Abstract

Students with special needs who attend general elementary schools often experience difficulties in following the lessons and become schools for teachers when teaching in the absence of a companion teacher. This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive education for children with special needs and the management of procurement and coaching of educational personnel in primary schools. The research method uses a case study approach. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The principal, teacher / homeroom teacher as research subjects. The results obtained from the research show that: inclusive education for children with special needs in elementary schools in Melawi Regency is not according to the proper instructions, from supporting facilities, provision of accompanying teachers and coaching education staff for children with special needs (ABK). The provision of accompanying teachers and general special schools (SLB) can help children with special needs continue to attend school, therefore there needs to be concern from the central or local government, one of which is the Melawi Regency Education office so that the implementation of inclusive education can be implemented and in accordance with the procedures for implementing inclusive education for children with special needs in Melawi Regency. Abstract

AbstrakBeberapa sekolah negeri dan swasta di Nanga Pinoh Kabupaten Melawi memiliki siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan inklusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pendidikan inklusi dilaksanakan di sekolah dengan legalitas penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi oleh Kepala Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Melawi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian dipilih secara purposive sampling yang terdiri dari lima kepala sekolah, satu guru, satu siswa di sekolah inklusi, orang tua siswa berkebutuhan khusus dan siswa reguler. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adaptasi penyelenggaran pendidikan inklusi untuk pembelajaran kedepannya akan menyesuaikan dengan kondisi atau lingkungan saat ini, kebutuhan siswa, dan tindakan sekolah untuk pencapaian tujuan tetap memberikan pelayanan bimbingan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan melibatkan guru kelas dan wali kelas sebagai pendamping dalam proses pembelajaran dan memenuhi sarana dan prasana seadanya yang ada di sekolah serta menjaga keseimbangan dengan menjaga komitmen antara guru, sekolah, dan orang tua. Selain legalitas yang didapat sekolah, diperlukan juga kerjasama dan dukungan pemerintah untuk memberikan penyediaan sumber pendukung lainnya agar proses sesuai dengan pedoman pelaksanaan penyelenggaraan pendidikan inklusi.AbstractSeveral public and private elementary schools in Nanga Pinoh Melawi Regency have students with special needs and carry out inclusive education. This study aimed to investigate the extent of inclusive education implemented in schools with the legality of implementing inclusive education by the Head of Melawi District Education Office. This study was qualitative research using a case study approach. The research subjects were selected using purposive sampling consisting of five principals, one teacher, one student in inclusive schools, and parents of a student with special need and a regular student. Data analysis used was interactive analysis by Miles and Huberman. The results indicated that the adaptation of inclusive education for future learning would adjust to the current conditions or environment, students’ needs, and school actions to achieve the goal by continuing to provide guidance services for students with special needs by involving class and guardian teachers as companions in the learning process, fulfilling basic facilities, and maintaining balance by maintaining the commitment between teachers, school, and parents. In addition, aside from the legality obtained, the schools also require cooperation and government support to provide other supporting resources to process following the guidelines for implementing inclusive education.

