Abstract

Nowadays people choose to buy product using the internet. E-Commerce is an alternative channel to buy goods or services, but the fact that the goods or services received by consumers are not always satisfying. In dissatisfication case, consumers have rights to sued. In this case, some consumers prefer to accept the deficiencies, because consumer’s lackness of consumer protection awareness. Consumer protection is an effort that guarantee consumer’s safety with legal aspect. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the awareness of consumer protection. The method to determine the respondent is done by using purposive sampling with sample of 200 respondents, X Generation that had already used e-commerce. The result are then analyzed by descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. Result of this research shows that consumer protection awareness affected by access to information and experience. The information and experience that consumer have will be a lesson for the next online transaction.

Abstract

Food security is a system consists of availability, distribution, and consumption subsystems. Food availability subsystem functions in guaranting food supply, in terms of quantity, quality (certification), variability, and safety. The main problem in materializing security of organic food commodities are quantity and quality of organic food, particularly vegetables. In other words, the organic vegetable can affect farmer’s economic situation in different way depending on the adopted particular technolog. Therefore, the objectives of this study are (1) to describe the characteristics of organic vegetable products, (2) to identify internal and external factors related to the production of organic vegetables with a farmer-based high added value, and (3) to formulate a strategy of the production of organic vegetables with a farmer-based high added value (certified). Data were collected by purposive sampling and analyzed using matrix analysis tools of internal factor evaluation, external factor evaluation, internal external, and focus group discussion, as the basis for analyzing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT), followed by quantitative strategic planning matrix (QSPM) to obtain the main alternative strategy for the development of organic vegetable with premium price. The study was carried out in Garut, West Java. This study confirmed 3 main strategic issues for the development of organic vegetables in the region, that is, market, organic vegetable production, and human resource.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dihadapi dalam upaya mewujudkan ketahanan pangan yang utama pada komoditas pangan organik, khususnya sayuran adalah kuantitas dan kualitasnya. Untuk itu tujuan penelitian ini adalah pendeskripsian karakteristik produk sayuran organik, pengidentifikasian faktor internal dan eksternal terkait produksi produk sayuran organik bernilai tambah tinggi berbasis petani, serta penetapan alternatif strategi pengembangan produksi pangan organik bernilai tambah tinggi atas tiga (3) tema utama seperti pasar, produksi sayuran organik dan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM).

Abstract

Penerapan sistem satu arah merupakan salah satu bentuk pengelolaan lalu lintas yang dilakukan pemerintah kota Bogor dan Dinas Lalu Lintas Angkutan Jalan dikota Bogor. Penerapan  SSA  bertujuan mengurangi kemacetan dan jumlah kecelakaan di daerah sekitar kebun raya bogor. Salah satu dampak yang terjadi yaitu adanya perubahan trayek angkutan kota dengan jarak tempuh yang lebih jauh. Trayek angkutan kota yang mengalami perubahan panjang lintasan paling jauh yang dijadikan objek penelitian . Tujuan penelitian ini adalah  untuk menganalisis persepsi supir angkutan kota,  menganalisis kompensasi finansial supir angkutan  kota sebelum dan setelah adanya SSA, menganalisis Pengaruh penerapan SSA terhadap kompensasi supir angkutan. Sumber data di dapatkan melalui kuesioner, wawancara  dan kajian literatur. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linear berganda . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa supir angkutan kota tidak setuju  dengan penerapan SSA. Pendapatan supir angkutan kota berkurang 25-50 persen setelah adanya penerapan SSA Hasil regresi linear berganda menyatakan bahwa variabel yang berpengaruh secara signifikan yaitu variabel peningkatan keselamatan.

