Abstract

This research discusses the formulation of whether the influence of psychological factors, physical factors and social factors on Student Satisfaction impacted the performance of lecturers at Private Universities in Palembang City. This type of research is associative using samples of 245 students with sampling techniques using probability sampling. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the Kuesioner method. Data analysis techniques are performed with multiple linear regression two models using SPSS ver.26. The results showed that (1). Psychological factors have a significant effect on student satisfaction at Palembang City Private College, and there is an indirect influence of psychological factors (X1) through Student Satisfaction (Y) on lecturer performance (2). Social factors have a significant effect on student satisfaction at private universities  in Palembang, and there is an indirect influence of social factors (X2) through Student Satisfaction (Y) on lecturer performance (3). Physical factors have a significant effect on student satisfaction in private universities  in Palembang city, and there is an indirect influence of physical factors (X2) through Student Satisfaction (Y) on lecturer performance (Z).

Abstract

In the Pandemic of Covid -19, Indonesia had a lot of changes that have occurred in society and other circles. Types of changes that occur for example; the process of teaching, learning activities and office in offline or in other words work from home. The economic income also has decreased as well as the household economic income of residents in each region. The existence of Internet facilities can greatly assist all groups of society in facing the transition of change in carrying out every work activity, and schools that usually done at home. By utilizing the Internet and computers as technology in the use of social media which is facilitated by the internet therefore the public can continue to carry out economic activities online. As the existence of social media, the community still be able to carry out in buying and selling activities to get profit and improve the household economy. The example of social media that also can be used are; instagram, facebook, whats up, and e-mail. Thus, from the use of social media, it still can help family economy income to be existed during the Pandemic of Covid -19.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat dalam upaya memajukan koperasi yang ada di desa mereka pada umumnya dan membina pengelolaan keuangan serta penyusunan laporan keuangan koperasi pada khususnya. Melalui kegiatan pembinaan ini sangat diharapkan peningkatan kualitas sumberdaya manusia para pengelola koperasi sehingga terciptanya pengelolaan koperasi yang sehat, baik dan benar sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah dan seperti apa yang diharapkan masyarakat untuk kemajuan bersama. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini melalui dua tahapan, dimana tahapan pertama obervasi, pengarahan , penyampaian materi dan pembinaan secara berkelanjutan yang dapa tahap pertama ini kami merancangkan format laporan keuangan koperasi dengan aplikasi microsof office excel. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini bahwa para pengelola koperasi memahami konsep dasar dari tata Kelola keuangan koperasi dan penusunan laporan keuangan koperasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan subsektor makanan dan minuman Bursa Efek Indonesia. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah terdapat pengaruh likuiditas dan leverage terhadap profitabilitas pada perusahaan Subsektor makanan dan minuman di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2019. Sampel pada penelitian berjumlah 12 perusahaan yang diambil menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian pada uji F menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh likuditas, dan leverage secara bersama-sama terhadap profitabilitas. Sedangkan pada uji t, menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh likuiditas secara parsial terhadap profitabilitas namun, leverage tidak berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap profitabilitas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline towards employee Kineeja PT. Prisma Cipta Mandiri Sungai chamur Estate in District Kikim Timur Lahat District. This type of research is associative research, using 12 indicators on performance variables. The population in this study is all employees of the land section of PT Prisma Cipta Mandiri Sungai chamur Estate in District Kikim Timur Lahat District. The samples were determined by a sampling cluster method technique, with respondents as much as 84 people. The method of data collection used is a questionnaire technique (poll). The data analysis method used is a method of multiple linear analyses. In the results of research obtained by using SPSS, shows the test results F there is a significant influence of leadership, motivation and work discipline together towards employee performance as well as results t test est (partial) also showed there is a significant influence of leadership, Motivation and Discipline towards employee performance of PT.Prisma Cipta Mandiri Sungai Bungur Estate di Kecamatan Kikim Timur Kabupaten Lahat.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital adequacy level on profitability, the effect of liquidity levels on profitability, the effect of operational efficiency on profitability and to determine the effect of credit risk as a moderating variable on the relationship between the level of capital adequacy and profitability, the effect of credit risk as a moderating variable on the relationship between the level of liquidity and profitability, the effect of credit risk as amoderating variable on the relationship between operational efficiency and profitability. In this study, there were 26 samples of conventional banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2019 based on the purposive sampling method. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS tools. This analysis included the classical assumption test, moderation analysis with the residual test and t test. The results showed that the capital adequacy level did not have a significant effect on conventional bank profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the liquidity level had no significant effect on conventional bank profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, operational efficiency had a significant negative effect on conventional banks profitability listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and credit risk were able to moderate the relationship between capital adequacy level and profitability, credit risk was able to moderate the relationship between liquidity evel and profitability, credit risk was able to moderate the relationship between operational efficiency and profitability.Keywords: Capital adequacy level; liquidity level; operational efficiency, profitability and credit risk.

