Abstract

Keluhan nasabah menunjukkan bahwa transaksi perbankan menggunakan electronic  banking  masih  kurang  populer,  dimana  nasabah  lebih  merasa  aman untuk bertransaksi melalui ATM karena adanya struk sebagi bukti transaksi, sehingga adanya keyakinan yang tinggi dalam bertransaksi ulang secara online maka  BNI harus mampu dan mempertahankan prestasinya sebagai bank dengan kualitas pelayanan yang prima kepada nasabah dengan sistem perbankan elektronik.Jenis penelitian ini adalah  penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan data primer dari hasil kuesioner terhadap sampel 100 responden. Metode pengambilan sample secara non random karena dipilih nasabah yang menggunakan layanan e-banking dengan teknik accidental sampling. Metode analisis menggunakan Customer Satisfaction Index  dan Importance Performance Analysis untuk mendapatkan tingkat kepuasan nasabah melalui diagram kartesius dan analisis kesenjangan.Hasil analisis tingkat CSI 61,57%, hal ini memberikan gambaran bahwa nasabah cukup puas atas kinerja layanan yang diberikan oleh BNI e-banking, tetapi masih belum maksimal secara keseluruhan. Analisis Importance Performance  (IPA) dengan menggunakan Diagram Kartesius menunjukkan bahwa 8 item atribut pelayanan masuk pada kuadran I(atributes to improve) kuadran II ( maintain Performance) terdapat 5 item atribut pelayanan. Kuadran III (Atributes to maintain) terdapat 4 item atribut pelayanan. Pada kuadran IV (atributes to de-emphasize) terdapat 4 item atribut pelayanan.

Abstract

In accordance with the principles of cooperatives, Credit Union known as financial institution, as well as serve as an intermediary institution. Credit Unions activities include collecting deposits from members, gives loans to members, other cooperatives and or their members, as well as manage the balance of funding and lending.Based on the study results, it is found that Credit Unions can not rely on collection of funds from the member either in the form of savings, compulsory savings, time deposits. In addition, Credit Unions are also less interested in establishing a partnership with the Bank either through the linkage program and other programs.In an effort to balance of fund and loan portfolio, the manager of more use their experiences in the past, so that utilization is less than optimal. Weak regulation, has made the behavior of the manager of Credit Unions to act like a bank.

Abstract

Higher education is a continuation of secondary education held to prepare learners to become members of the community who have academic and / or professional skills who can apply, develop and or create science of technology and or art. This research is designed as a qualitative research by using phenomenalisis and grounded approach. So that the phenomenon can be used as a study material on the factors that give rise to the interest and quality of service and the decision to choose the study program. As for the research partner as many as eight students active class regular afternoon. The results of this study resulted in two propositions of interest in continuing studies in universities and service quality in universities. Each proposition comes with a picture of the theory building. Which ultimately led to the theoretical model of the decision to continue the study which is a study for further empirical research.

Abstract

This research aims to offer new insights on the influence of safety leadership and safety climate on safety performance with safety behavior as a mediating variable. The population of this research is all top and middle management workers of tanker crew management companies in the Central Java and Yogyakarta areas, totaling 44 respondents using the census method. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is path analysis (part analysis). The results showed that safety leadership had a positive and significant effect on safety behavior, safety climate had a positive and significant effect on safety behavior, safety leadership had a positive and significant effect on safety performance, safety climate had a positive and significant effect on safety performance and safety behavior could mediate the behavioral relationship safety to safety performance.Penelilitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan keselamatan dan iklim keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan dengan perilaku keselamatan sebagai variabel mediasi. Populasi riset ini ialah seluruh pekerja top dan middle management perusahaan pengelola awak mobil tangki area Jawa Tengah dan daerah Yogyakarta yang berjumlah 44 responden dengan metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis jalur (part analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan, iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan, kepemimpinan keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keselamatan, iklim keselamatan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keselamatan dan perilaku keselamatan dapat memediasi hubungan perilaku keselamatan terhadap kinerja keselamatan.

