Abstract

Penerimaan peserta didik baru merupakan kegiatan yang pertama kali dilakukan oleh setiap lembaga pendidikan setiap tahun ajaran baru. Setiap calon orangtua peserta didik baru TKIT Sholahuddin diharuskan untuk melewati prosedur penerimaan peserta didik baru, mulai dari pendaftaran, observasi, hingga diterima sebagai peserta didik baru. Penggunaan sistem penerimaan peserta didik baru yang masih manual menyebabkan beberapa masalah pada bagian administrasi. Untuk itulah penulis tertarik untuk merancang sistem informasi penerimaan peserta didik baru agar memudahkan bagian administrasi dalam mengelola data peserta didik baru. Dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak penulis menggunakan model Rapid Application Development (RAD), sedangkan untuk pengumpulan data penulis melakukan penelitian di TKIT Sholahuddin. RAD merupakan salah satu metode alternatif dari System Life Cycle yang seringkali digunakan untuk mengatasi keterlambatan yang terjadi dalam metode lain, sehingga dalam model ini tahapan dalam perancangan sistem lebih dipersingkat dan menghasilkan sistem informasi yang baik. Dalam pembuatan situs web ini penulis juga menerapkan metode MVC sebagai opsi dalam pengembangan sistem. Model View Controller (MVC) untuk mengklasifikasikan pengkodean pada database, tampilan dan kontrol logika aplikasi untuk memfasilitasi pengembangan lebih lanjut dari pola yang telah ditetapkan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memaksimalkan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berbasis web dengan menggunakan metode Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sehingga sistem e-Enrollment siswa baru di TKIT Sholahuddin dapat lebih efektif dan efisien.Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, RAD, MVC, CRM

Abstract

Since the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic, there have been adjustments in teaching and learning activities. Learning is not done in schools to avoid potential dangers to transmission of the corona virus. There are many obstacles faced by teachers, students and parents in distance learning activities. Mobile is one of the basic needs to support learning activities, families with more than one child will experience difficulties when having to do tasks simultaneously if they only have a cellphone. The purpose of this study is to provide a solution in the form of selecting low end 4G Android phones at affordable prices. Application of the Multycriteria Analytical Hirarchi Process (AHP) method with the criteria of Specifications, Price and Design. Selection of alternative three mobile phones, namely Samsung A10s, Vivo Y12 and Realme 5 makes it easier for students to choose according to their needs. Data collection of 45 samples was carried out through distributing questionnaires with google form and offline. The results of the calculation of Vivo Y12 = 0.23, Samsung A10s = 0.30 and Realme5 = 0.47

Abstract

An effective job seekers selection process at the company is needed to assist an organization's decision making. The purpose of this paper is to create a system and development of a decision-making system in the human resources (HR) section to find it easier to determine whether job seekers are accepted or not. The multi factor evaluation process (MFEP) is a very effective approach in dealing with decision problems and Profile matching is a multi-criteria selection method, where the determination of aspects and criteria (name of school, appropriate department, GPA value meets, year of graduation, relevant courses, work experience in the appropriate field, projects that have been handled, salary suitability, domicile, honest, responsible and discipline, cooperation, communicative and self-confidence). The advantage of the profile matching method is the provision of standard values from the main and supporting criteria, making it easier for system users to determine the available options. MPEF needs to define the education value factor, target value and attitude value. The final calculation results provide information referring to the same name. Profile Matching method in the first order with a value of 4.62, the second order of 4.59 and the third order of 4.52. The first order MFEP method = 0.513, the second order = 0.510 and the third order = 0.502. This decision support system not only makes it easier to determine the assessment of job seekers but also provides an alternative sequence of candidates who have the potential to be considered by companies or organizations

Abstract

The development of information technology that has an impact on behavior and culture in business can be so easy and fast. It becomes a challenge for a company to be able to balance and play an active role in order to compete in the business world. In this study researchers tried to model the ERP concept as the basic foundation of integrated business processes. The usecase and squares diagrams are used as business process modeling. the implementation of software development involving modules, views and controllers reinforced with the LRS design is used to display database connectivity. The basis path test gives results with value 3 is an use of algorithms in low risk categories. Validation testing with valid results becomes a response with fulfilled functional requirements. While the results of testing non-functional requirements related to usability through the calculation of the T test where t hit = 4.580> t 0.05, 9 = 2.265, indicating that the system application is acceptable and influences the efficiency and effectiveness of work.

Abstract

Sejak pandemi covid 19 market place menjadi peluang altenatif bagi pelaku usaha untuk dapat tetap bertahan dan bersaing dalam melakukan bisnis. Pengiriman barang menjadi bagian penting.dimana upaya penjual dalam mengirimkan paket pesanan sampai kepada konsumen dan menjadi sebuah kepuasan bagi konsumen untuk dapat berbelaja kembali. Dalam pengambilan keputusan sering kali dihadapkan dengan banyaknya pilihan yang membingungkan,terutama dalam pemilihan jasa ekspedisi. Pemilihan jasa ekpedisi menjadi point utama dalam mendukung proses bisnis. Penelitan dilakukan pada Toko Saburohojo sebuah usaha asesoris untuk kendaraan bermotor yang beralamat di jl. Raya Hankam No 54 Pondok gede. Ada tiga ekspedisi yang digunakan yaitu Sicepat, JNE dan J&T .Tujuan dari penelitian ini memberikan kriteria yang lebih penting untuk menentukan alternatif jasa ekspedisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Proses Analitik Hirarki (AHP). Level tingkat kepentingan menggunakan data kuesioner dari data yang dibandingkan secara berpasangan . Kriteria Harga menjadi kriteria paling tinggi dalam penelitian ini dibandingakan dengan kriteria lokasi, layanan dan tanggapan.Sedangkan kriteria tanggapan yang memiliki sub kriteria klaim barang lebih penting dari sub kriteria pesanan dan tracking barang sedangkan kriteria layanan dimana barang hilang memiliki level lebih penting dari barang rusak dan kecepatan pengiriman untuk masing-masing subkriteria . Kriteria- kriteria ini digunakan untuk menentukan pilihan terbaik dari jasa ekspedisi sehingga dari hasil perhitungan tiga alternative didapatkan peringkat teratas adalah Ekspedisi Sicepat dengan perolehan nilai 0,546933

