<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to determine the role of web site quality, security and online shopping confidence in purchasing decisions on shopee e-commerce in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. This study obtained data through questionnaires. The population in this study were users of shopee e-commerce sites in Gunung Pati District, Semarang. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method with criteria for men and women aged 17 to 36 years in Gunung Pati Semarang District who had used and shop online at Shopee E-Commerce. Sample total was 100 respondents.The results of this study indicated that: (1) The quality of the website has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (2) Security has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, (3) Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions,Keywords: Website Quality, Security, Trust, Purchase Decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine how the influence of personal selling and advertising on purchasing decisions for insurance products at PT. Prudential Life Assurance, Pandanaran Semarang Branch.The population in this study are all customers who use insurance products PT. Prudential Life Assurance Pandanaran Semarang Branch, with a sample size of 70 respondents. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. The data source used is primary data, with data collection techniques using questionnaires, while the data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression.The research results seen from the equation of multiple linear regression analysis shows that personal selling and advertising have a positive effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination shows that personal selling and advertising variables can explain the variation in the purchase decision variable by 60.3%. The results of the hypothesis test using the t test statistic indicate that personal selling has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, and advertising has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.Keywords: Personal Selling, Advertising, and Purchasing Decisions.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of economic growth and local original income on the level of regional financial independence in the Central Java Province in 2016 - 2018. The population in this study are all districts in Central Java Province. While the sample used is the Regency in Central Java Province totaling 29 (twenty nine) Regencies. The sampling technique in this study using the Census sample that is all populations are sampled. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study are the first hypothesis statement is expected that economic growth has a significant effect on the level of Regional Financial Independence, not proven. Statistical test results show a significant level of economic growth of 0.911, which means greater than a significant level of 0.05 (0.911> 0.05). This proves the results of research that economic growth has no significant effect on the level of Regional Financial Independence. The second hypothesis statement is expected that regional own-source revenue (PAD) has a significant effect on the level of Regional Financial Independence. The results of statistical tests show a significant level of regional original income of 0,000, which means it is smaller than the significant level of 0.05 (0,000 <0.05). This proves the results of the study that local revenue has a significant effect on the level of financial independence.]]>

<![CDATA[Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh peran pelatihan, kelengkapan sarana prasarana dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerja study pegawai badan penanggulangan bencana daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pemalang. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diambil menggunakan kuisioner. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepegawaian badan penanggulangan bencana daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pemalang dengan periode 3 tahun (2018-2020). Regresi linier berganda digunakan sebagai tehnik analisis data. Sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel yang didapatkan dari metode purposive sampling sebanyak 63 data untuk periode 2018-2020. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh pelatihan, kelengkapan sarana prasarana dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja study pegawai badan penanggulangan bencana daerah (BPBD) Kabupaten Pemalang.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Sarana Prasarana, Komitmen Organisasi, KinerjaAbstractThis study aimed to examine the effect of the role of training, completeness of infrastructure and organizational commitment on the performance of the study of employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) Pemalang Regency. This study used primary data taken using a questionnaire. The sample of this studywais the staff of the Pemalang Regency Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) for a period of 3 years (2018-2020). Multiple linear regression was used as a data analysis technique. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. The sample obtained from the purposive sampling method was 63 data for the 2018-2020 period. <![CDATA[Sumber daya manusia yang professional sangat dibutuhkan dalam suatu organisasi untuk mencapai tujuan. .Profesional akan nampak dari kinerja karyawan yang dipengaruhi faktor kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja karyawan. Demikian juga pada Kantor Diskoperindag Kabupaten Pemalang , masalah yang nampak kuantitas pegawai kurang dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan , masih rendahnya kualitas kerja yang dihasilkan pegawai ,rendahnya produktivitas organisasi inovasi yang terhambat, dan semangat kerja menurun.Metode penelitian dengan metode sensus dan analisis data dengan Regresi Linear Berganda.Populasi dan sampel adalah seluruh karyawan/ pegawai Diskoperindag Kabupaten Pemalang sebanyak 119 pegawai berstatus pegawai tetap (ASN) .Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahawa kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Diskoperindag Kabupaten Pemalang dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Diskoperindag Kabupaten Pemalang.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to notice and analyze the increase of employee productivity by the approach occupational health and working environment safety in supporting Business Sustainability PT. Morich Indo Fashion. The research method used was quantitative. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Morich Indo Fashion Karangjati Semarang Regency Quality Control section. The sample used was 72 using the proportional random sampling which was carried out randomly without regard to the existing strata in the population. The analysis used in this study was multiple linear regression analysis. The findings of this study as follows the influence of the role of occupational health and safety and work environment significantly on work productivity. This meant that the role of occupational health and safety and the work environment was positive and significant to the work productivity of PT. Morich Indo Fashion. In sum, the sustainability of the company’s business became more guaranteed.]]>

<![CDATA[Masyarakat di lingkungan Kampung Jahe yang berada di RW 14 Kel.Sendangmulyo Kec.Tembalang, yang sebagian pegawai dan wirausaha , namun lahan pekarangan rumah yang dimiliki belum dimanfaatkan secara optimal. Hal ini merupakan peluang untuk pengembangan ekonomi diwilayah tersebut, dengan cara budi daya tanaman jahe merah, hingga mengolahnya menjadi hasil olahan yang kreatif dan inovatif, yang bermanfaat untuk kesehatan dan laku dijual dengan harga yang tinggi. Peluang tersebut bisa diciptakan dengan memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga yang tidak bekerja beserta kelompok UMKM yang ada diwilayah RW14 dengan nama Sekar Taji, Metode pengabdian ini dengan memberikan edukasi kewirausahaan dan pengenalan tekhnologi informasi sebagai media pemasaran secara online dilengkapi dengan pelatihan memasak aneka makanan tradisionil. Kegiatan tersebut dapat terlaksana juga didukung dengan kerjasama dengan perusahaan bahan pembuat makanan yaitu Rose Brand dan diikuti oleh 20 peserta Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dapat menambah pengetahuan, ketrampilan,dan berpartisipasi aktif untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of lifestyle, location and service quality on the process of making a decision to buy an apartment at Amartha View Semarang. An empirical approach is used in this study, collecting data from customers who live in Amartha View Semarang. The questionnaire serves as a tool that contains structured questions about lifestyle, location, service quality and purchasing decision process. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression with a sample size of 90. Decisions show lifestyle, location and quality of service give a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions. Future studies should be able to add more variables such as price, advertising innovation, demographics, taste and comparison with other household contents and increase the sample size used.]]>
