Abstract

The development of the world's auto industry that is very significant, promoted demand for spare parts and fitting services. In improving the performance of a company can take advantage of science and information technology. To date CV. In this case the company workshop lathe takes innovation to change the bookkeeping systems still using manual systems into a computerized system for fast and accurate results. Based on the foregoing, required a data processing information system design and means of promotion in the workshop, then writers interested in creating a system of web-based services lathe using the programming language PHP and MySQL with the waterfall method for CV. Successful Perennial Jaya so that later the party workshop will be able to easily do the promotion and inputting data

Abstract

In improving the quality of employee performance in a company, it is necessary to have motivation in the form of giving employee bonuses. Bonuses are additional wages given to employees for the achievement of the best work they have done. PT Lexus Elektronik itself has implemented bonuses for its employees, it's just that the bonuses are given based on sales achievement targets and have not used an assessment based on other supporting criteria. This research was made in order to assist company leaders in determining employee bonuses, especially in the Sales section by taking into account several objective criteria. The method used in this research is the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Preference by Similarity To Ideal Solution) method with several assessment criteria, namely sales, service, performance, teamwork and attendance. The TOPSIS method has several stages, namely: determining the normalization of the decision matrix, determining the normalized weight of the matrix, the distance between the alternative Ai and the ideal positive solution, the distance between the alternative Ai and the negative ideal solution, the preference value for each alternative (Vi). After the calculation process of these stages is carried out, the highest preference result is 0.697 (V14)

Abstract

INTERNET TRAINING OF BLOG MAKING FOR TEACHERS OF HIMAPAUDI OF KEMAYORAN DISTRICT, CENTRAL JAKARTA. In the current era of Digitization 4.0, all data and information must use technology based on a fully computerized system, where output is displayed and produced in electronic form. Thus the need for internet for HIMAPAUDI Teachers is in dire need and necessary for Internet training. Especially in the case of making BLOGs. Blog creation training using Blogspot by following the rules for making Blogs. Before the training process, the pretest test was conducted, the results of which were decidedly less than expected. After going through the training process, participants were asked to fill out instrumentation in the form of a questionnaire, and the results were processed using the direct rating method, method combined with pure mathematics, using five variables and 10 question indicators, it turns out the results obtained using a combination of these two methods give the predicate value very well and through the graphic line the results are scoring 87.27. Thus it can be said that there is an increase in learning outcomes through this training. Thus the training process can provide a significant improvement in the achievement of the progress of HIMAPAUDI teachers in the Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta.

Abstract

Sistem pembelajaran dengan menggunakan teknologi komputer sudah sangat banyak digunakan. Dikarekan perkembangan zaman yang sangat canggih, proses pembelajaran pun harus meningkat. Dimana teknologi tersebut menggunakan bahasa Inggris. Dan pelajaran Bahasa Inggris sangat menunjang untuk menguasai era globalisasi seperti sekarang,Pelajaran bahasa Inggris dikenalkan sejak anak usia dini hingga orang dewasa, Banyak sekali yang kesulitan dalam mempelajari tenses. Untuk itulah dilakukan pengembangan sarana pengantar pembelajaran untuk mempermudah dan mempersingkat waktu dalam memahami suatu pelajaran maka diperlukan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran. Maka aplikasi pembelajaran tersebut dirancang dengan metode Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF).Aplikasi pembelajaran ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Macromedia Flash MX.diharapkan dapat membantu mengatasi permasalahan dalam mempelajari Tenses agar proses belajarnya lebih efektif.Aplikasi Pembelajaran ini melakukan observasi, dan wawancara. Peralatan yang digunakan dalam perancangan system ini menggunakan pemodelan UML Use Case Diagram meliputi Activity Diagram. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah dihasilkan suatu program aplikasi pembelajaran Tenses yang sangat berguna untuk membantu para siswa maupun siswi untuk mempelajari ilmu Tenses.
