Abstract

Dumai city is one of the cities in Sumatra that traversed by the cross-Sumatra railway track. To accommodate users of railway system, Dumai city requires facilities which is passenger train station. The aim of this research is to produce concept design of train station in Dumai city. The concept applied in this train station design is progressive. The concept of progress is applied to the circulation of buildings with a clear orientation, no user congestion and the formation of physical buildings that show movement images. Main strategies of this design has several aspects such as survey, site analysis, concept, zoning, mass shape, room programing, structure, utility, and facade. Process of train station design emphasis in contextual contrast approach. The contextual approach is applied to the building physic which contrast with its neighbor, but still focus on contextual itself. Finally train station present here will consolidate, save, increase neighbor quality.Key words: Dumai City, Train Station, Contextual Contrast, Neighbors Quality.

Abstract

Precisely on June 18, 2009 has begun the operation of Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) or Mass Public Transportation Facility (MPTF) and named TRANS METRO PEKANBARU (TMP). TMP bus is expected to be one solution to overcome the problems of transportation in the Metropolitan City. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze include Operational Cost of Vehicle (OCV) and subsidy calculations. The result of OCV analysis for medium TMP buses is Rp.10.275,53. Abstract

E-procurement is a process of procuring goods and services which is done electronically(internet/web based). One of the steps worth noted in construction project is the process ofcontractor appointment. Usually, such process is conducted through the auction of services andgoods procurement. The auction is currently regulated in Presidential Regulation of 2012Number 70 about the second amandement of Presidential Regulation of 2010 Number 54about Procurement of Government Services and Goods. In accordance to the regulation, thisresearch aims to identify failure variables that can affect the process of evaluation forconstruction services auction in government owned project especially in Pekanbaru, Riau. Datain this research is obtained from interview with the Head of ULP and LPSE of Riau Provinceand also secondary data obtained from LPSE of Riau Province’s website that comprise ofdocuments regarding the implementation of the auction especially in road and pavementconstruction service on 2011, 2012 and 2013. The method used to process the data is manualprocess using software aid of Microsoft Excel, pie chart and bar chart.According to the resultof the analysis conducted on auction for road and pavement construction service between 2011until 2013, it can be obtained that the biggest percentage of 44% during 2011 is foradministration phase,the dominant factor of contractorfailurebecause they were not uploadeddocument of demand.In 2012, the biggest percentage of 48% of the contractor failure causedby technical problems in construction method and where in 2013 with the same the dominantfactor of contractor failure increased to 51%.Kata kunci: auction, E-procurement, failure factor, services and goods procurement system.

Abstract

Kuantan Singingi is a city district that has a fairly dense population with population data from 2010-2015 experiencing an increase of 0.013 per year. Kuantan Singingi Regency has the potential to develop a terminal if it functions according to the needs of the community by providing transportation in and out of the province and therefore the City of Taluk Kuantan should have a terminal that facilitates the need for (AKDP) and floats a stopover at the Inter-City Transport Terminal Province (AKAP) which crosses the city of Taluk Kuantan. Research methods used through field surveys, literature reviews and documentation. Kuantan Singingi Terminal is designed with the theme Structure As Aesthetic Elements applied to column and beam structures that apply the characteristic of Ornamentation Structure. The concept used is taken from the formation of the vehicle's engine, namely the Machine Gear. Abstract

Trans Metro Pekanbaru (TMP) is a Mass Public Transportation Facility (SAUM) which has been operating since 2009 in Pekanbaru City. Busway is expected to be one solution to overcome the problems of transportation in the Metropolitan City. Pekanbaru City Government should think about the financial aspects of the use of the bus rapid transit. Management of good financial feasibility can minimize any loss incurred from the operation of this public transport. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate Transmetro's financial viability for corridor VI. Aspects analyzed include Operational Cost of Vehicle (OCV) and financial aspect by analyzing Net Present Value (NPV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Payback Period (PBP) as well as Analysis Sensitivity. The result of BOK analysis for large TMP buses is Rp.6.578,68. The calculation result from the combination of 30% own capital and 70% of the total investment of TMP bus is Rp,6,379,123,318 with NPV Rp,4,965,068,212. BCR of 1.38 and PBP for 4 years 5 months. Then the sensitivity analysis of the investment increased to 148%, the sensitivity analysis to profit decreased 82%, the sensitivity analysis to the cost increased to 139% and the sensitivity to interest analysis increased by 28.05%. Abstract