Abstract

The increasing expenditure of the mother's household in Gedanganak is felt along with the increase in the price of daily necessities. In general, housewives are still less creative in dealing with household expenses. Most housewives are still monotonous in managing their household finances and have not been able to fill their spare time with productive businesses. Therefore it is necessary to have enlightenment on how best to anticipate business opportunities and provide examples of how to fill useful free time. One of the solutions provided by the team is to provide counseling on business opportunities and the practice of making dishwashing soap in the hope that it can help reduce family economic expenses and as a way to open business opportunities that can be run. In addition, information from village officials, in general, housewives still rely on their husbands as the main source of income. This is an interesting phenomenon for counseling about the importance of fostering economic independence by taking advantage of new business opportunities for housewives. After attending the counseling and practice of making dish soap, participants are expected to be more creative in taking advantage of business opportunities so that their household economic independence will grow and for those who already have a business, it is hoped that their business will increase.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh budaya hirarki, dan kompetensi teknis terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan dan altruisme pegawai Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Populasi yang dipilih pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Jumlah responden yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 124 orang pegawai Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah metode sensus. Metode pengumpulan data adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling. Berdasarkan penelitian, budaya hirarki, dan kompetensi teknis berpengaruh positif terhadap komitmen berkelanjutan. Budaya hirarki tidak berpengaruh terhadap altruisme pegawai Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang. Kompetensi teknis dan komitmen berkelanjutan berpengaruh positif terhadap altruisme pegawai Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran Semarang.

Abstract

Abstract This study aims to build a superior strategy in the company precast concrete with a Resource Based View approach at PT. ABX, as well as generate strategies in exploiting resources, capabilities, competitive advantages to create sustainable strategies for the company. The research method used is qualitative based on phenomenology. The research results show that to improve employee performance, it is necessary to carry out work evaluations and targets. Combine the company's human resources and physical resources by placing employees who are competent and experienced in their fields. To increase the knowledge, skills and abilities of employees, companies need to conduct training. To expedite the precast concrete production process, companies need to have a batching plant. Evaluate the production process and routinely carry out material tests and concrete tests to maintain quality and quality. Promotion through digital media, such as Google, websites and other social media. Maintain product quality and quality by using the best quality iron and casting using ready mix. Carrying out product development by innovating molds and precast concrete products to make them more efficient by conducting research on product structure and composition without compromising quality. Abstract

While there is a large number of research work performed on presenting different factors influencing students' satisfaction with Higher Education institutions, there is a need to combine all these efforts and provide a comprehensive framework of factors influencing the students' satisfaction. This study aims to analyse the influence of service quality, facility, learning method on student satisfaction and image as a moderating variable. The respondents of this research are Semarang Sedes Sapentiae High School amounting to 96. The data were processed by using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) program. The results of this study indicate that the service quality, learning methode influence student satisfaction, while the facility have no significant effect on student satisfaction. The result of the hypothetical test on moderation effect showed that image moderate the correlation between service quality and learning method with the student satisfaction, but image could not moderate the correlation between the facility with student satisfaction.Meskipun ada sejumlah besar penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menyajikan faktor-faktor berbeda yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa/siswa terhadap institusi sekolah, tetap ada kebutuhan untuk menggabungkan semua upaya ini dan menyediakan kerangka kerja yang komprehensif mengenai faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa/siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas layanan , fasilitas, metode pembelajaran terhadap kepuasan siswa dengan citra sekolah sebagai variabel moderating.Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Sedes Sapentiae Semarang yang berjumlah 96 orang. Data diolah dengan menggunakan program Smart Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan, motode pembelajaran dan citra berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan siswa, sedangkan fasilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan siswa. Hasil penelitian uji hipotesis efek moderasi menunjukkan bahwa citra dapat memoderasi hubungan antara kualitas layanan dan metode pembelajaran dengan kepuasan siswa, tetapi citra tidak memoderasi hubungan antara fasilitas dengan kepuasan siswa
