Abstract

Sosok ibu rumah tangga tidak saja berperan sebagai ibu rumah tangga semata tetapi juga sebagai penopang kehidupan keluarga karena keikutsertaan ibu rumah tangga dalam membantu perekonomian keluarga. Keterlibatannya dalam membantu perekonomian keluarga dengan berbagai jenis usaha menurut kemampuan yang mereka punya dan yang terpenting bagi mereka dapat menghasilkan uang.Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah memperoleh gambaran tentang peranan ibu rumah tangga dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga dan untuk melihat besarnya kontribusi pendapatan ibu rumah tangga terhadap pendapatan keluarga di Kecamatan Hamparan Perak Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Adapun teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif dan perhitungan persentase kontribusi pendapatan ibu rumah tangga terhadap pendapatan keluarga.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diperoleh hasil bahwa ibu rumah tangga sebagian besar bekerja sebagai asisten rumah tangga dengan besarnya tingkat penghasilan dibawah UMK Deli Serdang dan besarnya kontribusi pendapatan ibu rumah tangga terhadap pendapatan keluarga sebear 32,72% karena selain bekerja di luar rumah ibu rumah tangga disini tetap menjalankan kodratnya sebagai wanita yaitu mengurus rumah tangga dan mengasuh anak-anaknya.

Abstract

Abstract. The Target that is wanted to be achieved from the Program Kemitraan Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) is the application of the sale of salted fish online (e-comerce) at the Fisherman Society. Bagan Deli that has a search for the people of fishermen, if the fish is not sold or discharged, the wives of fishermen process it into salted fish. However, the salty fish market has constraints that are only limited to traditional markets in Bagan Deli and to brokers that are selling prices very cheap. The main Target of this program is to implement good online sales with existing applications such as Shopee, Buka Lapak and social media. Training and mentoring was directly acquired by the team to the UKM Desi group of the salty fish-making fishermen in Bagan Deli fisherman who would later become a pilot for another UKM group of salted fish processing. The result of this activity is that the group of salty fish makers know and apply the online salty fish distribution (e-comerce). Where before sales are made only limited to traditional sales in Bagan Deli market.Keywords: E-Comerce, Salted Fish, UKMAbstrak. Target yang ingin dicapai dari Program Pengabdian Masyarakat Stimulus (PKMS) adalah penerapan penjualan ikan asin secara online (e-comerce) pada Masyarakat Nelayan Bagan Deli. Bagan Deli yang mayorita mata pencarian penduduknya Nelayan, jika ikan tidak laku atau habis dijual maka para istri nelayan mengolahnya menjadi ikan asin. Namun penjualanan ikan asin memiliki kendala yaitu penjualan hanya sebatas pasar tradisional di Bagan Deli dan kepada tengkulak yang mengakibatakan harga yang dijual sangat murah. Target utama program ini yaitu mengimplementasikan penjualan secara online baik dengan aplikasi yang sudah ada seperti shopee, buka lapak atau pun melalui media sosial. Pelatihan dan pendampingan dilakuakn langsung oleh tim kepada UKM Desi kelompok para istri nelayan pembuat ikan asin di Bagan Deli nelayan yang nantinya akan menjadi percontohan bagi kelompok UKM lain pengolah ikan asin. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah para kelompok UKM pembuat ikan asin mengetahui dan menerapkan penjulanan ikan asin secara online (e-comerce). Dimana sebelum penjualan dilakukan hanya sebatas penjualan tradisional di pasar bagan Deli.Kata kunci: Penjualan Online, UKM, Ikan Asin

