shopee Application Users, Hedonic Shopping motivation has an influence on Impulse Buying Sub-district Community.