Abstract

Abstrak Departemen Manajemen IPB sebagai salah satu pelaksana akademik dengan tiga program studi yaitu Program Sarjana, Program Sarjana Alih Jenis Manajemen serta Program Pascasarjana Mayor Ilmu Manajemen. Departemen Manajemen FEM IPB didirikan dengan tujuan mendukung harapan yang direncanakan oleh IPB salah satunya meningkatkan pencapaian di bidang kemahasiswaan yang masih dinilai rendah oleh Kemenristekdikti. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan evaluasi dan strategi untuk peningkatan daya saing program kemahasiswaan yang mengaitkan Berdasarkan permasalahan ini maka perlu dilakukan pengukuran kinerja menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard. Tujuan penelitian adalah (1) Mengidentifikasi gambaran umum program kemahasiswaan di Departemen Manajemen FEM IPB pada tahun 2014-2017. (2) Menyusun peta strategi berdasarkan pendekatan BSC pada program kemahasiswaan di Departemen Manajemen FEM IPB. (3) Mengukur pencapaian kinerja dan inisiatif strategis yang tepat untuk meningkatkan kualitas output mahasiswa di Departemen Manajemen FEM IPB. Kata kunci : balanced scorecard, pengukuran kinerja, peta strategi. Abstract Management Department of FEM IPB is one of the academic unit consisting three programme studies: Degree Programme, Shift Degree Programme of Management, and Postgraduate Major Programme of Management Studies. Management Department was established to support the vision and mission of IPB; increase the achievements in students' field which is currently being rated poorly by Kemenristekdikti. Consequently, evaluation and strategy are complimentary for the elevation in the competitiveness among relevant student programme. Based on this issue, measuring the working performance using Balanced Scorecard is required. The aim of this research are (1)Identify the general concept of student programme in Management Department of IPB on 2014 - 2017, (2)Contrive a strategy map based on the BSC to student programs in the Management Department of FEM IPB, (3)To measure performance achievement and initiate strategy for the elevation of competitiveness among the students programme in Management Department of IPB. The results of this research prove that the performance get 63.32% and it was categorized as good performance. Performance can be improved by implementing a strategic program on indicators that are still have low value. Keywords: balanced scorecard, working performance measurement, strategy maps

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan penurunan ekonomi masyarakat kelas menengah ke bawah di Indonesia. Menyikapi hal tersebut maka diperlukan pengambilan langkah dalam mengembangkan ekonomi masyarakat terutama pada Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Flamboyan Bogor. Program ini terdiri dari pengolahan keripik bayam serta sosialisasi branding dan marketing yang dilaksanakan secara daring dan luring. Kegiatan ini telah berhasil dilaksanakan meskipun sebagian besar kegiatan dilakukan secara daring akibat kebijakan PPKM. Kegiatan pengolahan keripik bayam dilakukan dengan dua tahap, yaitu sosialisasi dan praktik langsung pengolahan. Sosialisasi branding dan marketing dilakukan dua tahap, materi edukasi pada tahap pertama dan materi yang berkelanjutanpada tahap kedua. Hasil dari program ini adalah anggota KWT Flamboyan dapat mengetahui langkah-langkah pengolahan keripik bayam serta cara-cara meningkatkan penjualan melalui implementasi branding dan marketing.

Abstract

Background: Tourism at this time has become one of the critical needs for most people, this can be seen from the increased interest in tourism which is side by side with digital promotion through EWOM in the tourism sector which is rampant on social media. With the high intensity of internet use, especially on social media platforms, making digital promotions through social media provides excellent tourism marketing opportunities. Objective: This study aims to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth and destination image on the decision to visit tourists at the Nagari Tuo Pariangan tourist attraction. Method: The data used in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and SEM-PLS analysis with a sample of 130 respondents, using a non-probability sampling method. Results: The results of this study indicate that electronic word of mouth has a positive and significant effect on destination image, destination image has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, and electronic word of mouth has a positive but not significant effect on visiting decisions. However, there are mediating variables that can influence. Conclusion: The results of the SEM-PLS analysis also show a positive and significant effect between the electronic word-of-mouth variables on the destination image and decision visit. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang strategi pengembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) Pangan Berdaya saing di Indonesia. yang khususnya dilakukan di tiga daerah di Indonesia, yaitu Palembang, Bandung dan Surabaya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mengidentifikasi jalur rantai pasok UMKM Unggulan berbasis pertanian pangan, serta Menganalisis pengaruh faktor internal dan eksternal terhadap daya saing UMKM Unggulan berbasis pertanian pangan di Palembang, Bandung dan Surabaya. Temuan pada penelitian Pengembangan daya saing UMKM Pangan Olahan berdaya saing di tiga daerah yang diteliti (Palembang, Bandung dan Surabaya) menunjukkan pentingnya penguasaan aspek produksi dalam arti luas (hulu-hilir) fasilitasi investasi dan aspek pemasaran, serta aspek psikologis konsumen.