Abstract

The study was studied to determine the effect of functional value and epistemic value on tourist satisfaction of the super priority tourist attraction of Lake Toba. The problem is finding a decrease in the number of tourist visits to the super priority tourist attraction of Lake Toba during the covid-19 pandemic. Where the amount of samples is 100 tourists who have visited Lake Toba, with a nonprobability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. Multiple linear regression became the model of this research using SPSS 24.0 analysis tool. The results of the study found that functional value and epistemic value had a major effect on tourist satisfaction within the super priority tourism of Lake Toba.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan membantu kelompok ibu rumah tangga yang mengalami kesulitan dalam memasarkan peroduknya. Selama ini kelompok ibu rumah tangga hanya memasarkannya ke warung-warung sekitar Desa atau pasar tradisional. Terkadang menunggu pemesanan khusus untuk acara-acara tertentu, dan ini sifatnya tidak tetap. Akibat dari terbataskan pemasaran produk maka perekonomian yang dihasilkan oleh kelompok ibu rumah tangga tidak maksimal. Tim Pengabdian telah menyusun kegiatan untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul kepada kelompok ibu rumah tangga dengan pemberian pelatihan tentang penggunaan aplikasi mobile ecommerce dalam memasarkan produk.  Pemasaran produk dengan mobile e-commerce karena aplikasi ini bisa digunakan pada smartphone / telpon pintar yang ada pada hampir setiap orang begitu juga halnya dengan kelompok ibu rumah tangga, yang rata-rata mereka juga memiliki telpon pintar ini. Dengan pelatihan yang diberikan pada kelompok ibu rumah tangga dalam hal penggunaan mobile dengan aplikasi e-commerce maka kelompok ibu rumah tangga ini sudah menggunakan e-commerce yang lebih mudah dan cepat dalam menjual produk yang sudah mereka hasilkan. Sehingga hasil yang didapat dari pelatihan tersebut terjadi peningkatan penjualan produk dan dari penjualan sebelumnya dan perekonomian kelompok ibu rumah tangga meningkat. Selain itu kelompok ibu rumah tangga juga lebih mudah memasarkan produknya dengan aplikasi mobile ecommerce.

Abstract

Abstract: Amazing attractions are still less widely known to the public, both from the surrounding area and from outside the area, when it has a good tourism potential if it can be promoted properly. Promotions do not necessarily use costly and difficult fees. Promotion can be completed with social media by applying the right technique. People are still a lot less aware and less understand how to optimize social media into promotional media. The purpose of this devotion is to improve the understanding and knowledge of the community, especially in Desa Pematang Serai in optimizing the use of social media as a promotional technique Geol tourism object in the village of Lemongrass. The use of social media can introduce Geol tourism objects that have Dipematang Serai to be known by both domestic and local tourists. Social media is the most appropriate promotional technique in the popularization of Geol tourism objects. With social media promotion to be safe and efficient. The tools used also use a Smartphone and the Internet. Promotion through social media can increase the number of tourists visiting Geol tourist attraction in Pematangserai. The goal of the PKM is to its young teenagers to BUMDES Mozaik who manages the Geol tourism object. Results obtained from PKM activities of the lemongrass Pemtang community experienced an increase in optimizing social media into promotional media.Keywords: social media; promotions; Geol attractions. Abstrak: Objek wisata Geol masih kurang dikenal masyarakat secara luas, baik dari daerah sekitar maupun dari luar daerah, padahal memiliki potensi pariwisata yang bagus jika dapat dipromosikan secara baik. Promosi tidak mesti menggunakan biaya yang mahal dan sulit. Promosi dapat dilakuakn dengan media sosial dengan menerapkan Teknik yang tepat. Masyarakat masih banyak yang kurang menyadari dan kurang memahami bagaimana mengoptimalkan media sosial menjadi media promosi. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan pemahaman dan pengetahuan masyarakat khususnya di Desa Pematang Serai dalam mengoptimalkan penggunaan Media sosial sebagai Teknik promosi Objek Wisata Geol yang ada di Desa pematang Serai. Penggunaan media sosial dapat memperkenalkan objek wisata Geol yang ada Dipematang Serai agar dikenal oleh wisatawan domestik maupun lokal. Media Sosial adalah Teknik promosi yang paling tepat  dalam mempopulerkan objek pariwisata Geol. Dengan Media Sosial promosi menjadi hemat dan efisien. Alat yang digunakan juga menggunakan Smatrphone dan internet. Promosi yang dilakukan melalui media sosial dapat meningkatkan jumlah wisatawan yang berkunjung ke Objek wisata Geol yang ada di Pematang Serai. Sasaran dari PKM ini adalah kepada para remaja khussunya kepada BUMDES Mozaik yang mengelola objek Pariwisata Geol. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan PKM ini masyarakat pemtang serai mengalami peningkatan dalam mengoptimalakan media sosial menjadi media promosi.Kata Kunci : media sosial; promosi; objek wisata Geol.