Abstract

 Abstract: The purposes of the study were to describe the response of PGSDSTKIP Melawi students to the implementation of online lectures using theGoogle Classroom application during the Covid-19 pandemic. This studyuses qualitative metode. Information obtained by researchers by disseminatingquestionnaires in depth to research subjects. The research subjects consistedof PGSD STKIP Melawi students in odd semesters. The results of the studyare first, students respond positively to the use of the google classroomapplication. Most students can access google classroom easily, and agree thatthe google classroom display is easy to understand and can be accessedanytime and anywhere. Second, most students respond very well to the easeof use of the Google Classroom platform or application. These conveniencesare, firstly, students can complete assignments faster and make everythingeasier with complementary features, secondly obtaining announcements,materials and collecting tasks to be more flexible. Third, most students agreethat the use of the Google Classroom application as a learning medium isvery effective, efficient in supporting online lectures during the COVID-19pandemic. Keywords: student response, online lectures, google classroom.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan tentang tanggapanmahasiswa PGSD STKIP Melawi terhadap pelaksanaan perkuliahan daringmenggunakan aplikasi google classroom pada masa pandemi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informasi diperoleh penelitidengan menyebarkan angket secara mendalam kepada subjek peneliti. Subjekpenelitian terdiri dari mahasiswa PGSD STKIP Melawi semester ganjil. Hasilpenelitian adalah pertama, mahasiswa merespon positif penggunaan aplikasigoogle classroom. Sebagian besar mahasiswa dapat mengakses googleclassroom dengan mudah, dan menyetujui bahwa tampilan google classroommudah dipahami dan dapat diakses kapanpun dan di mana pun. Kedua,sebagian besar mahasiswa merespon dengan sangat baik terhadapkemudahan-kemudahan penggunaan platform atau aplikasi google classroom.Kemudahan-kemudahan tersebut yaitu, pertama mahasiswa dapatmenyelesaikan tugas tugas lebih cepat dan menjadikan semuanya lebih mudahdengan fitur-fitur pelengkapnya, kedua memperoleh pengumuman, materimaupun pengumpulan tugas menjadi lebih fleksibel. Ketiga, sebagian besar mahasiswa menyetujui bahwa penggunaan aplikasi google classroom sebagaimedia pemeblajaran sangat efektif, efesien dalam mendukung perkuliahandaring selama pandemi covid-19.Kata Kunci: tanggapan mahasiswa, perkuliahan darimg, google classroom.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to determine the level of understanding of elementary school teachers about the policy of implementing independent learning, especially the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). This research uses qualitative descriptive method. The qualitative descriptive method is a problem-solving procedure that is investigated using the current state of the subject/object of research (a person, institution, society, etc.) based on the facts that appear, or as they are.  This research technique  uses  the Nonprobability Sample Technique with the Purposive Sampling type, based on this technique,  60 teachers from 5 schools  obtained multistage random sampling  (gradual random sampling technique) and purposive sampling . The data in this study is in the form of primary data and secondary data obtained through observation, questionnaires, and interviews, as well as examination and validity of data, while the data collection tool uses observation sheets, sheets and interview guidelines.   Data management of the research results was carried out with interactive model analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman which consisted of four components: 1) data collection, 2) data reduction, 3) data presentation and 4) drawing conclusions (verification).  The results of the research obtained from the questionnaire sheet and interviews showed  that the understanding of elementary school teachers towards the plan for implementing independent learning in Nanga Pinoh, Melawi Regency is still very lacking, it is concluded from the results of the questionnaire sheet in the comment column which states that respondents have not received either socialization or training regarding the independent learning curriculum, especially regarding the Learning Implementation Plan (RPP)  Freedom to Learn. Keywords : Freedom of learning, Learning Implementation Plan, Teacher Understanding Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat pemahaman guru-guru sekolah dasar tentang kebijakan pelaksanaan merdeka belajar khususnya Rencana Pelaksanan Pembelajaran (RPP). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif merupakan prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggunakan keadaan subyek/obyek penelitian (seseorang, lembaga, masyarakat, dan lain-lain) pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak, atau sebagaimana adanya.  Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Nonprobability Sample denga tipe Purposive Sampling, berdasarkan teknik tersebut didapatkan responden sebanyak 60 orang guru yang berasal dari 5 sekolah sampel multistage random sampling (teknik pengambilan sampel secara random bertahap) dan purposive sampling. Data pada penelitian ini berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui observasi, angket, dan wawancara, serta pemeriksaan dan keabsahan data, sedangkan alat pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi, lembar dan pedoman wawancara. Pengelolaan data hasil penelitian dilakukan dengan teknik analisis model interaktif dari Miles dan Huberman yang tediri dari empat komponen : 1) pengumpulan data, 2) reduksi data, 3) penyajian data dan 4) penarikan kesimpulan (verifikasi). Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh dari lembar angket dan wawancara menunjukkan bahwa pemahaman guru sekolah dasar terhadap rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran merdeka belajar di Nanga Pinoh Kabupaten Melawi masih sangat kurang, hal tersebut disimpulkan dari hasil lembar angket pada kolom komentar yang menyatakan bahwa responden belum menerima baik sosialisasi maupun pelatihan mengenai kurikulum merdeka belajar terkhusus lagi mengenai Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP) Merdeka Belajar.Kata Kunci : merdeka belajar, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran, pemahaman guru

Abstract

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini merupakan kegiatan workshop tentang indeksasi jurnal yang bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terhadap pengelola jurnal program studi di STKIP Melawi tentang indeksasi jurnal guna persiapan akreditasi jurnal nasional. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini bahwa masih ada beberapa jurnal program studi yang ada di STKIP Melawi yang belum terakreditasi. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah jurnal belum terindeks Google Scholar, Garuda, dan DOAJ. Metode yang digunakan dalam PKM adalah ceramah, diskusi, demonstrasi dan tugas praktik mendaftar jurnal ke Google Scholar, Garuda, dan DOAJ secara online. Hasil workshop ini, pengelola jurnal di STKIP Melawi sudah mendaftarkan jurnal masing-masing ke Google Scholar, Garuda, dan DOAJ guna mempersiapkan akreditasi jurnal masing-masing, sehingga pengelola jurnal lebih siap dalam mendaftarkan akreditasi jurnal, dan meningkatkan kualitas SDM jurnal, artikel jurnal, fisik jurnal online maupun cetak. Kata kunci: Workshop, indeksasi jurnal, akreditasi jurnal

