Abstract

Taxi is one of the most popular means of transportation. The development of digital technology today makes booking taxi easier online. In Semarang City, Gojek is one of the first online-based transport providers to attend. Competition in the online transport business is getting tighter with the presence of Grab and Uber. The increasingly intense competition in the online transportation business makes the research team interested to examine the factors that affect the users of online-based transport services choose using Gojek with Go-Car service. The research was conducted qualitatively. Informants in this study are online transportation users and drivers in the city of Semarang who have been using and become a driver of Go-Car for more than six months. Data collection techniques use in-depth interviews, documentation and literature review. Data analysis methods used in this study using data reduction, triangulation and drawing conclusions The results showed that the factors that affect consumers to use Go-Car services can be grouped into four. The four factors are price (efficient), convenience (security, simplicity, practicality), profit (sales promotion) and psychological factor (motivation).

Abstract

While there is a large number of research work performed on presenting different factors influencing students' satisfaction with Higher Education institutions, there is a need to combine all these efforts and provide a comprehensive framework of factors influencing the students' satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the influence of service quality, facility, learning method on student satisfaction and image as a moderating variable. The respondents of this research are Semarang Sedes Sapentiae High School amounting to 96. The data were processed by using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of this study indicate that the service quality, learning methode influence student satisfaction, while the facility have no significant effect on student satisfaction. The result of the hypothetical test on moderation effect showed that image moderate the correlation between service quality and learning method with the student satisfaction, but image could not moderate the correlation between the facility with student satisfaction.Meskipun ada sejumlah besar penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menyajikan faktor-faktor berbeda yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa/siswa terhadap institusi sekolah, tetap ada kebutuhan untuk menggabungkan semua upaya ini dan menyediakan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa/siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan , fasilitas, metode pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan siswa dengan citra sekolah sebagai variabel moderating.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Sedes Sapentiae Semarang yang berjumlah 96 orang. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, motode pembelajaran dan citra berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, sedangkan fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan siswa. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis efek moderasi menunjukkan bahwa citra dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan metode pembelajaran dengan kepuasan siswa, tetapi citra tidak memoderasi hubungan antara fasilitas dengan kepuasan siswa
