Abstract

This activity aims to provide education and how to wash hands for children to adopt a clean and healthy lifestyle (PHBS) in order to avoid the transmission of COVID-19. Hand washing educational activities are carried out by providing an explanation of the importance of washing hands with soap and rinsing with running water. The implementation of this service program is carried out so that the community can clearly understand what the purpose of washing hands properly is. Based on the results of the implementation of community service programs, it can be concluded that the educational activity "washing hands" by demonstrating 5 steps to wash hands properly and correctly so that children can know how to wash their hands properly and cleanly to avoid bacteria. , germs and viruses.

Abstract

In taking business and market prospects, Socioeconomic factors may become worse as a result of the increasing level of competition between abattoir entrepreneurs. This study aims to determine what characteristics influence the youth's interest in broiler chickens entrepreneurship in Palopo City. The technique used in this sampling is incidental sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample based on the coincidence with a total sample of 33 people. The analytical tool used is Multiple Linear Regression which is used to determine and predict the socio-economic influence (income, family environment, and social status) on youth interest in chicken entrepreneurship. Based on the results of the study, the F-count value for the variables of income, family environment, and social status simultaneously on youth interest is 452,916 > F-table value is 2.89 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that income, family environment, and social status simultaneously has a significant effect on youth interest in beef chicken entrepreneurship. Based on the T-test, income has a partial effect on the youth's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship in beef chicken, for the family environment variable does not affect the youth's interest in entrepreneurship in beef chicken. And for the social status variable, it is stated that social status does not affect youth's interest in beef chicken entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Es krim merupakan produk makanan beku yang dibuat melalui kombinasi proses pembekuan dan agitasi pada campuran bahan-bahan yang terdiri dari susu atau produk susu, bahan pemanis, bahan penstabil, bahan pengemulsi, serta penambah cita rasa. Bahan penstabil kimiawi bisa diganti dengan bahan yang banyak mengandung pati diantaranya sagu. Gelatinasi dari sagu dapat menggantikan fungsi dari bahan penstabil yaitu sebagai stabilisator, meningkatkan kekentalan, pencegah kristalisasi, sebagai pengikat dan memperbaiki tekstrur. Dalam memanfaatkan olahan pangan sagu menjadi es krim, Universitas Muhammadiyah Palopo bekerja sama dengan Kepala desa Senga Selatan dalam melakukan pelatihan pembuatan es krim berbahan dasar sagu kepada masyarakat desa Senga Selatan, Kabupaten Luwu. Sagu dipilih sebagai bahan baku utama pembuatan es krim karena persediaan sagu di desa Senga Selatan sangat melimpah. Pemilihan sagu ini disebabkan juga karena kurangnya kreatifitas masyarakat desa Senga Selatan dalam memanfaatkan olahan pangan sagu. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kreatifitas masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan minat masyrakat dalam berwirausaha yang kedepannya warga dapat membuka peluang usaha tersebut.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Shift kerja dan Stres kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Alfamidi Se Kota Palopo. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 33 karyawan karena populasi hanya 33 karyawan sehinggah dalam penelitian ini, jumlah populasi sekaligus sampel. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Hipotesis 1 yang menduga Shift kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Alfamidi dinyatakan diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel shift kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan Hipotesis 2 yang menduga Stres Kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Alfamidi dinyatakan diterima. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel stres kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh insentif dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada seluruh karyawan tempat penelitian. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di tempat penelitian sebanyak 32 responden. Untuk menguji hipotesis peneliti menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan aplikasi SPSS versi 23.00. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel insentif dan variabel motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Semakin baik pemberian insentif maka semakin baik pula kinerja pegawai. Begitu juga dengan semakin termotivasinya seseorang maka akan semakin tinggi pula kepuasan kerja dan kinerja yang dimilikinya, sehingga kinerjanya juga dapat meningkat.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect occupational safety and health on the work productivity of employees of PT. Nubuwa Saltika Palopo. This research method uses the observation method by providing a list of statements about work safety (X1), occupational health (X2), work productivity (Y). Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant simultaneous effect on employee productivity with Sig. F is 0,958%. smaller than the specified significant value that is equal to 0,05. While partially the work safety variable does not have a significant effect on employee work productivity indicated by the results of the regression analysis can be obtained Sig 0,776 with alpha 0,05. Where as the occupational health variable partially has a significant effect on employee work productivity with Sig 0,960 with alpha 0,05. Keywords : Safety, Health and Work Productivity of Employees

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between materialism and financial literacy on the financial management behavior of students of the management study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Palopo. The method used in this research is quantitative. The sample used in this study consisted of 85 respondents. Determination of the sample using purposeful sampling. This research method uses a quantitative approach. Data was collected using the method of distributing questionnaires via Google and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, a t-test (partial), and an F-test (simultaneous) using the IBM SPSS 25 application. The results of this study indicate that materialism has a positive and significant effect on student financial behavior. Meanwhile, financial literacy also has a significant influence on student financial management behavior. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between materialism and financial literacy on the financial management behavior of students of the management study program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Palopo.
