Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan dasar pandemi Covid-19, menyebabkan nilai globalisasi dan digitalisasi meningkat serta memaksa pelaku usaha untuk melakukan inovasi dalam bisnisnya. Pelaku usaha harus menjaga kualitas layanan agar tidak kehilangan pelanggan serta sukses dalam menjalankan usaha. Khususnya dalam dunia bisnis logistik, kualitas layanan dari perusahaan dapat dinilai dari aspek tarif pengiriman, waktu dan durasi pengiriman, pemanfaatan teknologi serta jangkauan pengiriman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis penulis, terbukti bahwa selama masa pandemi, terjadi penurunan omset dari objek peneliti yaitu Pos Indonesia dan FedEx yang melayani logistik dengan skala internasional. Selain itu, inovasi yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing perusahaan adalah dengan memanfaatkan teknologi digital dalam bentuk aplikasi untuk memudahkan layanan dari dan ke pelanggan, penjemputan paket yang dilakukan oleh Pos Indonesia langsung ke lokasi pengirim serta efisiensi kerja yang dilakukan oleh FedEx demi mengurangi mobilitas dan potensi penyebaran virus.

Abstract

Pandemic Covid-19 changed many community activities in the world, one of them is our country Indonesia. Starting from working, studying, to shopping online from home. That makes the use of the internet every day has increased. This pandemic COVID-19 can be an opportunity for business entrepreneurs to survive in this situation. By taking advantage of technology and moving from offline to online marketing trends. This progress is considered very useful to be used as a business marketing strategy, namely digital marketing. The purpose of this community service is to equip Culinar SMEs in Taman Kota Mas and Simpang Kara Batam in mastering and utilizing digital marketing through social media. The method used is directly going to partner, developed, and trained partner with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, listed partner to Gofood, and Grab food for business partners. The results program last for one semester showed that digital marketing is a very important role and take effect especially in this pandemic COVID-19 situation very helpful in increasing sales and expanding the market share of culinary SMEs in Taman Kota Mas and Simpang Kara Batam.

Abstract

Kegiatan eksport sudah selayaknya dilakukan oleh perusahaan besar karena hal ini akan sangat menguntungkan, terlebih pemasaran yang dilakukan di luar negeri pasarnya sangat luas. Walaupun menguntungkan tetapi hal itu menjadi bermasalah ketika terjadi wabah seperti adanya wabah Covid-19 yang kini sedang menghancurkan perekonomian dunia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh Kegiatan Ekspor di Era Covid-19 terhadap PDB Tahun 2020. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekport barang masa pandemi terhadap Produk Domestik Bruto. Subjek penelitian pada Badan Pusat Statistik di Indonesia. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan pendekatan Kuantitatif. Hasil analisis penelitian ini, nilai ekspor Januari hingga Desember 2020 tidak stabil. Mengalami pasang surut. Nilai ekspor tertinggi pada November 2020 sebesar 154,26,00 dan nilai ekspor terendah pada April 2020 sebesar 105,870. Ekspor pada April 2020 mengalami penurunan akibat merebaknya virus Covid-19 yang menyebabkan beberapa daerah melakukan lockdown yang mengganggu kegiatan ekspor barang. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan kegiatan ekspor dapat meningkatkan perekonomian Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Jika nilai ekspor tinggi, maka penerimaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) akan meningkat dan stabilitas perdagangan negara tetap terjaga. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh, kegiatan ekspor di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dan penurunan setiap tahunnya yang disebabkan oleh faktor PDB

Abstract

Technology has been growing rapidly recently. The close relationship and dependence between humans and social media, becomes an opportunity for companies to market their products through social media. This article discusses some of the things that influence companies to adopt social media as a company marketing tool. Some of these variables include the context of technology, organization, environment, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of social media, and attitudes towards technology and the ability to control technology. This study targets MSME players who sell imported products in the Riau Islands Province. The analysis was carried out by testing data from 200 respondents collected responses through Google Forms and data tested with the SEM-PLS model through the help of the SmartPLS application. It is known that the variables of technological context and environmental context have a significant positive relationship to the adoption of social media as a marketing tool. The environmental context also has a positive significant influence on the increasing performance of companies that use social media in marketing. Meanwhile, the adoption of social media in marketing is known to have a significant positive effect on improving company performance.

Abstract

Information about a company is an important point of any business. Interest and decisions in business cooperation begin with knowing information about the company to work with. One of these information can be known through a company profile. UIB collaborate with CV. Jocaidy Pelita Cemerlang (JPC) in compiling a company profile company that serves scale problems in Batam City. The cooperation begins with an agreement in the form of a MoA and MoU between the UIB and CV. Jocaidy Pelita Cemerlang. The preparation of the company profile is carried out by collecting information and observing the company, then continued with the preparation with the help of the Canva application. The result of this collaboration is in the form of a company profile that provides information about JPC. It is hoped that this project can be useful for JPC and become an inspiration for other companies to develop their business.