Abstract

Community service aimed to help in solving problems faced by groups of housewives, namely by providing entrepreneurial training that they would use later in the business. The form of training was given in the form of training in strengthening the entrepreneurial spirit first and continued with entrepreneurship training by demonstrating the processing of local commodities, namely pumpkin into wajik, dodol, and chips. The service activities carried out on the group of housewives showed that housewives already had skills in producing products made from pumpkins. The products consisted of wajik, dodol, and chips. It was hoped that the presence of these products would increase their income in the welfare of the family. Thanks to the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia for providing financial support through the 2019 budget year service program, the University of Pembangunan Panca Budi, the Group of Housewives in Klambir Lima Kebun Village as well as those involved in this community service activity.

Abstract

In this study, GPS technology was used to determine the location for picking up residents' gar-bage. Previously, a Website-based Garbage Bank application was built which was used as a waste bank transaction information system, waste price information, and citizen savings book information. However, during the implementation of the Website-based Garbage Bank in Pematang Serai Village, there were problems, namely the lack of waste bank volunteers who run the Garbage Bank, especially in picking up waste from residents' homes. The lack of gar-bage collection volunteers results in the accumulation of garbage in the community due to time constraints for customers to deliver their waste to the Waste Bank. So the use of geotagging technology on the Global Positioning System (GPS) can make it easier for the public to report the points where garbage is collected that the garbage officers did not know beforehand so that the garbage collectors can easily find the point of the garbage pick-up location. So the old sys-tem was developed into a Garbage Bank Application using GPS as a Web-site based waste collection and reporting system. With the marking of locations and transportation of waste, it is hoped that there will be active communication between the community and cleaners so that piles of garbage at points that were previously difficult to reach can be handled more quickly. Minimizing the accumulation of waste in the homes of residents who are customers of the Mozaik Waste Bank to create a beautiful, clean and waste-free environment.

Abstract

Today's digital Era demands creativity to continue innovating in improving women's productivity, especially on fulfilling daily household consumption needs. This is closely related to women's empowerment because as a partner of the household can participate in increasing household income. The creativity of ideas in innovating produces a product that adds value to the economy is called the creative economy. The goal of devotion to this society enhances understanding, knowledge, and insight to women the importance of the creative economy in increasing family income. Implementation of a creative economy in the early stages, can not be done only on one person, therefore, it need support from several parties so effective when the formed a business group. This is what is a tangible form of this devotion activity. The dedication partners consist of RMOL Sumut, PKK women, IWAPI women, and Genre communities in the Binjai City district. Method of devotion done with the lecture, discussion question/answer problem, and the final stage is an alternative solution offered. From this community devotion activity, all participants were enthusiastic about the deepening of knowledge and insight into the concept of creative economics. And there were 20 business groups in which each group consisted of 5 people. So much devotion activities are important to continue to be implemented continually to increase household income to prosperity.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance mediated by work motivation at the Office of the Office of Communication and Informatics, Binjai City. This research was carried out at the Binjai City Communication and Information Office. This type of research is associative quantitative. The population in this study was 90 employees with ASN and honorary status at the Binjai City Communication and Information Office. The sampling technique in this research uses a saturated sample where the entire population is sampled. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on employee performance with a T-statistic value of 3.275 > 1.96 and a P-Value of 0.002 <0. 05, which means that if employee transformational leadership increases, employee performance will increase. (2) Transformational leadership has a significant effect on work motivation with a T-Statistic value of 20.141 > 1.96 and a P-Value of 0.000 < 0.05 or it can be interpreted that if transformational leadership is increased then work motivation will also increase. (3) Work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance with a T-Statistic value of 3.956 > 1.96 and a P-Value value of 0.000 < 0.05 or it can be stated that the higher the level of employee work motivation, the more employee performance will increase. (4) The work motivation variable can mediate the influence between transformational leadership and employee performance at the Binjai City Communication and Information Office with a T-Statistic value of 3.682 > 1.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the results of research on the influence of Job Training and Work Quality on Employee Performance through Employee Loyalty with associative quantitative research. This research was carried out at the Solok Branch of the BPJS Employment Office, and the population of this research was 40 employees, the sample used was a saturated sample. because the researcher made the entire population into a sample, the data source used was a primary data source, to collect data the researcher distributed questionnaires and surveys. This research model uses analytical skills, and the measuring tool uses Sem PLS version 3. The results of this research are that work quality has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. Work Quality has a positive and significant effect on Work Loyalty. Employee loyalty has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job Training has an insignificant negative effect on Employee Performance. Job Training has a positive and significant effect on Job Loyalty. Work Quality has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance through Loyalty. Job Training has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance through Job Loyalty.