Abstract

Sereh wangi merupakan komoditi atsiri yang memiliki prospek sangat cerah dikemudian hari, mengingat saat ini permintaan minyak atsiri sereh wangi cukup tinggi mencapai 2.000-2.500 ton di dunia dan baru terpenuhi sebesar 50-60% saja saat ini. Potensi ekonomi minyak atsiri sereh wangi karena harga yang sangat stabil bahkan cenderung meningkat tetapi uniknya pembudidayaanya tidak terlalu rumit serta tanaman ini dapat hidup dilahan-lahan marginal, bahkan lahan gambut sekalipun. Di desa Riding, tanaman Sereh wangi selain dapat dijadikan konservasi, pemberdayaan lahan tidur juga sangat berpotensi meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi desa, dilihat dari jumlah lahan tidur yang dimiliki desa Riding seluas 13 Hektar yang dapat dipakai untuk menanam sereh wangi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan metode ceramah sebagai media penyampaian materi penyuluhan, melakukan diskusi tanya jawab dan memanfaatkan sarana slide power point untuk memperjelas materi yang disampaikan, terutama penjelasan materi mengenai budidaya, pemeliharaan dan pengolahan tanaman sereh wangi menjadi minyak atsiri serta penjelasan mengenai analisis kelayakan usaha yang membahas mengenai proyeksi laba dan pengembalian investasi. Sebagian besar peserta sangat tertarik untuk melakukan pembelajaran mengenai karakter lahan dan tanaman sereh wangi sebagai bentuk tindak lanjut informasi yang didapat dari kegiatan penyuluhan ini.

Abstract

Tata kelola organisasi kemasyarakatan, cenderung berjalan apa adanya, sedangkan tuntutan masyarakat semakin meningkat. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan penguatan terhadap tata kelola taman edukasi yang sudah berjalan, meliputi: penyusunan visi dan misi, penyusunan dokumen administrasi (kerangka hukum dan orientasi kepentingan masyarakat), struktur organisasi dan pembagian tugas (transparansi dan keadilan), serta pengelolaan keuangan (akuntabilitas, transparansi, efisiensi dan efektifitas). Metode pelaksanaan yang dipergunakan adalah melakukan observasi atas tata kelola yang dilakukan, melakukan diskusi tentang struktur organisasi, memberikan contoh dan pembuatan laporan keuangan sederhana, serta evaluasi, peserta sebanyak 18 orang pengelola taman edukasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa taman edukasi sudah memiliki dokumen adminstrasi yang lengkap dan dijalankan secara bertahap, struktur organisasi sudah memiliki dan masing-masing mengetahui tugas pokoknya, dan laporan keuangan sudah disusun secara sederhana yang menggambarkan penerimaan dana dan pengeluaran dana, sehingga beberapa prinsip tata kelola terpenuhi.

Abstract

The existence of a mini library in Talang Putri Plaju Village, is very attractive, with a beautiful environment but very few visitors. This is because the administration and environmental conditions of the library are not well organized. The purpose of this service activity is to optimize the benefits of the Taman Edukasi mini library to increase public interest in reading in Talang Putri Village. The method used is counseling to the community and direct assistance to library managers. The time required to complete the activity is one month. The results of the activity show that to increase people's reading interest, it can be done through administrative arrangements, library layout arrangements, outdoor arrangements, and increasing the number of book collections. Some things that can be done are: 1) Make a list of book collections, guest lists, catalogs and visitor rules. 2) Arrange the layout (layout) of books and the correct placement of bookshelves. 3) Arrange a comfortable outdoor environment for readers, and 4) Collaborate with several parties to add to the book collection. The results of the evaluation after one month of service activities are the increasing number of visitors per week, reaching 31 people.

Abstract

This research discusses the influence of work discipline, organizational culture and competence on employee performance in Bukit Asam, Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. This type of research is associative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Bukit Asam Tbk. Kertapati Jetty Unit, South Sumatra, totalling 113 employees, and the samples taken in this study were 84 respondents with the sampling technique of proportionate stratified random sampling. The analytical method used is qualitative, which is then quantified. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t-test and coefficient of Determination. The data used in this study is primary data collected through the Kuesioner method. Data analysis techniques are performed with multiple linear regression. The Results showed that (1). there is a significant influence on work discipline (X1), organizational culture (X2) and competence (X3) on employee performance (Y) of PT. Both simultaneously and partially, Bukit Asam Tbk Company, Kertapati Pier Unit, South Sumatera. (2). The results of Multiple Linear Regression show that Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Competence have a positive relationship direction for employee performance in Bukit Asam Tbk company, Kertapati pier unit, South Sumatera (3). The results of the coefficient of Determination of work discipline, organizational culture and competence can only contribute to changes that occur in employee performance with a significant contribution of 79.5%.