The development of air transportation in Minangkabau International Airport-Padang Pariaman had indicated that the existing capacity of terminal building was overcapacity with average 2,9 million number of passengers per year was no longer able to accommodate the volume of passengers. It also can be identified through the escalation amount of passenger that reach 3,1 million passengers in 2015. The expansion plan was done by forming equation of multiple linier regression between the volume of passenger as dependent variable with total population, PDRB (Product Domestic Regional Bruto), income per capita and tourist as independent variable. The prediction number in certain year was generated with 328377+0.062Pkt equation and tourist variable with -36623+0,097Wtb equation. The result of terminal building expansion plan area in 2035 should not be less than 65.233m2 with 7.402.896 number of passengers capacity and also able to accommodate 3782 passengers during a peak hour.Keywords : Terminal Building, Forecast

Abstract

A meeting of two or more roads may rise conflict of traffic flow use defined or an intersection point. The intersection of Jl. HR. Soebrantas–Jl. Kubang Raya-Jl. Garuda Sakti Pekanbaru, was selected as a core study in this paper. This intersection to cause trafffic congestion delays and traffic jams during peak hours. This study used the method of Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997. Data obtained by conducting surveys on traffic volume. The researched was conducted for three days; Friday (13/10/2017), Saturday (4/11/2017), and Monday (6/11/2017). From the survey results and the calculation of peak hour of the traffic flow occurred on Friday 17:15 to 18:15 pm with the value of Q = 4058,6 smp/hour, C = 4217,696 smp/hour, DS = 0,962, DTI = 13,432 det/smp, DTMA = 9,537 det/smp, DTMI = 21,272 det/smp, DG = 4,02 det/smp, D = 17,452, QP% = 37,1-73,3%. Since DS value is greater than the requirement of Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual 1997 which is 0.85, it is necessary to plan alternative solutions to improve the performance of the intersection.Keywords: Jl. Abstract

Road is one of the land transportation infrastructures which is very important for users of land transportation modes. If this infrastructure functions properly, it will affect the economic growth of the community because it facilitates population mobility, and increases other social activities. Damage to the road will interfere with driving comfort and safety, such as in Jalan Riau Ujung in Pekanbaru City, where the pavement has suffered a lot of damage such as potholes, transverse cracks and abrasion. The purpose of this study is to identify the type of damage, classify the type of damage and determine the level of pavement damage, and to determine the priority of handling road damage. This research was conducted visually with the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. The Riau Ujung Pekanbaru road segment with a length of 1.8 km and a width of 7 m is divided into several segments, each segment is evaluated by measuring dimensions, identification of the type and degree of damage to obtain a PCI value. The results of the analysis showed that damage occurred, among others, Elongated Cracks, Removal of Grains, Holes, Lumps, Puffs, Cracked Edges, Cracked Crocodile Skins, Patches and Cracked Blocks. The average PCI value for the Riau Ujung road in Pekanbaru City is 75.51 categorized in Very Good condition, so that the handling of road damage as referred to in the collector road classification is 6-10 years of maintenance. Abstract

Grab is a technology company from Malaysia that only provides public transportation transportation service applications, while the vehicle itself is owned by partners who have joined PT Grab Indonesia. The growth of online grab services in Pekanbaru which is so rapid and has succeeded in attracting many workers as drivers has become a phenomenon that needs attention. This study aims to analyze the financial feasibility of online transportation in the city of Pekanbaru, so that it can be used as a reference for people who want to join PT Grab Indonesia. This study uses 5 analytical methods, namely BEP to determine the principal return point, PBP to determine the length of time an investment or business returns, and IRR, NPV, BCR are used to determine the feasibility of a grab business. The results obtained from the feasibility test are IRR lower than the desired interest rate of 8,59%; 9,94% and 8,33%. NPV is negative, that is -118.156.430; -151.856.703 and -136.716.827. BCR value of 0,30; 0,33; 0,35, the BCR value obtained is less than 1. Based on financial analysis through the 3 methods, the business of grab drivers is declared unfeasible to run. Abstract

Sultan Syarif Kasim II International Airport is located in Pekanbaru City, Riau Province, has an area of the existing of 29,000 m2 with a capacity of 3.5 million passengers per year. Because passenger growth occurs every year, this will cause the passenger capacity will not be able to serve the needs of passengers in 2035. This study aims to evaluate and make projected plans for passenger terminal needs (2020-2035). The projection application uses linear regression statistical methodology. Passenger volume is used as dependent variable while the total population (Pdd) and per capita PDRB on the basis of constant prices in 2010 (Pkt) Riau Province as the independent variable with the help of SPSS version 25.00 and Microsoft Excel. Then the resulting population (Pdd) has a greater effect on the growth of domestic passengers. Based on KM Number 3 of 2008 concerning the Master Plan for the Airport (RIB) of Sultan Syarif Kasim II, it is necessary to develop this airport in the future. Based on RIB and this research, it is projected that the need for the terminal building area is 54,385 m2 (2035) with a capacity of 6.2 million passengers per year.