Abstract

The Training on Writing RPP (Lesson Plan) Based on HOTs (Higher Order Thinking Skills) Integrated with Strengthening the Profile of Pancasila Students is a program designed to enhance the competencies of students in the Primary School Teacher Education Program (PGSD) at STKIP Melawi. This training aims to provide students with the knowledge and skills to develop RPPs that promote higher-order thinking skills while integrating the values of Pancasila into the teaching and learning process. The training covers the concepts and principles of RPP based on HOTs, the identification of learning objectives related to HOTs, the development of teaching strategies that support HOTs, the assessment of HOTs achievement, and the integration of the Pancasila student profile in RPPs. Participants will learn how to identify and formulate learning objectives that are relevant to HOTs and select appropriate teaching strategies to develop students' higher-order thinking skills. Furthermore, participants will learn how to integrate the values of Pancasila into various aspects of RPPs, such as learning objectives, teaching strategies, achievement indicators, assessment methods, and learning activities. The training also addresses assessment methods that can be used to evaluate the strengthening of the Pancasila student profile during the teaching and learning process. It is expected that this training will provide significant benefits to PGSD students at STKIP Melawi. Students will gain a better understanding of RPP based on HOTs and how to develop students' higher-order thinking skills. Additionally, they will be able to integrate the values of Pancasila into their teaching practices, contributing to the development of students' character and fostering integrity and responsibility. Through this training, students are expected to apply the knowledge and skills acquired in their teaching practices. Through community engagement, they can make tangible contributions to improving the quality of education in schools and strengthen the understanding and practice of Pancasila values in society.

Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to find out how the role of audio-visual media in thematic learning for class V SDN 06 Pinoh Utara. Advances in technology that continue to develop from year to year provide many benefits, including in the world of education, namely helping to meet needs and expedite the learning process such as being able to obtain material from the internet, learn to use media, applications and provide other benefits.This study uses qualitative research methods, qualitative approaches, and descriptive qualitative research types. Research data were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation studies on research subjects. There were two subjects in this study, the main subject of class V students and the supporting subject of two class teachers.The results obtained after applying audio-visual media in class V thematic learning audio-visual media can help develop students' thinking skills, develop students' imaginations, and attract students' attention. The thinking ability of students is evidenced by an increase in students' understanding of learning by thinking logically. develop the imagination of students, as evidenced by research data which shows that there are students who are able to develop ideas after learning material is presented in the form of learning videos. attract the attention of participants, evidenced when learning uses audio-visual media in the form of learning videos which show the attitude of students to pay more attention to the teacher, to be calm and orderly, the willingness of students to answer questions, ask questions, do assignments/quizzes given increases, students become more active in class, and able to conclude learningKeywords: the role of learning media, audio-visual media, thematic learningAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana peran media audio-visual dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas V SDN 06 Pinoh Utara. Kemajuan  teknologi yang terus berkembang dari tahun ketahun memberikan banyak manfaat termasuk dalam dunia Pendidikan yaitu membantu memenuhi kebutuhan dan memperlancar proses pembelajaran seperti dapat memperoleh materi dari internet, belajar menggunakan media, aplikasi dan memberikan  manfaat lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, pendekatan kualitatif, dan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Data pnelitian diperoleh dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap subjek penelitian. Subjek dalam penelitian ini ada dua, subjek utama peserta didik kelas V dan subjek pendukung dua orang guru kelas. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah menerapkan media audio-visual dalam pembelajaran tematik kelas V media audio-visual dapat membantu mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir peserta didik, mengembangkan imajinasi peserta didik, dan menarik perhatian peserta didik. Kemampuan berpikir peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan adanya peningkatan peserta didik dalam memahami pembelajaran dengan berpikir secara logis. Mengembangkan imajinasi peserta didik, dibuktikan dengan data hasil penelitian yang menunjukan adanya peserta didik yang mampu mengembangkan ide-ide yang setelah materi pembelajaran disajikan dalam bentuk video pembelajran. Menarik perhatian peserta, dibuktikan saat pembelajaran menggunakan media audio-visual berupa video pembelajaran yang menunjukan sikap peserta didik menjadi lebih memperhatikan guru, bersikap tenang dan teratur, kemauan peserta didik untuk menjawab pertanyaan, bertanya, mengerjakan tugas/kuis yang diberikan meningkatkan, peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif di kelas, dan mampu menyimpulkan pembelajaran.Kata Kunci : peran media pembelajaran, media audio-visual, pembelajaran tematik
