Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on E-filing user satisfaction in Surakarta. The population and sample in this study are individual taxpayers registered at the Pratama Surakarta Tax Office in 2019. The data collection technique of this study uses incidental sampling techniques, and the determination of the number of samples using Slovin formula with a sample of 100 respondents. The data used in this study is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regressions. The results showed the analysis there is a positive influence on system quality and service quality on E-filing user satisfaction. While the quality of the information does not affected E-filing user satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leverage, liquidity, company size, independent board of commissioners and audit committee on financial perfomance. The data used in this study are secondary data ini the form of financial statements. The population in this study is LQ-45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Samples were selected from the purposive sampling method and 27 samples were obtained based on several criteria. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis shows that leverage, liquidity, independent commissioner influence of the financial perfomance.While the company size and audit committee has no effect on the financial perfomance. Simultaneously leverage, liquidity,company size, independent commissioner and audit committee were able to explain the dependent variable that is the financial perfomance by 54.3% and the rest was influenced by other variables. This research can be used by companies to increase the financial perfomance of the company.

Abstract

This research aims to know and analyze the impact of profitability, leverage, company size and Good Corporate Governance of Firm Value in the manufacturing company of Sub-sector Property and Real Estate listed on the stock Exchange Indonesia period in 2016-2018.  The population of this weaver is the entire Property and Real Estate Sub-sector company listed on the IDX. The use of samples in research using Purposive Sampling with certain criteria thus obtained 70 samples of data to be researched. The data used is secondary data sourced from financial statements. This study used the test method of double Linear regression analysis. From the test, it can be exceeded that profitability and the Commonwealth Council affect the value of the company. Meanwhile, Leverage, company size, and Audit Committee do not affect the company's value in manufacturing company Sub-sector Property and Real Estate period from 2016-2018.

Abstract

A company has the same goal, namely to obtain large profits as a business entity. Companies must be able to manage their finances properly to ensure business continuity. Profitability is an important factor for a company. Food and beverage companies remain afloat in the midst of the COVID-19. Because some these products are the basic needs of people throughout Indonesia. The aim of this study is to investigate and analyze the effect of company size, capital structure, liquidity and institutional ownership on profitability. The data used in this study are quantitative data and secondary data in the form of financial statements. The population under study is the sub-sectors of the food and beverage industry listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2016-2020. The sampling technique used was a purposeful sampling method with the number of samples meeting the criteria as many as 11 companies. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research and testing can conclude that company size and institutional ownership have no effect.

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to know the influence of Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover Ratio, Cash Turnover and Debt To Equity Ratio against the Return On Investment. The population in the study, namely the production of industrial companies listed on the stock exchange of Malaysia Year 2016 totalling 233 companies. Type of this research is quantitative research. Sampling using a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples as many as 131 research company. Methods of data analysis used in the study are using multiple linear regression test. Data analysis using SPSS 17 assistance. The results of this study indicate that a variable Inventory Turnover Ratio effect on Return On Investment. While the Current Ratio, variable Cash Turnover and Debt To Equity Ratio has no effect against a Return On InvestmentAbstraksi : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Current Ratio, Rasio Perputaran Persediaan, Perputaran Kas dan Rasio Hutang terhadap Ekuitas terhadap Return On Investment. Populasi dalam penelitian, yaitu produksi perusahaan industri yang terdaftar di bursa efek Malaysia Tahun 2016 berjumlah 233 perusahaan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 131 perusahaan penelitian. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda. Analisis data menggunakan bantuan SPSS 17. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Inventory Turnover Ratio berpengaruh terhadap Return On Investment. Sedangkan Current Ratio, variabel Cash Turnover dan Debt To Equity Ratio tidak berpengaruh terhadap Return On Investment.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh struktur modal, profitabilitas, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan sub sektor property dan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Periode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tahun 2013-2018. Sampel dalam penelitian diperoleh menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria, didapatkan 20 perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Bursa Efek Indonesia, data diolah menggunakan SPSS 22. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa struktur modal dan likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan variabel profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kemampuan variabel independen dalam menjelaskan variabel dependen sebesar 32%, sedangkan sisanya 68% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to examine corporate governance effecton the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018. The independent variables in this study are the audit committee, the board of commissioners, the board of directors, and debt to equity ratio (DER). Whereas the dependent variable in this test is Return on Equity (ROE). The sampling technique is done by using purposive sampling method, namely the determination of sampling with certain considerations. Data analysis techniques include (1) Descriptive Statistics (2) Classical Assumption Tests covering Normality, Multicollinearity, Heteroscedasticity, and Autocorrelation (3) Multiple Linear Regression Tests (4) F Tests (5) Hypothesis Tests (6) Determinant Coefficient Test (R2) . The sample used in this test is manufacturing companies in the food and beverage industry sector which were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2018, with a total of 10 companies and there were 50 samples that met the criteria. The results of this test concluded that the variables of the board of directors and debt to equity ratio (DER) affect financial performance, while the variables of the audit committee and the board of commissioners have no effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of company size, profitability, capital structure, leverage & institutional ownership on firm value in property & real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) from 2015-2019 period. The population obtained was 35 companies in research is property & real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) from 2015-2019 period & the sample obtained was 20 companies. Sampling method used in research was “purposive sampling”. This type of research is quantitative research. The type of research used in in this research is descriptive quantitative. The research data source is secondary data obtained form the annual financial statements. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression, the coefficient of determinantion test, the classical assumption test, the F test & the hypothesis test. The results of the study showed that company size (SIZE), profitability (ROA), capital structure (DER) and leverage (DAR) affect on firm value (PBV) in property and real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) from 2015-2019 period, while institutional ownership (INST) not affect on firm value (PBV) in property & real estate companies listed on the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange) for 2015-2019 period.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of financial performance (profitability, liquidity, leverage), dividend policy and managerial ownership on firm value. Manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period are the samples in this study. Samples were obtained as many as 9 companies using purposive sampling technique. Multiple linear regression analysis tool. Financial performance is measured using profitability, liquidity, and leverage. The results of the study found that profitability and managerial ownership have an effect on firm value, while liquidity, leverage and dividend policy have no effect on firm value.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to determine whether there is an effect or influence between leverage as an indicator of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) variable, profitability as an indicator of Return On Equity (ROE) variable, company size estimatet by total assets and inflation rate on profit growth. in companies operating in the consumer goods industry sector and listed on the 2017-2019 list of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. With a sample of 40 companies from the entire population used in this study, there are 52 companies are active in the consumer goods industry sector and have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2017-2019. Then the approach used in this study is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques that can show that a part of the leverage variable affects earnings growth with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The profitability variable has an effect on profit growth with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The inflation rate variable has an effect on profit growth with a significance value of 0.044 <0.05. While the size of the company has no effect on profit growth because the significance value is 0.132 > 0.05. Simultaneously, the variables of leverage, profitability, firm size and inflation rate affect profit growth with a significance-values-of 0.000 <0.05.