Abstract

Currently, there are many companies whose line of business is education-oriented, which currently prioritizes technology as a source of information, and before a company enters into a cooperation contract with a vendor providing information technology equipment, many things need to be considered in determining the selection of partners where this consideration is very important to find out the prospect of profit that will be generated by the company from the cooperation. This research takes a case study at PT. Citra Pesona Gemilang whose company is engaged in providing various kinds of school needs. The cooperation partner of PT Citra Pesona Gemilang is a vendor of technology devices. In the research conducted, the authors use a decision-making method with the C4.5 algorithm and Naïve Bayes to determine the selection of the best cooperation partners. The selection is seen based on the quality and quantity of the product/service, the price of the product/service, the legality of the vendor, the superiority/reliability of the partner. The result of this study is to compare the level of accuracy produced by the two algorithms, namely the C4.5 algorithm and the Naïve Bayes algorithm in determining the selection of partners in the provision of information technology tools.

Abstract

The development of computer technology has made services more effective and efficient. The library management process at SDN Bekasi Jaya VII has not been computerized so that library management has not been maximized. The aim of this research is to implement an online library information system. By utilizing the internet, it is hoped that library management will be better. The Model, View and Controller (MVC) architectural pattern is an option in facilitating system design and creating applications. Through the creation of online library services, it is hoped that it will make it easy for members to find out book information, borrow and return books and assist librarians in managing books, making reports faster. Testing the t-test with t hit statistical test (n <30), α = 0.05 was carried out to measure the effectiveness of the influence of online library applications, where the result is t count = 2.52 > t 0.025; 28 = 2.048 indicating that there is an influence to be able to improve library services through availability of library information

Abstract

Abstrak - Transportasi ojek online telah mengubah cara orang bergerak di perkotaan dengan memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan dalam memesan layanan ojek melalui aplikasi mobile. Namun, dengan adanya berbagai pilihan layanan ojek online yang tersedia, pengguna seringkali menghadapi kesulitan dalam memilih layanan yang paling sesuai dengan preferensi mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis keputusan dalam pemilihan layanan ojek online menggunakan metode AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) dengan studi kasus di Kota Jakarta. Metode AHP digunakan untuk memperoleh preferensi pengguna terhadap faktor-faktor yang relevan, seperti keandalan, responsif, kualitas layanan, harga, keamanan, antarmuka pengguna, sehingga memberikan panduan objektif dalam memilih layanan ojek online yang paling optimal.

Abstract

Menuntut ilmu adalah kewajiban bagi seorang siswa. Namun, dalam pelaksanaannya, tidak sedikit peserta didik yang masih mengalami kesulitan belajar, seperti kesulitan membaca, berhitung, dan lain sebagainya. Hal ini juga yang dialami oleh anak-anak SD Negeri Sukaasih 01, kesulitan dalam hal belajar ini ditunjukan dengan belum bisanya membaca, menulis, berhitung atau lebih dikenal dengan istilah disleksia, disgrafia, dan dyscalculia. Hal ini menyebabkan kurang interaktif dalam kelas, tentunya selain guru peran orang tua juga sangat besar dalam hal ini. Sehingga perlu diadakannya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi tentang cara mengatasi kesulitan belajar anak kepada para orang tua yang anaknya bersekolah di SD Negeri Sukaasih 01 di Desa Sukaasih, Kecamatan Tambelang, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan pada Sabtu, 28 Januari 2023 di ruang serba guna SD Negeri Sukaasih 01. Berdasarkan kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, maka didapatkan hasil, bahwa orang tua tersebut sudah paham mengenai langkah-langkah penanganan untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar anak.

Abstract

Ordering products from home-based trading businesses have not utilized data mining algorithms that can help analyze transaction data to optimize product order transactions and also manage inventory on raw materials from products by reducing a lot of leftover raw materials and products that are not purchased by customers. To avoid the occurrence of a lot of raw material leftovers from products that are not in demand and to find out which types of products are in demand by customers, then the apriori algorithm is needed. The purpose of this research is that the owner can carry out good and efficient management of the availability of raw materials from the product so that the raw materials can be processed into products, which must be adjusted to the number of products ordered by customers so that there is no accumulation of raw materials from fewer transactions. The results obtained from this research are if a customer orders product H, then he will order product L with a support value of 42% and 83% confidence, if a customer orders product L then he will order product G with a support value of 67% and a confidence of 90% -100%, and if a customer orders product H, he will order product G with a support value of 42% and 100% confidence. From the rules of this association, it can be concluded that this business owner can determine the management of raw materials by prioritizing the materials used to make products from L, H, and G so that the purchase and use of raw materials for these products are more manageable and efficient.
